  1. I finally managed to get it to play on Alex Jones’ web site–on a different page from the one that Israpundit linked to. Maybe Alex moved it to a different part of cyberspace. Maybe Google tried to block it earlier.

    Putin’s interview was impressive. Many of his comments were about liberalism and multiculturalism make an asture critique. Also, his comments on unregulated immigration to Western countries.

    The problem with Putin is that he seems eminently reasonable when he is interviewed. But a lot of his opponents, critics of his policies, people complaining about corruption in the Russian government, have been murderedinr circumstances that point to him as the individual with the main motive for wanting
    them gone. Few arrests have been made when his critics and opponents have been killed. Despite his intelligence and reasonable facade, he is a ruthless dictator.

    Even Stalin could appear reaonable and charming when interviewed. THat is why many Russians found it difficult to beleive that he was responsible for the terror of the Soviet secret police. Some thought he was insulated from knowing what was going on, or was himself a prisoner of th epolice, not free to control them. But historians researching the period have determined that the secret police always acted on his orders.
