How long does that snow last Ted. My understanding is that snow rarely lasts more than a day in Israel except in the high mountains.
There are palm trees in Jerusalem. Palms do not survive hard freezes, so you must not get long term snow in Jerusalem.
No iced up lakes which take days to form. No ice skating on ponds.
That is wet snow, which occurs only just below freezing. Dry snow only occurs at lower temps. If the temp goes far below freezing, then the air can rarely hold the moisture needed to generate snow.
If it was dry snow in that pic, trees would not collapse.
Ted, the snow is a one day wonder. You ain’t in Quebec, there.
Jerusalem is at a latitude further south than subtropical San Diego.
In 2 days, you should be wearing short sleeves again.
