The Lawfare Project sent the following letter to the leadership of a labor union that recently adopted a resolution endorsing the BDS movement and its hateful and discriminatory goals and activities. The letter was co-signed by StandWithUs.
Although we do not want to give this union any more media attention, we thought it important to respond publicly with the counter-message–the truth–and call attention to the hypocrisy of any labor association taking such a position.
We will continue to combat BDS wherever it manifests, and to remind any organization and/or association considering BDS advocacy of the potential legal consequences of such action.
advocacy is BS, file suits
why are the names blocked out, shoudnt we know the names of the union? All Jews should have the membership rol of the unins to make sure that no jewish projects employ them and to prevent their getting any gov contracts. also, if they are in violation of laws then their contracts can be terminated with the fed. Why does it refer to the history going back to the 70’s which no one will care about? I hope there is more than this letter, there should be suits. Does this lawfare project file suits or just collect donations for sending letters? I like shurat Ha din, they initiate action, talk is cheap.8
And another thing: bring pressure on Congress to deny such unions government-contract funded jobs, and threaten decertification. Lawfare is a two-edged sword.
Sue the bastards. Bring a discrimination action to the NLRB as well on behalf of US workers in the distribution chain harmed by this action.
Warfare by any other name must be returned in kind and many times over. I believe that the unnamed union controls much of the electrical, electronic as well as the motor car industry?
