The Caroline Glick Show
BLINKEN AND BIDEN ARE BUSTING OUR BALLS.
THEY ARE DEMANDING THAT WE DON’T DESTROY HAMAS OR HEZBOLLAH
THEY ARE DEMANDING THAT WE DON’T ATTACK UNRWA FACIITIES OR HOSPITALS WHICH USUALLY HOUSE HAMAS ROCKET LAUNCHERS AND TERRORISTS
Peloni
Arms just drop it
Reader made a remark no more than that.
A good leadership will do the right thing.
As to the rest of what you say re
VICTORY
What the hell is that…an army is only as good as the political leaders who guide it.
The point Reader made.
You haven’t even begun to answer these questions. If you have explain where?
@Felix
I have been advocating for an end to the policy of status quo since well before posting here, and have added my comments on the subject many times on this site. In any event, my position remains that the demand which should be put upon the leadership is that nothing less than total victory should be accepted as the outcome of this war – total unequivocal and complete victory. Indeed, it is immoral, illogical, and unacceptable that this was not always the objective pursued. As Sebastien has often reminded us, it is cruel to be kind to those who would kill us. In fairness to all, the political enviornent to do so was never before lending itself towards achieving this end as it stands today and the cost for achieving such a victory will be significant, but the consequence of tolerating evil is itself an opportunity cost which is far too great, as we have come to see in the recent massacre of so many innocent lives.
Notably, the issue of the domestic production of arm is not a small detail in relation to Israel having a free hand wiith which to defend itself from our enemies. It is not the entire problem which affects Israel’s inability to act as needed, but it is a very important element of leveraging Israel’s interests against those of other powers such as the US State Dept which have always been completely antithetical to Israel’s security.
Adam at least you are sincere and draw some conclusions
But Adam those of us and we are many had drawn these conclusions a very long time ago
I personally go back to Yugoslavia 33 years ago
And did you answer me re America and Ukraine as proxy against Russia?
Haven’t seen a reply
“I think that Ted and his family should go back to the relative safety of their home in Canada. All other Israpundit contributors in Israel, I think should do the same. I wish someone would compile a list of decent Israelis have never betrayed their country, and develop an exit plan for them==obtaining passpoprts to non-hostile or at least relatively non-hostile countries, etc. “
In fact on rereading the above by Peloni it’s utter weakness
There is nothing in it as far as a strategy
He just says leave it to the leaders. He says win in Gaza. Then ? Big Peloni vacuum or that’s how I see it
This is what I took from Reader the KEY point
To fight such an enemy you have to know what the overall aims are.
I THINK that’s what Reader said.
Then that got diverted as I explained above.
This issue of arms is a technical question which the Israeli leadership will decide. Why go on about it. Reader may be right. Or wrong. The answer may be a combination.
The bigger question is that Israel as presently existing has a very flaky leadership which cannot formulate correct aims.
As Peloni made clear here
That should be discussed
In fact Peloni does not put any clear demands on the Israeli leaders
By not doing so is a recipe for no change.
Does he not agree?
@Edgar
Expertly described.
PELONI- and others..
If Israel completely produced its own munitions etc. the factory sites would be completely ringed around with the most modern early warning tech as well as the latest defensive “miracle” protection.
It could even be underground and dispersed widely. A huge enterprise but would pay off handsomely.
After the easy entries to Israel from Gaza, the slackness which allowed it won’t happen again. A bitter lesson has been etched into Israel’s psyche
Anvakh Well said
Caroline’s accusations are supported by mountains of evidence compiled by many diligent internet researchers. But the conclusions are so devastating and horrible that they defy belief. The Washington foreign policy establishment is being run by Iran, Hizbollah and Hamas. And the Israeli government is controlled by the U.S. State Department. There seems to be no no hope for Israel.
I think that Ted and his family should go back to the relative safety of their home in Canada. All other Israpundit contributors in Israel, I think should do the same. I wish someone would compile a list of decent Israelis have never betrayed their country, and develop an exit plan for them==obtaining passpoprts to non-hostile or at least relatively non-hostile countries, etc.
Reader and Peloni
Re sense of solidarity
“That’s all we need – a bunch of emboldened (and often corrupt) incompetents.
Sounds terrifying to me.”
Sounds terrifying because it is terrifying
Today this Mayo criminal drags his ass into the historical Jewish homeland.
We will see what these leaders in Israel are made of.
Sadly we can predict
Of no use at all.
Solidarity. Magical thinking.
Top Biden Intel Official Outed as Palestinian Activist Has Some Very Dark Associates

IDF REPORTS today:
Mawasi is in the south end of Gaza. So Gazans are encouraged to go there. Israel must not agree to their return.
@peloni
The key here is “filled from foreign factories” the products of which can be replaced ideally as needed (of course, nothing is perfect).
If Israel produces ALL of its weaponry and the facilities are destroyed, the weapons cannot be replaced, at least not quickly and easily.
Israel is not Russia which can afford to have the enemy take half the country while the other half builds factories and trains new armies for the counterattack.
That’s all we need – a bunch of emboldened (and often corrupt) incompetents.
Sounds terrifying to me.
@Felix
Actually I was simply responding to Reader’s assertion that Israel might be more vulnerable due to domestic production of arms, which she does in part already have while still offshoring far too much to the US.
Regarding your earlier post, I very much agree that
As with the May War of Riots and Rockets, this war has changed our collective perspective. The recent article in Mosaic by Rafi DeMogge who now identifies as an ‘ex centrist’ which demonstrates this truth. Of course there are those who will be driven further to pursue the TSS madness which brought us the circumstances leading upto the recent tragedy, but time will show that the fools who believe in such tomfoolery are much reduced.
So indeed, the topic of the arms is but a slice of the pie and not the whole change which will come from 10/7. Far from it I would argue.
As to the current govt, well, I know you have a hard time not calling for revolution, but now is certainly not the time for such radical endeavors. Israel needs as much unity as possible, a unity which indicates the future path which must come from this current tragedy so that there can be no mistake or equivocation possible in the current leadership. A steady sense of solidarity is exactly what will embolden our leaders and fortify our people for what is to come. Any hint of the chaos which you seem to be advocating would only embolden our enemies while weakening our own positions. I would argue that such a folly as you seem to be advocating (forgive me if I mistake your meaning) must be avoided at all costs.
Peloni
I would not concern much about arms
Caroline Glick did enunciate the central truth that Reader and myself have been pinpointing
Under present Israeli leadership Israeli soldiers can actually through this projected war be in effect causing the end of Israel.
Read my piece below. You immediately think arms. I think a party and a program and a new concept here Jews living alone and protection from Antisemitism.
Israel is in serious trouble now because too many are perhaps too ignorant of history to learn from the whole life experience of Trotsky.
This is without any doubt the answer.
Consider the Civil War how did he win?
Answer
He had a party and that party mobilised the force to win
The peasantry
The workers
But anyway there is little support on Israpundit for these lessons
And you Peloni are not able to bring about such a change
Biden will betray today. But who will tell and expose him. There’s the rub.
Caroline Glick in this video exposes thoroughly that the Biden administration is supplying Hizbullah and that Hamas is being trained and supplied by America through Lebanon and that the American Ambassador knows that Hamas was training in paragliding in Lebanon those Hamas Jew killers who flew onto the concert.
And America holds Israel back from making war on Hamas a Fascist Nazi movement based on Hitler Jew Hatred or Antisemitism because it will not sell arms to Israel. America and it’s Media have preached protection of civilians but they forget Hamas is at war with Jews . That is like don’t bomb Auschwitz because you have to supply the Ukrainian guards there with humanitarian food first of all.
And many other things. Biden is seeking to take over Israel. If using your imagination Biden was to appear as Trotsky led the fight against the Nazi White Pogroms of Jews in Ukraine and insisted on sending humanitarian aid to the Nazis he would have been legally executed. And he is doing exactly that today. America through Biden is the friend only of Hamas and PLO.
So what to do. Just this. If Biden does not tomorrow sell Israel what it needs then Netanyahu must appear on television and state clearly these events concerning Biden to the whole world. Telling the truth about Biden will gain massive support for Israel because it is not alone (far from it) in being shafted by Biden and his NeoCon government.
The future for Jews. Israel must control it’s space and be separated from Arab Antisemitism and that especially geographically. That means physical removal of Antisemitism in every form so Jews can live in peace without molestation. Nothing else makes sense. This is a concept that Herzl did not really have but Leon Trotsky did have.
Israel needs new leadership a mass party but based on new thinking. Respect for culture and long tradition but also be able to think clearly about what this world is about in 2023, and be independent beholden to nobody. Only to the truth.
@Reader
This is silly. The production line would be no less vulnerable than the weapons stores which are filled from foreign factories. By relying upon its own munitions alone, Israel would be capable of both knowing and relying upon its own production. It would also go a great lenght towards enabling Israel to be the independent state which is required of the Jewish state not needing to go on bended knee while seeking military stores from other powers. Was it not the very basis of the Zionist dream that the Jewish people should be independent and free to determine their own fate amongst themselves without having to pantomine such Ghtetto tactics as entreating the powerful gentile nations for military support during such a war as we face today? Yes, I do believe it was. We should not place in the dubious position of making our defense dependent on others. We should plan our own battles, fight our own fights, and produce our own munitions and equipment. In any event, we should certainly not be reliant upon the govt which feeds, funds and defends those who seek our death. Doing so could only ever lead to bad outcomes such as we face currently.
This war must be won no matter what, but following this, a repatriation of Israeli weapon production and development must be among the items included in the post mortem following this war. We are an inventive people, capable of great ingenuity and development. It is in this which we must place our stock rather than false friends who have been given far too much control over what marshal tasks we might choose to pursue in defense of ourselves.
@peloni
The major reason that Bibi the Baby is still there is because he does whatever the US wants.
@ketzel2
It’s not all that simple, if Israel makes its own weapons on its territory, the facilities could be very easily wiped out by the Arab rockets.
Israel needs to look east to India and their massive manufacturing capacity in exchange for Israeli know-how and technology.
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12640783/Has-Israel-decided-NOT-launch-ground-invasion-IDF-says-effort-wipe-Hamas-different-despite-massing-troops-tanks-Gaza-border.html.
This article from the daily mail confirms what has already been reported by Israeli sources. Israel will never again be able to order a massive callup of reserves.
Herein lies the catch which comes from working under the tender mercies of the US MIC. Israel’s dependency on Western support and American weapons has crippled her ability to act decisively and independently as needed to support her raison d’être.
The truth is that the Iranian proxies which committed the attrocities on 10/7 were being funded and are still being funded by the US, making them tantamount to being US proxies. Indeed, the US has been funding the murder of our people for decades. To believe that they would suddenly support the anhilation of these groups is both unserious and naive. They will preach about having Israel’s back as they use this access to render any campaign nothing more than another mowing the law campaign.
This is not a new revelation, but rather it is a consequence of abdicating Israeli interests, including Israel’s own MIC, to be subordinate to those of the US. Indeed, it is a stark reality which faces the Jewish State as these radicals in Washington have invaded the Jewish capital to demand that Israel hobble its need of an equitable response to the recent butchery to suit the whims of the US president, the US state deptartment and US policy, all of which stand firmly in support of Iran and its proxies, as the US continues to fund their genocidal wars against our people.
Regardless of all the threats, regardless of all the demands, it is incumbent upon Bibi, his govt, and the entire Jewish State to stand up the those who funded the 10/7 slaughter, and to thread the needle of seeking out victory no matter what the US demands. It is not a question of whether we want this war. This war has been released upon us, and we can not tolerate the demands of foreign interests which are being placed upon our freedom of action in our response.
In the long run, Israel must make its own weapons.
