Something haywire here. Hezki Baruch on Arutz 7, reports 7,040 new cases whilst the daily record on the red band, a little below his report, says 1,151 new active cases.
He says “new cases”, and the red report says “new ACTIVE cases”…. I wonder if there is a difference between “new” and “new active”. I don’t see how, but….? Maybe this is why israpundit readers have kindly overlooked my (erroneous ??) posts.

I have been doing my best to get the Israeli government to end the lockdown and use this drug. There is great resistance.
Something very interesting I noticed the day before yesterday. The day before that , there were about 8500 new positive cases. Then two days ago there were about 5500 cases, yesterday about 4700, and today 3400. Maybe a pre-Yom Kipur slowdown in testing….or………….??? the figures for pst days may be liitle out, but in the ballpark, today’s I just saw on Arutz 7 on the Red band which gives totals daily.
