Be sure to watch this new film about Israel on campus, entitled: “Finding Our Voices.” This film explores the story of students at Smith College and Hampshire College, and how they stood up to hostile anti-Israel sentiment on their campuses and seized the opportunity to educate their peers about the real facts relating to Israel and Israeli society. Instead of shouting slogans and rhetoric, these students created a space for dialogue and discussion, helping others gain a better understanding of the complexities of the Arab-Israeli conflict, and why Israel embodies the very values that those who attend liberal arts schools hold dear. |
