  1. Only one correction on the video. Tunnels can be blown up from the air. Also Israel has robots that go into the tunnels first to see what is there. Some of the robots have explosive capability.

  2. WSJ reports:

International pressure is building on Egypt to open its border crossing with Gaza to a potential exodus of its two million residents. Egypt’s government has resisted easing border restrictions for years, wary that militants will join civilians and create security problems for Egypt and arguing that an exodus could threaten the integrity of Palestinian territory.

“We are working closely with Egypt and Israel to see if we can develop safe-passage options so that those civilians in Gaza who want to leave can leave safely,” White House National Security Council Spokesman John Kirby told The Wall Street Journal. “This isn’t their fault. They didn’t cause this. And if they want to leave, they should be allowed to leave.”

Israel’s military, just before midnight local time, told the United Nations that its staff and approximately 1.1 million civilians should leave the northern part of the Gaza Strip in the next 24 hours, according to spokesmen for the U.N. and Israel’s military. The U.N. called for Israel to rescind the order, saying it could transform an already tragic situation into a catastrophe.

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken told reporters that he discussed the possibility of safe passage with Israeli officials during a visit and would pursue the topic in coming days with other countries.

Complicating matters, Hamas officials have said in recent days that the group is reluctant to allow an evacuation of Gaza, arguing that it could mean permanent exile for Palestinians who leave.

  3. TOI reports:

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken calls for protection for civilians in both the Gaza Strip and Israel as the Israeli military ordered half of the Palestinian territory’s population to evacuate in advance of an expected ground assault.

“As Israel pursues its legitimate right, to defending its people and to trying to ensure that this never happens again, it is vitally important that all of us look out for civilians, and we’re working together to do exactly that,” Blinken says before heading to the United Arab Emirates for similar discussions.

“None of us want to see suffering by civilians on any side, whether it’s in Israel, whether it’s in Gaza, whether it’s anywhere else,” he says.

An American official says that the US did not ask Israel to slow or hold off on the evacuation plan. The official said the discussions with Israeli leaders did stress the importance of taking into account the safety of civilians as Israel’s military moved to enforce the evacuation demand.

Israel is well aware of its duty moreso than the US. It irritates me that Blinken has to grandstand with his call to protect civilians on both sides.

Israel should tell the world if it wants to provide humanitarian aid to Gazans, do so in Egypt. The US and the UN have to arrange passage out of Gaza for this purpose.

There are MANY articles about breaking news from Israel, along with background info at

I just clicked on this site for the first time myself, and will be reviewing an article or two.

In a related matter, my wife and I just saw a current interview between Johsua Phillip and Lee Smith of Epoch Times, concerning the HAMAS attacks. One item was the note tha if Hizbullah launches a massive attack from the north, this would point to the certain involvement of Iran in the conflict. Another IMPORTANT detail, is that NORTH KOREA introduced the “paraglider” tactic a few years ago, as a plan it had for invading South Korea, and had trained Iran on this strategy. These aircraft can fly below the radar. This, coupled with massive hacking of Israeli defenses, may have left Israel vulnerable.

Lee Smith noted that the Chinese Communists very much want to gain control of the “Silicon Wadi” in Saudi Arabia, as well as Israeli technology, as a vital part of their own tech industry strategy.

Lee also noted that the main danger of Biden’s gifting of $16 billion to Iran was not the amount itself, but the fact that Biden sees Iran as a strategic PARTNER of his administration

It was also noted, that ISRAEL has been wavering between cooperation with the CCP and cooperation with the Biden regime. This new connection between Biden and Iran points to the possibility that all three connections may be of a piece.
