The EU threatens to end financial support for PA

Norwegian FM to ‘Post’: World will not bankroll Palestinian state-building forever

It should only be so. That would be the catalyst for change. Israel would then have to cover the cost of maintaining the PA which is currently about $1.1 billion. This is currently covered by the EU and the US.

Thus if the EU and the US are no longer paying the piper, Israel will have more independance to find solutions and lessen the shortfall.

    I would not be surprised to see growing attempts to depose hamas softly in an attempt at giving gaza to PA to satisfy the pretense of unity, PA hegemony over gaza and a staged election giving abbas a resounding victory (certified by jimmy carter 🙂 ). Tamarod is already making waves in Gaza(like past “arab springs”);
    meshaal covets a legacy as a leader in a national PA govt and I suspect he will become part of PA(he has been jockeying for a position and if he joins the team he will get his legacy and perks). If he joins an agreement legitimacy will be assumed.
    Perhaps the Egyptian choking of gaza is to bring down the local hamas leadership through an economic plunge. I smell fish 🙂 .

These eurotrash Jew swindlers should be knocked off their high horses and pay the real costs of damages to the Jews, not the swindling 10 cents on the dollar they got away with. Let them compensate and resettle their jew killing arab brothers. As for the arabs they deserve their fate which is ordained by their culture. Until they stop trying to kill Jews then let them rot in the sewage of their own creation.

  4. If the world stops bankrolling the Arabs, the peace process will evaporate.

    I can’t think of one good reason why they would want to pursue peace without being paid upfront for it!

    No one seriously thinks PA dictator Abu Bluff would have agreed to return to the table without American aid in consideration upfront.

    So again – how is peace possible if one side has to be bribed to want it?
