Even with Amy Cony Barrett casting the deciding vote? As for an armed uprising, how many gun owners are Democrats, do you suppose? How many police officers and soldiers would be party to an uprising, do you suppose? As a general rule, revolutions only succeed when, at least a section of the military goes over to the other side.
The problem is, how can this massive fraud be stopped? In order to “correct” such a massive fraud,the Supreme Court would have to invalidate that election in about half the states plus D.C., and order new elections supervised by the Federal government . In order to prevent it beforehand, they would have to issue orders to the state governments not to count any unsolicited ballots, or accept any registration forms except those requested by the prospective voter beforehand, with his/her signature and a witness signature included.
But I can’t see the Supremes issuing any such orders.They are already under fire for exercising “judicial tyranny,” and would not risk bringing down the wrath of millions of Dems against them. Their lives would be in danger.
In any case, The Democrat-controlled states would simply refuse to obey such court orders. If the Trump administration attempted to enforce them, there would certainly be a massive armed uprising.
