The US House of Representatives votes to censure Democratic Representative Rashida Tlaib of Michigan, in an extraordinary rebuke of her rhetoric about the Israel-Hamas war.
The 234-188 tally comes after 22 Democrats joined with Republicans to censure Tlaib, a punishment one step below expulsion from the House.
The vote follows Tlaib’s accusation that US President Joe Biden was supporting a “genocide” of Palestinians due to his backing for the Israeli offensive against the Hamas terror group. In a video shared on social media.
Tlaib also defended using the term ” “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free,” a common chant at pro-Palestinian rallies that is broadly understood as a call to eliminate the State of Israel,” claiming it’s “an aspirational call for freedom, human rights, and peaceful coexistence, not death, destruction, or hate.”
Censure does not meet the threshold for expulsion. Generally, a censure is a condemnation of a member’s actions, statements or a combination of the two. That’s it, no further actions, she is and will be there.
As Brigitte Gabriel said, “If the Israelis have committed genocide, why has the Palestinian population grown by 6,000%?”
This is the pathology of the Palestinians who yearn to commit wholesale genocide and barbarism of the Jews and take the land of Israel for themselves: they project their aggression onto Israel and walk around feeling like victims of the projected aggression. But it’s their aggression.
It is the same pathology Hitler and the Germans suffered: while they planned, calculated, and crafted the wholesale destruction of every single Jewish community in Europe, Hitler felt it was the Jews who were the agent of destruction: they were “vermin” that were overrunning every country, and needed to be exterminated.
It is so important to listen to what the Palestinian people say: they are very open about their determination to murder Jews and steal their land. Those who support them, are supporting genocide, whether they are in the US Congress, in colleges, or on the streets.
This revolting piece of human garbage not only doesn’t belong in Congress, she doesn’t belong in this country. The Founders turn over in their graves every day knowing this POS (and the rest of that despicable trash known as “the Squad”) walks the halls of our Capitol.
