Three weeks? Yes just Three weeks
During the last three weeks, I published three blogs (here, here and here) that rubbished the Israel BDS (Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions) idiots who insist on shooting themselves in the foot by refusing any of Israel’s medical innovations. I have just looked back at what Israelis have been working on in all areas over the last three weeks and I can hardly believe that so much has been achieved. So let me bring you up to date on just the medical and clean technology advances.
In medical news, we heard that
the technique treating cancer conceived 30 years ago by Weizmann’s Zelig Eshhar is now curing patients across the USA. Other related Israeli innovations include:
Concerning the brain:
– Israel’s Reuth Center is using a computerized shoe to teach people with brain damage
how to walk again.
Heart-warming news includes:
Recent successful heart operations include:
– Performing
a heart transplant on a 28-year-old Israeli-Arab – the oldest patient at a children’s hospital.
In medical research:
In Agro-technology, Israel has been innovating in order to benefit the world
– And the Hebrew University’s ran an International Symposium on
balancing technical progress with health.
In Water technology:
– IBM Israel announced new software to interpret utility meter readings and sensors and
detect water leaks.
On the energy front:
– The Israeli government is subsidizing the replacement of electric water heaters to
solar powered systems.
In approximately three weeks time, we will enter a sad period of the Jewish calendar known as “the three weeks”. Jewish tradition says that the last day of the three weeks will one day turn into a festival of celebration and usher in a new age of prosperity and peace.
I can’t wait.

@ yamit82:
You want women to boycott underware?
@ yamit82:
I said before and I will again, I blame the Israeli government for allowing the Arabs to occupy the Holy site while not permitting the Jews to pray at their Temple.
If they are concerned about offending the Arabs tough.
Jerusalem is the capital of the sovereign Jewish Nation of Israel and there is no reason to allow these rock throwing knuckleheads to occupy the Holy site and they should be removed.
The Jews have G-d given rights to Jerusalem and the Holy Land period.
Time to open the Temple for prayer.

Who Boycotts Israel?
Why Palestinians Want This Video Removed
@ yamit82:
That’s exactly the idea! Excellent video, although the list of important innovations needs to be updated every week or so. The “Boycott This, Hypocrite!” concept needs to be turned into a well-organized international campaign. The sooner the better.
Canadian Otter Said:
So You Want to Boycott Israel?
Meanwhile, in the Land of the Philistines: How many Palestinians does it take to put in a light bulb?
None. They sit in the dark and blame the Jews.
@ Laura:
Thank you. I’m hoping that someone with expertise in these matters will read this and develop a campaign along those lines. Ridicule is a powerful weapon.
@ Canadian Otter:
I love the idea.
@ Canadian Otter:
Expand the medical boycott in the name of cleaning out the “gene pool”.
EXPAND THE BOYCOTT – You need an ongoing campaign to embarrass boycotters and publicize Israeli advances at the same time. Suggestions: Create a website identifying boycott leaders using Israeli technology, with graphic evidence. ~~~ Also, publicize a “Boycott This” campaign ‘advising’ boycotters that it’s not enough to target a few products, that they and their loved ones should renounce all Israeli tech and medical innovations, and list the most important ones. These lists could be placed on social media, distributed outside hospitals in boycotting cities, etc. ~~~ How about media ads showing individuals being true to their conscience and boycotting everything Israeli, including computers. Now they only use pen and paper and communicate via snail mail, but they feel great.~~~ All these projects should be done in such a way that the mainstream media can’t ignore it. All legally done, of course, but designed to make a splash.
