The operation is a continuation of the IDF’s operation at the Kamal Adwan Hospital over the weekend, in which more than 240 terror operatives were detained. According to Amir Bohbot, military correspondent for Israel’s Walla news website, the terrorists killed overnight were attempting to escape from the Jabalya refugee camp, near Kamal Adwan Hospital, and flee to Gaza City. In last night’s operation, soldiers ambushed the terrorists, who were fleeing with weapons in hand, killing a large number. The IDF is continuing to operate in the area, finding weapons and destroying tunnel shafts, infrastructures, and military buildings.

The previous day, also in the Jabalya area, Givati Brigade troops, working with “precise intelligence” from the Shin Bet, Aman military intelligence, and the Southern Command, killed three October 7 participants — ?Rasem Judeh, a Hamas company commander in the Jabaliya area, Ali Maged Ali Ramadan, and Zaher Abd Rabbu Muhammad Shahab — and two other Hamas commanders. According to the police, he was motivated by financial gain. According to the Shin Bet, Granovsky photographed the neighborhood where former defense minister Benny Gantz lives and provided his handlers with information about an Israeli they were considering recruiting, knowing his actions could harm state security. The announcement notes that Granovsky’s motivation was money.
