This is how democracy dies.
Despite the incredible amount of historic fraud in this year’s presidential election, the US Supreme Court on Monday announced they will not hear any cases until Joe Biden is inaugurated.
The DOJ and FBI refused to move an inch after USPS contract truck drivers reported trailers full of ballots being sent to Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
The DOJ and FBI refused to investigate any of the incidents of proven fraud including:
** The impossible dropped votes for Joe Biden in the early morning
** The collusion of several swing states to shut down counting on election night after Trump pulled ahead in ALL of the battleground states
** The liberal counting centers LOCKING OUT GOP observers for up to TWO DAYS
** The flipping of ballots from Trump to Biden on live TV.
And the myriad of anomalies and outright fraudulent votes as Deroy Murdock reported:
It is clear the US has become a lawless state overnight.
And now Democrats are cracking down on speech and assembly rights.
What the hell is going on in our country
Forbes reported:
The U.S. Supreme Court rejected motions to fast-track eight GOP-led lawsuits Monday that challenged President-elect Joe Biden’s victory, including lawsuits led by President Donald Trump and former Trump legal advisor Sidney Powell, effectively killing the post-election litigation by ensuring it won’t be heard before Biden takes office and likely renders the cases moot.
Trump and the GOP had publicly pinned their legal effort to overturn the election results on the 6-3 conservative Supreme Court. “Whether it’s a justice of the Supreme Court or a number of justices of the Supreme Court, let’s see if they have the courage to do what everybody in this country knows is right,” Trump said in December, while legal advisors Jenna Ellis and Rudy Giuliani even painted a loss in Pennsylvania as a good thing because it “help[s] us in our strategy to get expeditiously to the U.S. Supreme Court.” The high court has overwhelmingly rejected the post-election legal push, however, striking down the Pennsylvania GOP case and a Texas-led lawsuit against battleground states. As the post-election cases at the heart of Monday’s orders were filed ahead of Congress’ Jan. 6 meeting to count the electoral votes—the last procedural milestone by which the results could have potentially been overturned—the Supreme Court largely ignored the last-minute rush of litigation, declining to issue orders or making an effort to expedite the cases as Republicans desired and rejecting a lawsuit from Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas).

“Without Freedom Of Speech, What Is Going To Happen To America?
January 10, 2021 by Michael Snyder
It is quite ironic that many of those that are always telling us that we need “diversity” in our society are also some of the strongest voices against a “diversity of viewpoints” on social media. The founders of this nation wanted to make sure that nobody would ever take the right to freedom of speech away from us, and that is why it was enshrined in the Bill of Rights. Unfortunately, courts have greatly eroded that right over the last several decades, and now we are facing an all-out assault on freedom of speech that is unlike anything that we have ever seen before. And once freedom of speech is completely gone, all of our other rights will soon follow, because there will no longer be any way to defend them.
When the United States was established, government was really the only major threat to free speech. In early America, corporations were severely limited in size and scope, and that is because our founders were determined not to let them get too big or too powerful.
Our founders knew that enormous concentrations of money and power would be great threats to freedom, and that has definitely turned out to be the case.
In the old days, if you wanted to express yourself you could grab a soapbox and head down to a local street corner. The reason why we use the term “marketplace of ideas” today is because people literally used to gather in marketplaces and town squares and exchange ideas with one another.
In our time, the Internet has become the place where we all gather to exchange ideas, but unfortunately control of all of the most important gathering spaces is in the hands of a very small group of colossal tech corporations.
When Facebook, Twitter and others were first growing, they generally allowed people to say pretty much what they wanted to say, and information flowed pretty freely.
But censorship has escalated dramatically over the past four years, and it reached a crescendo the other day when Twitter announced that it would be permanently suspending President Trump’s account.
How would our founders feel about that?
Tech giants such as Facebook and Twitter now have more money than many entire countries do, and in many ways they also have the same level of power that many national governments possess.
Just think about this – President Trump could never take away your ability to express yourself, but Facebook and Twitter can.
Of course big corporations dominate just about every other aspect of our society as well. These collectivist institutions have become extremely dangerous, and they are really starting to throw their weight around.
Until the power of the big corporations is addressed, we will never have a truly free society again.
Just like leftist governments, big corporations seek to gather as much money and as much power under a single umbrella as possible.
Our founders wanted to empower the individual, and that is why they wanted to limit the size of government and that is why they also wanted to limit the size of corporations.
Sadly, it wasn’t just President Trump that got booted off Twitter in recent days. Hordes of conservative accounts have been wiped out, and this has led many to use the word “purge” to describe what has been happening.
On my Twitter account, I have literally lost more than a thousand followers in just a few days. Others have lost a lot more.
Many conservatives have been fleeing to Parler, but over the past several days the big tech giants teamed up to take that entire platform down…
Parler will likely go offline for “a while” Sunday evening given Amazon Web Services’ decision to suspend the upstart social media platform after Wednesday’s U.S. Capitol riot, executives said Sunday.
“We are clearly being singled out,” Chief Policy Officer Amy Peikoff told “Fox & Friends Weekend” one day after Apple suspended Parler from its App Store even as it surged to the No. 1 spot in the free apps section earlier in the day.
I was absolutely stunned when I heard that had happened.
These people are not playing games.
For the moment, Gab.com is still up, and their traffic has surged more than 750 percent in just the last few days…
Gab.com, the free speech friendly social network, says traffic has increased by more than 750 percent in the past few days, following the blacklisting of President Donald Trump from most mainstream tech platforms.
“Our traffic is up 753% in the past 24 hours. Tens of millions of visits,” said Gab in response to a question about slow loading speeds.
But how long will it be before Gab is taken down as well?
The big tech companies don’t want diversity, they don’t want competition and they don’t want dissent.
What they want is complete and total domination.
Cancel culture is not good for our society. If everyone with viewpoints that are not “politically correct” is eventually “canceled” we will have a society that looks a whole lot like communist China.
And I suppose that is precisely what a lot of people out there truly want.
It is not always easy to listen to viewpoints that you consider to be offensive. Personally, I do not like most of what my fellow citizens are saying in 2021.
But in the United States we are not supposed to silence opposing viewpoints that we do not like. Instead, we are supposed to strive for victory in the marketplace of ideas by showing that our viewpoints are better.
Unfortunately, the big tech companies have decided that millions of Americans should no longer be allowed to participate in the marketplace of ideas because their viewpoints are just too offensive.
Ironically, many of those that are doing the censoring have the most offensive and the most dangerous viewpoints of all.
Needless to say, if we stay on the path that we are currently on there is no future for America.
Without free speech, the system of government that our founders established simply won’t work.
What is the point of even having elections if we can only express one point of view?
In China, no dissent is allowed and one political party runs everything on a permanent basis.
America appears to be heading in the same direction, and there are millions of people in this country that are actually quite thrilled that this is happening.

@ keelie:
I agree, Keelie. What the “normal” workings of the stock market over the past few days reveal is that the financiers, stockbrokers and investors who run the stock market were happy about Trump’s removal from office and humilitation. It is they who are a part of the ruling establishment, along with the civil service, the military, the big media and the big communications companies. Trump was never part of this ruling oligarchy.
Trump did lead a kind of “insurrection” of sorts, although by completely legal and nonviolent means, during his four years in office. He did make some efforts to “drain the swamp” of these oligarchs. This is why they have persecuted him with such zeal and hysteria.
As for “civilization”–civilizations have been murdering millions and millions of people for thousands of years. The birth of “civilization” led to a vast increase in murders, compared to the hunter-gather stage of “primitive” human life. There is nothing humane or kind about “civilization.”
From NPR (National Public Radio) site. Evidence that the riot was an “inside job” is mounting.
“2 Capitol Police Officers Suspended For Actions During Rioters’ Attack On Capitol
Barbara Campbell January 11, 20216:49 PM ET
Two Capitol Police officers have been suspended in connection with last week’s fatal riot at the U.S. Capitol by protesters loyal to President Trump, Rep. Tim Ryan, D-Ohio, said.
One of the suspended officers took a selfie with a rioter. The other donned a Make America Great Again hat and “started directing people around,” Ryan said.
Ryan chairs the House subcommittee that is investigating the police response to last Wednesday’s riot. He also said that about 10 to 15 other Capitol Police officers are under investigation. He provided no specifics.
This story will be updated.”
@ Adam Dalgliesh:
Doesn’t endless lying, hypocrisy, support of endless violence against the general population, and shutting off peoples’ ability to hold down a job and thus support their families pass the smell test of “insurrection material,” especially bearing in mind that these are only the foreplay for what’s to come?
Using the stock market as the measuring rod for a successful (real) civilization is not exactly the best way of looking at life as it is now, or as it will be in the future, unless there’s a “spiritual” aspect to the stock market of which I am totally unaware…
From the “Rogue Economics” site–Bill Bonner’s Diary. I don’t agree with everything Bonner says, but the general drift is spot on.
“The Real Revolution Is Still Ahead
Bill Bonner | Jan 8, 2021 | Bill Bonner’s Diary | 5 min readPrint
Aaahhh!
You say you want a revolution
Well, you know
We all want to change the world
– The Beatles
WEST RIVER, MARYLAND – The media is having a field day – showing, over and over again, the cockeyed videos. A crowd of yahoos gets hotted up. They make a break for the Capitol… bust through the windows and doors…
And there they are. One man sits at Nancy Pelosi’s desk and puts his feet up. Another – with horns on his head… and tattoos on his naked torso – stands on the dais of the Senate.
And all over, they wander… aimlessly… pointlessly strewing papers and asking themselves…
…“What the Hell are we doing here?”
Myth Versus Reality
An “insurrection!” screamed the papers. An “invasion” said the commentators. A “revolution,” said the analysts. “Pearl Harbor,” opined Senator Chuck Schumer, surely losing his mind. “Domestic terrorists,” insisted Joe Biden. “A coup d’état,” said some other clown.
And onto the news channel came Michelle Obama, who let out that it was a “desecration” of the Capitol.
Yes… there… she had managed to find the right nail and give it a whack. For the only significant damage was there – to the myth…
According to the propaganda, the U.S. Capitol is the beating heart of American democracy. It’s where the peoples’ representatives get together to solemnly debate – with the golden oratory of Cicero and the unerring courage of Augustus – the important issues facing the American people.
They carefully weigh the pros and cons, the costs and the benefits, and put aside their own self-interests and bugaboos so as to come to decisions that benefit us all.
Of course, the story is fake. Congress is a collection of 535 self-serving hacks. With rare exception, they pass laws involving trillions of dollars (not their own money), written by lobbyists and cronies, without even reading them.
Few have any historical perspective. And no principles cling to them that would withstand a morning shower.
And then, in their latest tomfoolery, they disappear “mothers,” “grandmothers,” “aunts,” and “uncles” from federal documents – as if they didn’t exist.
Selfie Time
But Ms. Obama is right. The Temple had been defiled. The holiest of holies… the St. Peter’s Basilica for America’s right-thinking True Believers… Mecca for its Democrats and Republicans… a revered shrine for summer visitors…
…its sacred walls were breached by a mob of left-behinds (we have it on good authority that there were few hedge fund managers or professors of social policy studies in this unruly horde)…
And there they were, taking photos of each other so the feds can arrest them for criminal trespass, vandalism, treason, drug possession, and whatever other charges they might stick onto them.
What a jolly time for everyone!
Tourist Revolutionaries
And like almost everything else that passes for news or public affairs – no matter what your politics or perspective – it was a joke. A scam. The “revolution” was televised, but like reality TV or professional wraslin’, it was fake.
These were no “terrorists”… no revolutionaries… no insurrectionists…
They were just a hopeless, low-IQ mob… clueless… aimless… and thoughtless…
Real terrorists would have come with bombs, gasoline… and a plan. They would have killed a few members of Congress and taken the rest hostage… or simply burned down the Capitol Building.
Real revolutionaries would have a real revolutionary leading them… towards a real revolution. Donald Trump is no Vladimir Lenin. No Che Guevara. No Fidel Castro. No Maximilien Robespierre. He is no revolutionary at all.
Had he broken into the Capitol, he wouldn’t know what to do either… which he proved in the White House. For four years, he led a fake MAGA program… neither draining the Swamp nor staunching the flow of wealth from the masses to the elite. Now, he’s the perfect person to lead a fake “coup.”
Real Revolutionaries
Real insurrectionists don’t just stroll about the temple… admiring its lavish works of art and leaving papers on the floor. They destroy it.
Like Oliver Cromwell… using the Irish Catholic churches as stables for his horses and latrines for his men. Like Solomon’s Temple, razed to the ground by the Babylonians in 586 BC. Like Sitting Bull at the Little Big Horn, leaving no one left alive.
And they don’t stop with the holy shrine.
In 1793, the city of Lyon, France, defied the revolutionaries. But it was soon conquered by them. Every house belonging to a “rich” person was to be torn down.
And a real revolutionary rabble doesn’t content itself with acting like ill-bred tourists. It murders… rapes… hangs… burns… tortures… and loots.
Women are stripped and ravaged – in the streets. Men are gunned down, without trial… often just for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Groups – Blacks, Jews, the rich, Catholics, gypsies, collaborators, counter-revolutionaries (almost any group you want) – are targeted for execution.
At the Massacre of Badajoz, at the beginning of the Spanish Civil War, for example, the revolutionaries held a solemn mass… and then murdered 4,000 local people who were still loyal to the government.
The mob in Washington on Wednesday held no mass. It didn’t intentionally murder anyone. It didn’t even massacre the Capitol Police… or cut off the head of its commander (as the French revolutionaries did at the Bastille) and put it on a pike.
Nor did the barbarians violate a single fetching Democrat in the Capitol Building… or even so much as set fire to a trash can.
Real Insurrection
Finally, a real insurrection doesn’t happen when the stock market is at an all-time high… food is still abundant on the shelves… gasoline flows freely from the self-service pumps… you can get a mortgage at 2.5% interest… and the feds’ are still handing out money, which is still thought to have real value…
No, Dear Reader, we have a long way to go. The real revolution is still ahead. We are now only at the slippery, sloppy edge of our empire’s destruction, in other words.
There’s a lot more to come.
Stay tuned…
Regards,
Bill
