DEBKAfile Exclusive Report October 24, 2012,
The Yarmouk Complex of military plants near Khartoum, which was bombed five minutes after midnight Wednesday, Oct. 24, by four fighter-bombers, recently went into manufacturing Iranian ballistic surface-to-surface Shehab missiles under license from Tehran, DEBKAfile’s military and intelligence sources disclose. Western intelligence sources have not revealed what types of Shehab were being turned out in Sudan but they believe the Yarmouk’s output was intended to serve as Tehran’s strategic reserve stock in case Iran’s ballistic arsenal was hit by Israeli bombers.
The Israeli Air Force has a long record of pre-emptive attacks for destroying an enemy’s long-range missiles in the early stages of a conflict. In June 2006, for instance, the IAF destroyed 90 percent of Hizballah’s long-range missiles in the first hours of the Lebanon war.
Videos of the explosions caused in the air raid over Sudan showed large quantities of phosphorus flares in the sky suggesting that a large stockpile was demolished along with the manufacturing equipment.
Western sources did not divulge information about the comings and goings of Iranian missile specialists or whether the Bashir government had given Tehran permission to stage attacks from Sudan against Middle East targets, in return for the allotment of a number of missiles to the Sudanese army. All they would say is that the complex’s structures had been completely leveled by the aerial bombardment and subsequent fire.
Sudan accused Israel of the attack and stated it reserved the right to respond at a time and circumstances of its choosing. Israeli officials declined to comment in answer to questions.
If Indeed Israel was responsible for the bombing raid, it is possible to postulate the following objectives:
-
1. Its air force flew 1,800-1,900 kilometers to reach the Sudanese arms factory, a distance longer than the 1,600 kilometers to the Iranian underground enrichment site of Fordo. This operation may have been intended to show Tehran that distance presents no obstacles to an Israeli strike on its nuclear program.
2. The IAF has an efficient in-flight refueling capability.
3. The raid would have degraded Iran’s ability to retaliate for a potential Israel or US attack.
If it was conducted by Israel, it would add a third item to the list of backdoor assaults in which Iran and Israel appear to be engaged in the past three months.
On August 17, the power lines to Fordo were sabotaged, interrupting the work of enrichment taking place there and causing some of the advanced centrifuges to catch fire.
On Oct. 6, an Iranian stealth drone was launched from Lebanon into Israeli air space and photographed its most sensitive military sites as well as the Dimona nuclear reactor before Israel brought it down.

My favorite Bread”
RUSSIAN BLACK BREAD
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 c. boiling water
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, cut in 6 pieces
3 (1/4 oz.) pkgs. active dry yeast (3 tbsp.)
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. warm water (110 degrees)
3 c. med. or dark rye flour
1 c. whole bran cereal
1/2 c. wheat germ
1 tbsp. instant coffee granules
1 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. caraway seeds, crushed
1/2 tsp. fennel seeds, crushed
1 tsp. onion powder
4 – 4 1/2 c. all purpose or bread flour
1 tsp. dark molasses blended with a pinch of salt & 1 tbsp. water for glaze
In a large, heavy saucepan, stir granulated sugar over medium high heat until melted. Continue to stir until sugar smokes and is almost black. Slowly and carefully stir in 2 cups boiling water. This will cause mixture to smoke and sugar to lump and harden. Continue cooking and stirring until sugar is completely dissolved. Stir in vinegar, butter and chocolate. Set aside to cool, stirring occasionally to dissolve chocolate.
In large bowl of electric mixer, dissolve yeast and brown sugar in 1/2 cup water. Let stand until foamy, 5 to 10 minutes. Add 1 cup rye flour, bran cereal, wheat germ, coffee granules, salt, caraway seeds, fennel seeds, onion powder and 2 to 2 1/2 cups all purpose or bread flour. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer 2 minutes or, beat 200 vigorous strokes by hand. Stir in remaining rye flour and enough of remaining all purpose or bread flour to make a stiff dough. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Clean and grease bowl; set aside.
Knead dough 10 to 12 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Place dough in greased bowl, turning to coat all sides. Cover with a slightly damp towel. Let rise in a warm place, free from drafts, until doubled in bulk, about 1 hour. Grease 2 medium baking sheets or 2 round 8″ cake pans; set aside.
Punch down dough; knead 2 minutes. Divide dough in half; cover and let rest 10 minutes. Shape into 2 round loaves. Place on prepared baking sheets or 2 round 8″ cake pans; set aside. Punch down dough; knead 2 minutes. Divide dough in half; cover and let rest 10 minutes. Shape into 2 round loaves. Place on prepared baking sheets or in prepared pans. Cover with a dry towel. Let rise until doubled in bulk, about 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slash tops of loaves as desired; brush with molasses glaze. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, brush again with molasses glaze. Bake 10 minutes longer or until bread sounds hollow when tapped on bottom. Remove from pans. Cool on racks. Makes 2 loaves.

Not me Ira, I am a survivalist and know how to live off the land in the worst conditions imaginable, Thanks to the US.Army and the IDF. I got lots of guns and ammo as well and know how to use them and have done so in the past.
Israel is so small that an EMP attack would cover the whole of the ME and probably Iran as well. Unlike some I can survive without TV, Internet and cellphones. LOL On second thought: Missing the Superbowl and Boxing on TV would be missed. You I think would miss the Soaps most of all.
@ Honey Bee:
Tell Cowboy he should be. He has a Queen Bee and I’ve always had a thing for Royal Jelly and Bees with guns.
Some believe Royal Jelly has magical medicinal qualities.

Yes Yamit it’s true, but no Flintstones. There places in Texas canyon lands where only the Comanches have set foot. This is where I am sending Ira Curtis, to live with the Chupacabras. My cowboy says yaba daba do.
@ Honey Bee:
So humans and dinosaurs do co-exist? The Flintstones is true!!!!
@ yamit82:
yamit82 Said:
Yamit, You personally don’t need any protection. An EMP won’t harm you at all,
you won’t know it even happened. But your electronics need a serious metallic duck and cover if it is to continue operating.
What YOU will need is heavy protection against your own people. They are the one whom you have to be afraid off. You will be killed for a piece of bread After a successfull EMP attack a Nazi concentration camp will look like an ammusment park compared to eretz Israel and the bordering countries.
And I don’t think it depends on who is the next PM or the next president.Ahamedinejad don’t give a s#$%& for neither one.
I live out on the great high plains, first they have to find me!!!!!!!!!!!! There are places in Texas where Teradoctyls still fly, they can can take down any EMP.!!!!!!!!!!
@ Ira Curtis:
Duck and Cover!!

I agree everyone should be armed

So true, Laura.
GOOD JOB
I have to assume the infor is accurate, or the entire article is
wishful thinking. What path did the 4 Israeli jets take to reach the
factory? Was there the possibiity of interdiction..as threatened by Arab
if a similar flight to Iran’s nuke sites? Different objectives and different tactics. Certainly at least 100 jets would be required to take out Irans sites and Shihabs with 100s of sorties, creating all kinds of problems. Turkey wont allow overflights..and the long route is flawed.
Assuming Sudanese backup..how would Iran get these missiles to place warhads? Would Sudan dare to have WMD knowing the response? But all in all, it was a major achievement. I am shocked that the drone could have penetrated so far..filming below! But can Iran obtain same into on the
Russian satellite grid? Perhaps the imbacile who wrote The Samson Option can give Israel and the West some patriotic info, as cleverly as he did
Israels nuke capabiities over time?
SUDAN-cing with the stars in the nuclear issues involves seeing stars due to the occasional smack!
Very sad to see this happening to a once free, peaceful and wonderful country. It is tragic. You have your treasonous elites to blame as do we in America along with Canada and Europe. The west is facilitating its own demise. We won’t let go of our misplaced white western guilt long enough to save our civilization.
This is the first time I have come across your website. I am startled and consumed with interest.
The article on Europe becoming Judenrein is intensely upsetting, but given the increasing Islamic presence and the eternal European hatred of Jews, it is not unexpected.
I am ashamed of the Dutch though, if they really are calling for gas chambers for Jews. It is difficult to believe, looking back at their history.
I live in Australia, and our Islamic problems are becoming ever more intense. Ultimately Jewish people will no longer be safe here, but we still have some years left – I believe. Our grandchildren will no longer be able to live here. So this is one country that Jews should think twice about before immigrating to our shores. Islam is everywhere and very ugly indeed. Our government is blind and stupid, having recently tried to refuse entry to a Dutchman who would like to give Australians some knowledge of what happens when your country is invaded by Islam. The government tried to refuse him a visa, while granting access to any number of extreme Islamists – to preach to masses of the “faithful.” It is the saddest thing for Australians – watching our country deteriorate before our eyes, and being unable to say a word about it. For the first time ever, we have lost our freedom of speech. Everyone is filled with fear.
If it was Israel that bombed the Sudanese factories, good for them. (The news has not yet reached Australian media. When and if it does, our news media will have a fine old time condemning Israel and Jews. It’s the media fashion now to source TV news from Al Jazeera, so you can imagine what it is like.) It means Mossad remains on the ball. But the entire situation is so fraught that one doesn’t know which way to turn or what to do. And so we leave it to those brave young Israeli soldiers and pilots to do what they really ARE doing: protecting all the Jews in the world. Because if Israel goes, we all are finished.
