It does seem likely that the attack specifically aimed at hitting the U.S. emnassy in Tel Aviv. In the Iranian regimes ‘ demonology,, the U.S. is the Great Satan” and Israel is the “Little Satan.” It would thus make sense that the Houthis attack aimed at harming both countries.
