She SOUNDS like a bartender … who’s had a few too many of what she’s been serving when she wanders “off-script” …!!
The man in the video (whoever that is) demonstrates that:
1. Alexandra Ocasio Cortez (AOC), a bartender before becoming the star Democrat in Congress, is an actress, hired by
2. Saikat Chakrabarti, who feeds her her entire script,
Is this believable?
Saikat is certainly tied in with AOC, and apparently profiting handsomely by her. AOC, meanwhile, is indeed clueless when she goes off-script.
On the other hand, her bio at

does list some credentials:
“…graduated from Boston University, majoring in economics and international relations, and worked for Senator Ted Kennedy’s office where she focused on immigration issues while in college. (that would probably be an internship, required for graduation. It doesn’t imply any particular skills)… After graduation, she returned home and became a community organizer.. in 2008… she took multiple low-wage restaurant jobs…”
I excised the irrelevant embellishments. What we’re left with, is a pretty girl who couldn’t get a paying job from her college degree, so she took on low-paying work as a bartender to get by. She also acted as a “community organizer”, which is to say, a rabble-rouser.
That fits the picture — not of a talented politician, but as an actress who passed a screen test for Saikat Chakrabarti.
