I retrieved it by going on Twitter and then getting a Tucker Carson show that played the clips. The translation to English from Chinese is accurate. I cannot validate anything else.

This video, from The Hill via Arutz Sheva, is absolute must viewing for anyone who wants to see proof that Biden, numerous other Democratic politicians, and many Wall Street executives have been Chinese agents, on the take from China, for a long time. A high-ranking member of the Chinese Communist Party, also an academic at a major Chinese university, has revealed this on a televised Chinese talk show, to the applause and delight of the studio audience. Arutz Sheva first broadcast this video a few days ago, but now thay have rebroadcast it. It would be nice if it were shown on Israpundit, too.
I am skeptical of him, in general, but I already believed that to be the case for a while now.
