The UN Vote: It’s Not Obama’s Fault – BLAME BIBI

By Shmuel Sackett, JEWISH LEADERSHIP BLOG

In the last few days I have read over 100 emails, Facebook posts and articles that had one common denominator; Obama betrayed Israel in the recent UN vote.

While I am no fan of Obama, I must state – loud and clear – that Obama did NOT betray Israel. Everything that happened in the UN on December 23 rd (the day of the vote) was due to one person and one person only. It was not Samantha Power, America’s ambassador to the UN. It was not John Kerry, America’s secretary of state and it was not even the President himself, Barak Obama. All of them were simply following the lead of the one person who is responsible for this terrible UN vote. His name is Benjamin Netanyahu, the prime minister of Israel. Allow me to explain.

For the last month, all we talked about in Israel was a town called “Amona” and how the Israeli government plans on destroying the 40 Jewish homes that have been built there. The families who live in Amona are all religious Zionists; the men served in the IDF, fought for Israel and risked their lives. They built homes in an area that has not seen more than a goat in over 2,000 years, yet the Israeli government calls their settlement illegal… the same words used by the UN in their recent vote!!

Three weeks ago, Prime Minister Netanyahu gave an interview on “60 Minutes” to Leslie Stahl. When asked about his position on a Palestinian state, Bibi said the following; “Two states for two peoples. That’s where I’m focused.  I’d like to have President Trump, when he gets into the White House, help me work on that.  I’d like to see if the Arab states can help me achieve that. It’s a new reality.  A new possibility.”

That was an exact quote from Israel’s Prime Minister… so why is everyone screaming about a UN vote that said the same thing?

Don’t believe me? Well, did you actually read the text of UN Resolution 2334 of December 23, 2016? I did, and will quote some relevant parts here. As you will see, every word below – every single word – is the position of the current Israeli government led by Netanyahu, Bennett, Lieberman and Deri.

The resolution begins by calling Israel an “occupying power”. My non-politically correct comment is that the UN is right… we ARE an “occupying power”. Since Netanyahu, Bennett, Lieberman and Deri are ALL against complete annexation of the land… we are therefore occupying someone’s else’s land! Like it or not, that makes us an “occupying power”!

Naftali Bennett and his “Jewish Home” party call for the annexation of Ma’ale Adumim and then down the road a few other areas, but he has stated over and again that “Area A” should remain in the control of the Palestinians. This means that even Bennett wants to keep Israel as an “occupying power” … which is exactly what the UN stated… so why should Obama have vetoed that???

Resolution 2334 then states – and I quote – that it “condemns all measures aimed at altering the status of the Palestinian territory” – something that Bibi totally agrees with! The resolution “expresses grave concern that Israeli settlements imperil the viability of the two-state solution” – again, in total agreement with Bibi.

The resolution continues that it “reiterates its vision of a region where two democratic states, Israel and Palestine, live side by side in peace with secure and recognized borders” – those words were probably WRITTEN by Netanyahu himself!! As stated above, he virtually said that exact sentence to Leslie Stahl in his 60 Minutes interview!!

Wait, I’m not finished yet. Resolution 2334 continues that it “stresses that the cessation of all Israeli settlement activity is essential for salvaging the two-state solution” – this is the policy of today’s Netanayhu-Bennett- Lieberman-Deri government! No new settlements are allowed, many new pilot settlements have been demolished and places like Amona, which have existed for 20 years, are about to be bulldozed and destroyed. That’s actually worse than what the UN
stated!!

And finally, Resolution 2334 “calls upon all parties to continue, in the interest of the promotion of peace and security, to exert collective efforts to launch credible negotiations on all final status issues in the Middle East peace process” – another line out of the Bibi play-book. He has stated countless times that he is ready to sit any time and any place with PLO President Abbas to continue the peace process and negotiate the final status arrangement.

Based on everything written above plus the arrest of Jews who have done nothing illegal, yet sit in prison for breaking the horrific law forbidding reciting “Shema
Yisrael” on the Temple Mount, the current Israeli government has proven that it is THEY who betrayed the Nation of Israel and not Obama!

To make this very simple, this entire article can be summarized with one question: What do you expect the USA president to do when the Israeli prime minister leads the way for the two-state solution? You REALLY expected Obama to veto a resolution that Bibi Netanyahu could have written himself?

The answer, dearest friends, is simple. Israel needs new leadership. This new leadership must annex ALL of the land, place the IDF – and ONLY the IDF – in charge of security in all areas, build Jewish homes across every inch of land and once and for all, DEFEAT the Jewish enemy!

In my humble opinion, there is only one political party that is saying these words and it is called “ZEHUT” (Identity) led by Moshe Feiglin. We must do whatever we can to strengthen that party and make it succeed.

When that happens, expect A LOT of resolutions in the UN against Israel but at the same time, expect an Israeli government that won’t lose any sleep over them.

  1. Amona or not, Neville Kerry and Mussobama have been bone headed in not recognising that withdrawal without a peace treaty does NOT work – ref Sinai in 1949 and 1957 and then Lebanon in 1999 and Gaza in 2005.
Neville Kerry and Musssobama also have not done their homework about the Arab side that already refused eight offers of a two state partition and do not want a peace but to get rid of Israel altogether: Peel 37; UN 181 in 1947; the Armistices opportunity 1949 – 67; and the Israeli offer in June ’67 to return to the Green Line for a treaty ending the conflict and its claims. Then were rude about the Sadat Begin offer of autonomy within the Egypt – Israel peace. Dragged feet over Madrid and Oslo, rejected the Barak Clinton Camp David plan and the Olmert offer 2008.
When Peel proposed partition the Yishuv built the 34 Tower and Stockade villages and the 11 on Kol Nidre Night 1946 as stake out. Now do not be surprised if E1 is developed and Ariel , Elqana, Beitar and Modiin annexed. Orders are already out to demolish every structure without planning permits in due and proper form.
Also do not be surprised if security prisoners on release are deported to Gaza with households, followed by those with previous, and those Arabs who got into Israel by marriage. Do not be surprised if Israel shuts its borders as did the Arabs in 49 – 67 and if transit between Gaza and Judea is cut to rail coaches and vehicles on rail flats.

  2. @ bernard ross:
Barak uses the same libretto that Peres used after each time he lost elections, which was always.
“RROB ha’am iti” Chanted Peres. The majority of the people supports me…
The local types akin to the US “liberal Jews” do not stand a chance of winning elections for some time to come.

  3. @ SHmuel HaLevi 2:
maybe, like the obama hillary crowd.. and soros.. they are hysterically performing their swan song groping for a last appearance or relevancy. To me they appear absurdly ridiculous…. so I wonder how most Israelis view them…. Barak says most Israelis agree with Kerry.

  4. @ bernard ross:
No need to get overly concerned about them creatures. What happened is that we had very heavy rain storms and they were forced by the flood mud to pop out of the sewers. They will slither and crawl right back to the sewers soon.
Notice that the run away master, Barak, the military champion that run like what he is from Lebanon abandoning of course thousands of SLA fighters to the tender care of Hezbollah, mention “israelis”, not Jews. That is the substrate including his Muslim associates, tens of thousands of African trespassers infesting many Jewish cities, renegade unJews financed by the NIF-Soros and other such excrement.

  5. Anything posted under the label of “likud” is unlikely to be any different from other items out of their productions lines. The packaged goods with that label are artifacts cloned using “disengagement” criminals A. Sharon and his darlin’ son Omri Sharon, Livni, Hanegbi and some 11 other such specimens modeling putty. Netanyahu is right in there as well. The new “likud” joiner Mr. Nir Bar’kat came out from the Jerusalem “likud” cloning line, famous for also having spewed luminaries such as Olmert, presently serving time. Omri Sharon has also been in jail for some years.
How can we go wrong inserting again such stuff to “govern”?

  6. Bear Klein Said:

I like Bennett but he will never become Prime Minister.

Barak added that “The prime minister is being dragged after the messianic stream, standing in front of an abyss and insisting on walking forward.”

Jewish Home leader Naftali Bennett responded by saying that “messianism is to grant Arafat the Old City of Jerusalem, not to respond to the kidnapping of soldiers, to suggest transferring the Golan Heights to the Syrians, to abandon Madhat Yusuf (at Joseph’s tomb in October 200) to die and then to dare to continue tweeting.”

Earlier Bennett attacked Kerry’s speech, stating that “Kerry quoted me three times anonymously in his speech in order to demonstrate that we oppose a Palestinian state.”

“So let me state it explicitly:”

“Yes. If it depends on me, we will not establish another terror state in the heart of our country. The citizens of Israel have paid with thousands of victims, tens of thousands of rockets and innumerable condemnations for the utopian idea of a Palestinian state. It’s time for a new policy and we will lead the way.”

is he coming out of BB’s shadow?
I am disappointed as ME why he hasnt instituted a national education campaign to inform Israels of the legal and historical basis for these words that his PM, his Pres and his GOI NEVER NEVER NEVER utter:

“JEWISH SETTLEMENT IN JUDEA SAMARIA IS LEGAL AND LEGITIMATE”

every Israeli should know this to be the truth and the fact and NOT the false canards spread by the foreign paid opportunistic moles now ooing and aahing over Kerry’s spurious lies.

  7. Ehud Barak: ‘Majority of Israelis’ agree with Kerry
Forner prime minister Ehud Barak praised John Kerry’s speech Wednesday, stating that Netanyahu is ‘being dragged after messianic stream.’

    http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/222451

Barak, Herzog, Livni, Gal On…. all the leftist foreign paid moles activated by their handlers in unison to praise Kerry… the parrots cackling kudos in the hopes of a leftist upset of the coalition. This gaggle of opportunistic parrots and has been failure incompetents are shameless.

Barak an incompetent and dangerous PM allowing a group of women to determine Israels security policy…. every Israelis life today is in constant existential danger today…. 100% due to the lunacy of Barak’s incompetence. Pulling the troops from Lebanon created the greatest existential danger to Israel and this shameful incompetent has the nerve to show his murderous face in public again. The hezbullah rockets pointed at Israel should be daily thrown in his arrogant face. Incredibly all those who participated in these failure withdrawals want to repeat their incompetence and failure today…. like those 200 retired commanding officers. Folks who have gotten it so badly wrong should have some sense of decency and decorum and retire quietly to being a wallflower.

  8. @ dreuveni:
In the long run Nir Barkat the Mayor of Jerusalem has the makings of a good Prime Minister.

I like Bennett but he will never become Prime Minister.

The concept of Feiglin will not succeed. I doubt he gets into the Knesset with his new party. Elections will probably be sometime in 2019 so we have a long way to go.

NOBODY takes this stuff literally today – goes for Hinduism too, plenty horrors there, as well, along with the positive stuff — Except Muslims.

We civilized earlier than anyone else. Way earlier. 75 years ago, Hindus were still practicing Sati. The Arabian Jews of Mohammad’s day were horrified by him. And not just because he was a false prophet. That’s why he committed genocide against us. Like his billions of cult followers today. They are not less evil just because there are a lot of them. The genuine reformers – who want to jettison jihad and shariah — are a persecuted minorityand mostly in hiding. It’s often hard to tell who they are since the mainstream muslims pretend to be moderates when they feel vulnerable.
For example, in this week’s news:

    https://www.jihadwatch.org/2016/12/saudi-arabia-man-jailed-fined-8000-for-calling-for-an-end-to-male-control-over-women

Don’t know why the article says it’s unique to Saudi Arabia. Google any, I mean any Muslim country, including the ones that are supposed to be ok and women’s rights as search terms. Even the handful that don’t have open gender apartheid have massive domestic violence with no recourse. The rest are barbaric. Islam is evil. The policy should be containment, rollback, regime change and de-nazification at the source in stages. To start with, we must do something about Islamic infiltration of our educational system at all levels. Most recently, Harvard, I read to my horror. Not just the rampant anti-semitic harassment and libel at all levels.

  10. @ NICK GOLDBERG:
Do you take your bible straight or filtered through the lens of Talmud, Rashi, Ram-bam, etc. If the former, what do you make of Deuteronomy 21:10-21? If the latter, what do they make of it? I’m sure Mohammad would have found the literal original appealing. Probably why he plagiarized it and distorted it further to his own liking.

    http://www.mechon-mamre.org/p/pt/pt0521.htm

When Mohammad read these writings — no way he could have been illiterate — they were already over two thousand years old. He was a psychopath even for his own time. As his followers are for ours.

  11. Unfortunately, the article is describing our one and only favorite BB.

I’m just not sure if Feiglin is the guy to replace him. Any suggestions?

  12. @ Bear Klein:
DUH, READ YOUR BIBLE. WHAT MAN THINKS AND SAYS IS TRUMPED BY OUR BIBLE. DOES NOT MATTER EXCEPT WHAT GOD PROPOSED! IT’S YOUR FAULT AND NO ONE ELSE! ONLY FOOLS AND DEVILS DISRESPECT GOD!

  13. Shmuel: the position of the Muslims/Pal is at the end of the day: a Juderein OSS. They will offer only Hudna after hudna after hudna. It is a religious war. Until and only if & when islamofascism is destroyed and Islam reformed can a real peace be considered. This means NEVER! The Muslims hate the Palestinians as much as the Palestinians care less killing their own children. For the Muslims and the West, the Pal are only a mean to try to eliminate the Jews. So I agree that a OSS allowing CIVILIZED Muslims to stay is the only solution. All the others will go willingly or UN-willingly.

  14. Bear Klein Said:

    The article is malarkey.

the main thrust of the article was not annexation but the responsibility of Netanyahu AND that he, the pres and the GOI have not disagreed with the argument of Jewish illegality and illegitimacy in YS.

  15. I was in burger king, not very interested in the lame duck fairy tales… BUT, and I may be wrong…. but all the clauses of Kerry’s plan sounded remarkably similar to what BB Netanyahu has been facilitating for his past two plus terms.
So far I see no daylight between BB on the ground accomplishments and the Kerry plan.

In fact, it sounded as if he was keeping Israel in a holding position exactly for this moment, handing over the ball to Kerry. I would go as far as to speculate that perhaps BB and the obama admin were in this together….
    here is the scenario…..
    BB says to Obama

” I cant keep the lid on this situation any longer and when Trump gets in I wont be able to hold Israelis back from demanding forward movement on settlement and annexation, I need you to announce your support on our agreed plan so I can appear to be fighting against it, so when we agree the right will more readily accept it from a right wing mole like myself”

I will be happy to be wrong, but if I am wrong then BB will blow the big lie open by uttering these words that over the past 8 plus years of his rule he has NEVER, NEVER, NEVER been able to say:

“JEWISH SETTLEMENT IN JUDEA SAMARIA IS LEGAL AND LEGITIMATE”

This was the main drive of Kerry’s speech.
If he continues to avoid those words and only makes BS announcements to build WITHIN the euro/obama/kerry designated ghetto boundaries of the major blocks….then I will say I have no doubt that BB is a complete and utter dangerous fraud.

He has to 20 Jan, after that date he has no more excuses… if we see Trump back off any of his promises for Israel I aver that BB will have asked him to do so, just as he publicly asked Trump for a TSS.

At every anti-Nuke demonstration in the ’70s, people were selling – and a lot of people were wearing Anarchist-Communist **
“U.S. out of North America”* Buttons.

    * I see it, too, was made in California. Really, we should seriously consider selling California.
** The anarchist-communist view was pretty much summed up in the lyrics of the Beatles song, “Imagine.” I suspect a major factor in its injection into the European Left (the Labor Parties of the Socialist 2nd International who have been mostly ruling the place since WWI) is the entry of Daniel “Danny the red” Cohn-Bendit into Germany’s Green Party in the early ’70s. He became an influential elected official. He was a German ex-Marxist who became an Anarchist Communist — wrote an influential book about it — and became one of the leaders of the Anarchist uprising in Paris in May 1968. Little did they realize (and little do they seem to notice or care) that all they did was create the opening the Muslims needed to begin their invasion again, stopped at the gates of Paris and Vienna centuries before.
    —-

Wish I could draw. Gives me the idea for a cartoon — Muslims with Arafat Head-dresses marching Jews with Peace Now (or “Zionist Union” or “J-street” take your pick) buttons through gates marked “Arbeit Mach Frei.” A peace-nik is crying, “But, we were just kidding!’ The founder of the Anarchist Communist Movement, Peter Kropotkin, who broke with the rest of the left in supporting the Allies during WWI, said the Bourgeois — or capitalist — democracies were more democratic than Germany and its allies so he supported them. He also supported opposition to the Bolsheviks. In Israel, the anarchists have been acting like anti-semitic terrorists. Kropotkin would be spinning in his grave. But well-meaning or not, he helped open pandora’s box.

The road to hell and all that…

  17. As Naftali Bennett always says, “You can not occupy your own land”. The Land of Israel is the land of the Jewish people. Yes their are Arabs living on it also but that does not make it their land.

  18. The Jewish People is occupying land that we have been authorized to occupy under international law since 1922 when 52 states including the United States approved and confirmed the League of Nations Mandate for Palestine, a trust agreement. The author assumes that all occupation is unlawful. That is a logical fallacy. Occupation is not unlawful when one has the right to occupy.
Palestine is a Jewish People’s state just as Netanyahy has been insisting. There is nothing wrong with giving the Arab people internal autonomy over areas in which they have a majority population just as he has been attempting.

When our occupation produced a Jewish population majority and the capability to exercise sovereignty, under the trust the sovereignty vested in the Jews. The British never had more than a trusteeship over the land pending the time when it would be practicable for the Jewish People to exercise sovereignty. It is perfectly clear that during the intended repopulation of the Land of Israel the Jewish People had the right of close settlement on the land within the boundaries that had been set forth. See Article 6 of the Mandate

  19. The UN Security Council’s passage of Resolution 2334, an outrageous act of hostility personally engineered by President Obama against the State of Israel, has rightly evoked great anger across all parts of the American political spectrum.

This past summer, the Republican Party’s platform section expressing our unequivocal support for Israel, included a key statement made in anticipation of President Obama’s betrayal of our great ally: “We reject the false notion that Israel is an occupier…” Given the anticipated effects of Resolution 2334, this policy statement is
critical, as it represents the central tenet of what will now
unquestionably be the policy of the Trump Administration and the pro-Israel community.

“Occupier” is nothing more than a polite way of calling Israel a thief, suggesting that Jewish invaders colonized territory belonging to the Arabs, and which therefore must be restored to its rightful, victimized owners. The term is intentionally misused against Israel in order to shape negative misperceptions of her history and legitimacy,
while perpetuating a sense of Palestinian-Arab victimhood. To suggest that the Jews are occupiers in a region that has been known as Judea for over 3000-plus years is no less ridiculous than to suggest that Arabs are occupiers in Arabia.

“Occupier” is a legal term whose definition does not apply to Israel under the law. Israel’s legal title and rights to all of its present territory stem directly from an act of international law made in the post-WWI San Remo Agreement, which was then further recognized and incorporated in subsequent binding acts, from the Covenant of the
League of Nations all the way through Article 80 of the United Nations’ charter. None of the national and political rights thereby recognized as inherit in the Jewish People have ever been revoked, nullified or superseded by a subsequent act of international law.

The lie of occupation has become essential to anti-Israel forces in the Mideast and around the world, as they persist in efforts to deny and undermine the rights – and indeed the very existence – of the Jewish national home. It is no coincidence, therefore, that Resolution
2334 was entirely predicated on this vicious lie.

The lie of occupation also gives Israel’s enemies a basis to justify terrorism as merely “resistance to occupation.” The antisemitic Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions Movement (BDS) uses the word as often as possible in its messaging, as it carries out acts of political and economic warfare upon Israel and her supporters. Thus, it is clear that promoting the common misrepresentation of the Jewish
State of Israel as an occupier in the Land of Israel has become the primary antisemitic canard of the present generation, inherently accusing the Jewish People of territorial thievery. This lie whitewashes violence against Israeli Jews, and leads directly to the antisemitic delegitimization and demonization of, and application of
    double standards to Israel.

The peace process aimed at ending the Arab war on Israel was
originally motivated by the basic idea that two incompatible peoples have unfortunately found themselves residing in the same space, and that it is desirable to see them disengaged for the sake of peace.
This was the intention of President George W. Bush, and those Israeli prime ministers who chose the path of proposing a two-state solution.

Those who listen carefully will find that, unfortunately, hostile actors have emerged, who exploit support for the peace process in order to promote the lie of occupation. This is the tactic of J Street, President Obama and most member states of the United Nations,
who regularly speak of Israel as an occupier and wrongly refer to parts of Israel as being territorially illegitimate.

It is one thing to advocate the two-state solution as a matter of seeking peace, and entirely another when argued as a matter of belief in the lie of occupation. The difficulty in grasping this distinction
has escaped far too many supporters of Israel, who unfortunately tend to believe that all who propose the same solution are relative and equivalent in their intentions. They are not. The forwarding of the two-state solution by those who support the lie of occupation, like Barack Obama, simultaneously signals an inherent indictment of Israel
    as a criminally guilty party.

Donald Trump rejects the false notion that Israel is an occupier, and wholeheartedly helped lead the important expression of policy made by the Republican Party Platform on the matter. He has repeatedly made the promise that as president he will recognize Jerusalem as the eternal and indivisible capitol of Israel.

Among the top priorities of President-elect Trump in his first 100 days will be the passage of a major bill regulating against commercial discrimination aimed at Israel and its territories, following the lead of 15 states that have already done so. The new administration is clearly prepared to defend the American economy by preventing
financial engagement with parties who would at the same time inflict economic harm upon Israeli and American businesses via discrimination promoted by the likes of Resolution 2334 and the BDS Movement.

The most immediate means of disarming the malicious intent of
President Obama’s Resolution 2334 is by supporting Trump and the incoming Congress’s efforts to pass such legislation with overwhelming non-partisan support. Israel, and many of our other democratic allies around the world, are counting on us.

Alan Clemmons is a Republican member of the South Carolina House of Representatives. He was the primary author of the GOP Platform section regarding Israel. In 2015, he was the originating sponsor of the Country’s first state anti-BDS legislation.

  20. The article is malarkey. Israel has legal rights in Judea/Samaria. Israel was trying to resolve the dispute over these lands. Not annexing does not make one an occupier.

Saying you are for annexing all of the land or in stages like I am. Do not make your that we are occupying because Israel is trying to solve the dispute.

  21. we ARE an “occupying power”. Since Netanyahu, Bennett, Lieberman and Deri are ALL against complete annexation of the land… we are therefore occupying someone’s else’s land! Like it or not, that makes us an “occupying power”!

Actually I disagree, even without annexation… keeping in mind that the private ownership of land, real estate law, has nothing to do with state sovereignty.
    Here are the facts:
1- there is no state other than Israel west of the Jordan river which satisfies the conventions of a state
2- WRT the west bank, the Jordan Israel treaty suceeds and satisfies UNSC res 242.
3- the general part of res 242 where Israel agreed to withraw from “lands” has been fully satisfied with withdrawal from Sinai which represents the majority of the lands seized in the defensive war. The amount of land that Israel agreed to withdraw from was intentionally never stipulated or there would have been no agreement.
4- WRT the west bank: there is an agreed and internationally recognized border between Israel and Jordan and none between Jordan and any palestininian entity or nation. There is no stipulation in the treaty binding Israel to a pal state west of that border. Therefore, any claims the pals have to lands is purely under the same self determination claims as the basques in Spain and the native americans of the USA.
5-There was no legal document to which Israel agreed, or did not agree, which ceded any claims of Jordan to the PLO. There was a public PR announcement in Jordan which was never subsequently mentioned in the Treaty between Israel and Jordan.. hence, Jordan demonstrated its intention to abandon any such PR stunt at the time by not including it in the subsequent legally binding treaty.
6- The UN Charter states what authorities are given by the member states to the UN. The UN has no authority to legislate and make law AND the UN has no authority to create states. They may recognize a state to enter their org. The primary basis of International law is treaty and agreements between nations. Hence the resolutions of the UN are inferior to the still legally binding treaties governing the area which are the Balfour Declaration, Sevres, San Remo, the LON Palestine Mandate, UN Charter Art 80, all of which clearly state the prime directive and purpose of the mandate and treaty signatories and guarantors is that the signatories and guarantors have the LEGAL OBLIGATION to “facilitate and encourage the immigration and settlement of world Jewry” in the historic homeland of the Jewish People. There was no binding UN resolution which usurped or suceeded that directive or further divided the land. UNGA 181 was an advisory recomendation which was rejected by the arabs and became moot and irrelevant.
7- Any obstruction of settlement by the Gov and High Court of Israel is completely self imposed. There are no legally binding agreements which bind Israel to that agenda which in fact is in violation of all prior governing international law. The GOI and High Courts are violating international law and the legal rights of world Jewry to immigrate and settle in YS.
8- There is no mention of ceasing settlement in the Oslo agreement or the Quartet Road map. Any allusion to such a directive is a cynical anti semitic attempt to swindle Jews of rights.
9-The Oslo agreement is breached in its major clauses wrt unilateral actions and wrt the guiding principles of anti incitement. There is no reason for Jews to seek peace with those who teach their children that jews are sons of apes and pigs.
10- The ME quartet overseeing the road map have all breached their neutrality with their lynch mob at the UN. It is mandatory that the GOI now repudiate the quartets participation in any negotiations.

iN conclusion, the PLO, PA and any faux palestinian state has no rights to any sovereignty in the lands under the control of Israel. There is a hostile and dangerous collective occupying portions of the nation of Israel which seeks self determination and the destruction of Israel. The lack of annexation or extending law to the area does not confer statehood to any PLO entity.

The propaganda canard that Jewish settlement is illegal or Illegitimate in any area west of the Jordan river is a completely artificial creation of the judenraat government and High Court of the state of Israel, who act on behalf of foreign interests and are guilty of destroying the rights of Jews to satisfy foreign interests.

If the Jews of Israel want to abandon Judea Samaria this does not cancel the legal rights of world Jewry to settle in Judea Samaria.

  22. No doubt among those still free from strange trips, that Netanyahu is the worst of all of those that sabotaged our rights to the Land of Israel. Just hours ago he ordered the Jerusalem Building Commission which was slated to approve the building plans for some 500 housing units in JERUSALEM to freeze that process… The boundless source of betrayals done it again… That is Netanyahu and please stop selling that item for anything but for what he is.

  23. @ Roberto Edery:
    xxx

I do’t suppose he said this in so many words, but his obsessive insistence that we only build within the boundaries of the already existing blocs which all agree will be part of Israel in any Peace Agreement; this leaves the rest of the country clear for the TSS that he so fervently wants to negotiate. Of course we don’t exactly know the terms that he will insist on, but can assume that they will include extreme precautions to ensure Israeli safety.

This alone will negate any solution to the TSS, so we really should not be too concerned about his wiggling and squirming, it’s just his style, and the longer he’s PM the better he gets at it..

Still, he has let us down time and again. He KNOWS that we own the whole Land, and that the Arabim don’t have any legal title at all, and still less does the Supreme Court have any authority to have Amona destroyed, but he does not interfere with this, It might be too laudable a thing to do…..

It seems to me that Netanyahu’s reputation has tanked very suddenly in the past few months with the majority of the people, although there are some on these pages who excoriated him constantly these many years. they are proving to be right after all, but I still think that he may be playing a double game here. He strongly and publicly wants a TSS, but the conditions he will neccessarily lay down, will completely preclude it. Right now my head is beginning to spin….

As a famous Blog quite close to us here says…. “There is NO Diplomatic Solution”..

  24. I could agree with some points made by the author, except for this one: “The resolution “expresses grave concern that Israeli settlements imperil the viability of the two-state solution” – again, in total agreement with Bibi.”
Really? I missed that statement from our PM. Can anyone tell me WHEN did he say that?

  25. BB has wiggled back and forth on the TSS over the years. And even recently:

“Donald Trump backs away from two-state solution after meeting Benjamin Netanyahu on eve of presidential debate”
    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2016/09/26/donald-trump-backs-away-from-two-state-solution-after-meeting-be/

Trump has done some wiggling himself. But, we will see. Many years ago, BB gave a long lecture against the TSS as a matter of principle. I think there is a more complicated behind the scenes game here. Remember when Obama twisted BB’s arm with veiled threats to get him to say the magic words? Better 3 1/2 weeks before Trump and a Republican majority congress gunning for the UN than at any time in the past.
