BREAKING: Elections Clerk Says Uncounted Maricopa County Ballots From “Slot 3” Mixed In The SAME BAG As ALREADY COUNTED Ballots (VIDEO)

T. Belman. We keep reading of all kinds of illegality.  I keep looking for an article which explains whether of not we have legal recourse or for an article that reports on lawsuits underway.

Or are Republicans just screwed?

Maricopa County election day tabulation errors caused uncounted ballots to be mixed in with already counted ballots, leaving no way of knowing if all the legal votes were counted or not.

The Gateway Pundit received more confirmation of this at a Maricopa County election protest earlier today.

The Gateway Pundit reported on the serious issues in Maricopa County’s General Election on Tuesday. Due to the incompetence of Maricopa County and Katie Hobbs, tabulators were down, printers ran out of ink, and long, long lines kept voters waiting to cast their ballots.

Voters were told to deposit their ballots into “box 3” to be tabulated at the Elections Department in Downtown Phoneix later. The County claims that only 17,000 votes were affected and dropped in “box 3.”

Shocking news about the total number of ballots was reported yesterday on the Charlie Kirk show, alleging that the County is underreporting the number of ballots that remain to be counted.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Arizona election expert Gina Swoboda announced on The Charlie Kirk Show on Friday that there are significantly more votes to be counted in Arizona than was reported.

Swoboda told Charlie Kirk Show that 351,000 GOP voters have not even had their vote tabulated yet.

This new report also confirms that more votes were placed in “box 3” than the County admits.

The Gateway Pundit recently reported that Maricopa County admitted in a new statement that 70 out of 223 or over 30% of voting centers were impacted by tabulation machine failures after previously claiming that only about 20% were affected. Yet they still want us to believe that only 17,000 votes were placed in “box 3.”

Kari Lake said in a recent interview that “people’s votes that had not been counted got mixed in with batches that had already been counted.”

As we reported, voters are being told their ballot was counted when the voter checked into a voting location, not when the ballot is actually counted.

The Gateway Pundit correspondent Jordan Conradson spoke to patriots at the Maricopa County Elections Department protest about why they are protesting earlier today.

In the interview below, 2022 election clerk, Dave, confirms this shocking development.

Conradson: What brought you out here?

Dave: I wanted to do my part to let the voices be heard. There’s so many of us out there that are just sitting idly by, believing what we believe, but they’re unwilling to get up and do it. I can understand that, but I finally said I gotta grab this flag off my house and come out here and be one of those that speaks up.

Conradson: You told me you were a clerk on election day. What kind of stuff did you witness at the polls, and what did it tell you? How did it make you feel?

Dave: So I was a clerk at the dream city location.

Conradson: That’s one of the ones that went down, correct?

Dave: That’s correct. So the morning was pretty bad. People were very upset, but actually, given the situation, they actually behaved pretty well, but there were some angry folks. The machines, literally I was standing over the machine for a good part of it. I’d say maybe one out of 10 would be accepted. The other ones would get rejected. And then there was another box right next to it that was supposed to be scanning. It never worked the entire day. It was broken down the whole time. So, it functioned as slot number three. So we would take those folks who finally gave up on trying to cast their ballots, and they would drop it into that slot three in the other box, and several people who were waiting in line saw that happen, and they said, you know what, I’m not gonna go up to the machine, and try and probably fail to cast my ballot with the machine. So they dropped their ballots into box three, but the most shocking thing that people should know: As a clerk, I was responsible at the end of the night for filling up the black bag with the ballots from the box that was filled with the successfully scanned ballots. So me and the other clerk filled up the black bag with those ballots. And when we were done, we were told to just go right over to the adjacent box, which is this magical slot number three box, and we took those ballots out of that box and we stuffed them right in the same bag.

Conradson: Yes, we heard a report yesterday that they were mixing uncounted ballots from box three with already counted ballots. You can confirm this is true?

Dave: Absolutely if I need to sign an affidavit, absolutely. And my counterpart clerk, obviously she was there as well.

Conradson: So do you believe the number the county is giving us, that there was only 17,000 “box 3” ballots, or do you think they’re underreporting?

Dave: Well, I’m not sure how they can even report a number, given that, you know, in our location; honestly, I wasn’t counting how many ballots I was stuffing because I’d been working for about 16 hours at that point and was exhausted and ready to go home. So I was just doing my best to put all the ballots together, but the slot three box, I’m gonna guesstimate, maybe had a couple hundred ballots in it. But you know, that’s just a rough guess because I didn’t count them. But for them to say they’re 17,000, I don’t know how that could be possible because the 200 that I put in that black bag were commingled with the scanned ballots.

Conradson: That’s incredible, actually, to hear that from another poll worker. What do you think is going on inside of that Maricopa County Building where they’re tabulating ballots?

Dave: I really fear that, I think it’s obvious, what they’ve done so far is they’re cherry-picking the blue regions for the votes for Hobbs but my biggest fear is is that all the uncounted ballots are maybe being manipulated, and maybe they’re getting modified. That’s my fear. I pray that’s not, but I fear that.

You can’t beat cheaters at their own game.

Well, to be honest, this has been the topic which has many conservatives questioning the decision to ignore mail in ballots and early voting, while only focusing on election day turnout. They posit that if the rules have changed and ballot harvesting via mail in voting and early voting (they never say ballot harvesting, but this is what they are referencing) is the standard by which elections are to be won, let’s focus on mail in voting and early voting.

By focusing on early voting and mail-in voting, the low enthusiasm voter may be moved to actually mail in the ballot or turn up to vote over the course of the few weeks of early voting, as opposed to the cramped deadline of being forced to do so on the single day of the election. With the already significant election turnout by the Reps on election day, the added support of the low enthusiasm voter will give the Reps a competitive edge. This is a nicer way of saying that if cheating wins elections, lets cheat and win some elections so we can fix things.

The problem with this position is to be found in what you stated:

So, if we want things to be set right again, the game will have to change. Once it is, safeguards MUST be put in place so that cheaters can never again gain control of the election process

The Catch-22 lies in the fact that if cheating is the only way to win, then the only ones who might be in a position to actually force safeguards to be put in place to prevent cheating, will be those who are only in office because they were more successful cheaters than the other guy, making it far less likely that any safeguards put in place by these successful cheaters will actually result in an honest election outcome. Recognizing the fact that we can’t win by fighting honestly, results in the dilemma of “May the best cheater win”.

I see this change in the conversation by conservatives who are now advocating the use of liberal election standards, ie early voting and mail-in voting, – both of which are obvious standards intended to manipulate the system and legalize cheating – as a permanent change, further establishing the rot and decay within the US election system, distancing the public from the control of the process and distancing those governing from being controlled by the people. Just my own reflections of course, such as they are.

To counter this, though, if you don’t win, however you win, you can’t change anything.

    Or are Republicans just screwed?

Rough estimate of what Robert Barnes has stated regarding this question in his chats with Viva Live and in his Q&A chats over the past few weeks on his locals channel:

Don’t wait for the final election results to get your legal challenge prepared. You have to get your challenges in before the election is certified. If the election is certified, the chance of winning a challenge, even with significant evidence of malfeasance, becomes remotely likely of being successful. The Republicans likely do not have their legal papers, research, etc ready to make a challenge against any outcome, but the Dems definitely do.

Get the election contest ready. Get the legal research ready. Get the evidentiary facts together. Then demand only one thing. Just a small sample size on signature match checks on mail-in ballots. If more than 1% comes back according to an independent forensic signature analysis, done by a non-partisan or even a Democratic expert, it easily overwhelms the margin of victory and you can demand a new election. Don’t argue anything else. Nothing esoteric, nothing about machines or the court will toss the petition. Asking for something really easy, really reasonable, and something which is not at all controversial – signature matches. It takes you right to the core of the legal issue – are there enough constitutionally qualified ballots. If the signatures don’t match, those ballots don’t count. If there are more non-matching signatures than the margin of victory in the mail-in ballots, the remedy is a new election. Any random sample should be able to provide a greater level of non-matching signatures than the tiny margin of victory, so it’s a done deal.

This gives Republicans the ability to target just one, two or three states with all their resources, and the candidates in question are strong candidates which will draw nation-wide money, nation-wide resources and will result in a strong local turnout on the re-do election day.

You can’t beat cheaters at their own game. The Dems pretty much own the “Election game” now. So, if we want things to be set right again, the game will have to change. Once it is, safeguards MUST be put in place so that cheaters can never again gain control of the election process.
