One of Two Wisconsin Supreme Court Rulings Give President Trump the Win – May Be Enough Votes to Win the State

By Joe Hoft, GP .. December 14, 2020

Today, Wisconsin’s Supreme Court made two rulings.  One for and one against President Trump.  The ruling for the President should give him plenty of votes to win the state.

According to far-left Washington Post the Wisconsin Supreme Court dismissed a Trump case today:

The Wisconsin Supreme Court on Monday rejected President Donald Trump’s lawsuit attempting to overturn his loss to Democrat Joe Biden in the battleground state, ending Trump’s legal challenges in state court about an hour before the Electoral College was to meet to cast the state’s 10 votes for Biden.

The ruling came after the court held arguments Saturday, the same day a federal judge dismissed another Trump lawsuit seeking to overturn his loss in the state. Trump appealed that ruling.

Trump sought to have more than 221,000 ballots disqualified in Dane and Milwaukee counties, the state’s two most heavily Democratic counties. He wanted to disqualify absentee ballots cast early and in-person, saying there wasn’t a proper written request made for the ballots; absentee ballots cast by people who claimed “indefinitely confined” status; absentee ballots collected by poll workers at Madison parks; and absentee ballots where clerks filled in missing information on ballot envelopes.

This is true, but the far-left WaPo didn’t mention that the President was given a significant win in Wisconsin as well.

With regards to the case being thrown out, we’ve reported on this case and related topics previously.  On Saturday the Supreme Court held their hearing on the case with at least two Justices calling Trump’s actions racist:

One of these justices also claimed the only reason for the case was to keep the king [Trump] in power:

But the Wisconsin Supreme Court did agree with the President’s position on indefinitely confined cases:

The Wisconsin Supreme Court has ruled in favor of Mark Jefferson and the Republican Party of Wisconsin.

But the court noted that a determination must be make in every case before tossing a ballot, as President Trump has sought in a separate lawsuit.

Under Wisconsin law, a voter may receive a ballot by mail and bypass Wisconsin’s voter ID law, if the voter, by his own determination, concludes he “confined” based on age, physical illness, or infirmity. This fall, roughly 215,000 voters in Wisconsin said they were indefinitely confined, nearly a four-fold increase from the 2016 election.

The court said the government’s interpretation of Wisconsin’s indefinitely confined was erroneous. “A county clerk may not “declare” that any elector is indefinitely confined due to a pandemic,” the court said. The court further stated that, “…the presence of a communicable disease such as COVID-19, in and of itself, does not entitle all electors [voters] in Wisconsin to obtain an absentee ballot…”

Moreover, the court stated that lockdown orders do not meet the requirements under Wisconsin law to allow a voter to claim the status of “indefinitely confined” either.

We’ve reported previously on these cases. Thousands of ballots counted in Dane County which were labeled as indefinitely confined were in pristine condition.  This indicated that they were fraudulent.

We will have to see what the next steps are to remedy this situation.  But with the President reportedly behind Biden by 20,000 votes after the massive ballot drop on the morning after the election, any sort of proper recount of the 240,000 indefinitely confined ballots will likely put the President in the lead in this state.  We will have to wait and see what happens.

“No true Republican will vote for him again.”

So? With Biden as President, “votes” won’t matter — the sham elections will be decided by Red Chinese voting machines.

Concerning Biden’s options, Free Pressers talks about them:

There are too many variables in too many scenarios, for anyone to call this one

BTW, the Free Pressers trio have joined Scott Adams in saying explicitly that at the present, we have neither a democracy nor a republic in the USA. Neither are Americans allowed to exercise basic civil liberties. We are in the midst of a putsch — Deep State and the Globalists working to overthrow the US, and therefore the world.

  2. @ Michael S:

There are now 7-8 states which have cast their votes for Trump, going against what may be the “official” picks. It all seems to boil down to which votes the President of the Senate, who will be Pence, choses as the legitimate ones. And this may depend on the results of the cases now ongoing, but I think it may be up to him. The R&R guy seemed to think that Pence would consider his future political career over what is the right thing to do. I’m not sure I agree, because if Trump is re-elected than Pence will be President for another 8 years after that, which should be more than enough for any politician.. It also is possible that Trump will declare a National Emergency and arrest many of the criminals who are still walking around free in Washington D.C. and some of the battleground states.

All we seem to be doing is waiting, waiting, whilst things are going on behind the scenes and we really know nothing -so far…except that Mitch McConnell is urging the other Senators to regard Biden as President -Elect… Another scummy Swamp creature who has at last come to the surface. Regardless of who becomes President, his career is finished. No true Republican will vote for him again. The same goes for the others.

Normally it has been impossible to get a Senator to join with a Congressman to make the objection to the Elector count, but this time there are 3-4 Republican Senators who already have volunteered to do so, including Rand Paul, who usually stands on the sidelines. They are seriously aware that the election has been blatantly stolen, and care more for righting the wrong for the US, than their own political careers. The fact that they’ve volunteered, in my opinion, will make them electable for the next 100 years ( a little hyperbole here)

Hi, Edgar. Barre is soon to be irrelevant, methinks. By firing him, the President seems to be signalling that he’s clearing the field in anticipation of playing hardball in the next few weeks.

I checked the R&R site you recommenden again. Robt. Gruler Esq. gave a very good and detailed exposition, as usual, of the laws surrounding the election procedure. Of course, he is operation under the shadow of YouTube’s censorship gun, and is holding his opinions close to his chest.

My takeoff of all this, considering the President’s fighting spirit and constitution, is that he may just pull this one off, God willing. My wife and I are leaving this matter in the hands of the Chief Magistrate.

  4. So in fact, by resigning, no matter what story he puts around it, Barr is a self confessed rogue, who tried to bring down President Trump by concealing vital information from Public attention.

He has been very unfortunate in his most recent choices, which he was convinced were staunch Constitutionalists and/or Patriotic Americans. How far do the tentacles reach. It’s like a super COVID which spreads with the air they inhale.

  5. I don’t know where this fits, in the current legal menagerie:

Attorney General William Barr has resigned.

…Deputy Attorney General Jeff Rosen, an outstanding person, will become Acting Attorney General. Highly respected Richard Donoghue will be taking over the duties of Deputy Attorney General. Thank you to all! pic.twitter.com/V5sqOJT9PM
