Syrian Kurds, who established control over some areas in the north of Syria in the middle of this year, have begun creating an independent army. This information was provided by the internet portal Elaph referring to the head of the Kurdistan National Assembly of Syria Sherkoh Abbas.
“The main goal of our army is to protect the territory of Syrian Kurdistan from any armed intervention, whether Assad’s forces or Islamist militant groups,” said Abbas.
The U.S. and Western European countries have agreed to provide military and financial assistance in the establishment of an independent Kurdish army, which, in their opinion, could prevent spread of radical Islam in Syria.
@ Max:
Max what have you been putting in your Kool Aid. Using children is an act of tyrants and crimminals
Bernard Ross Said:
Yes, why me? I tell you I’m not interested. I’m not even reading it . I don’t care. It’s valueless to me. I don’t care about propagandas or propaganda wars. This swilling in emotions and living in the head stuff is not for me. I research and study to find out the experience of other human beings through their sharings.
Propaganda is not sharing of experience.
You don’t understand the difference.
There is only so much time in this life I don’t really want to waste it on this tedious stuff.
I really got it it. The MB is the MIB and Obama is putting subliminal messages in my alphabet soup.
OK say no more.. mums the word.
Time to move on.
Max Said:
You apparently dont believe the connections of US with Al Qaeda. You probably dont know the story background so you would not know what this implies. The battles you are fighting in syria are related to what occurred in Benghazi. But then this story is not as exciting as real time with pictures. However, I dont see how you can analyze and predict relationships in Syria without this in mind. If Obama is supporting the MB/Jihadists(along with Saudi/qatar/Turkey) then the current apparent US “dissociation” from the salfist terror group might be a show for the gullible. Do you just take everything you’re told at face value and believe that all is transparent? If you believe that then why not just get your news from MSM and WH releases? Or are you just looking for live entertainment in real time with pictures?
my reply #11 to max in moderation
Max Said:
Me too! One set of wannabe jew killers killing another set of wannabe jew killers. However, you believe you have a dog in this race, that you can tell one tyrant from another, that there is a good set of rebels worth supporting. If there is any one worth supporting here it is not due to the mumbo jumbo of revolutions & tyrants,
Max Said:
When your “good guys” start screaming “kill the yahud” will you be surprised. “Good” arab revolutionaries have done this before.
Max Said:
I wonder which side is the tyrants, or is it both?
Max Said:
Syrian rebels, MB, salafists, Al Qaeda,Qatar, Saudi & US are on the same side and Assad and Iran on the other. Is it “the enemy of my enemy is my friend” or are they just friends from the get go? Are you sure you know who are the good guys from the bad guys?Max Said:
What’s the point of this mumbo jumbo?
@ Bernard Ross:
A 12 yr old? Ah but that happens on border here.
Bernard Ross Said:
I’m all for the executions. They are not war crimes. In a revolution the law of the tyrant is no longer valid. A priori executions of pro regime forces are the will of the people the fact that there is a revolution means the tyrant and all those who fight for him have been sentenced to death in absentia.
There is no such thing as POW in a revolution, a revoution is not a war, it is a change of law and authority. It either suceeds or fails – there is no in between and no POW for exchange afterward because only one side wins and the other is exterminated.
..
In order to win and survive , revolutionary forces of any revolution must exterminate all pro-tyrant forces whenever and wherever they find them.
A revolution is not a parlor game nor a dinner party. What is a crime and what is not is defined by revolutionaries and no one else.
Western people are so typically weak-willed and confused about the concept or revolutions they see to have lost the understanding of what it means to fight for freedom and to fight for survival.
In my book anyone who fights for Tyrants has abrogated all rights to be part of humanity and has a priori lost all right to live on this planet and must be exterminated from the planet to allow the real human beings the freedom to live in peace.
That includes Hamas and all those who fight for or support Hamas, the same for Assad, for Hitler, for Tojo, for Gaddafi, for Saddam etc etc the same for every form of Fascism – all those involved in the crimes of any tyrant have equal responsibility for the crimes of the tyranny and by virtue of them having declared war on all other human beings they must be removed from the planet by the human beings.
For those who have chosen evil, there can be forgiveness, but there is no redemption, .Once they have chosen evil their nature is changed forever and only death can relive them from the burden they have placed on humanity.
Bernard Ross Said:
Why me? I have no interest in the wet dreams of conspiracy paranoia. Or maybe it’s Democrat-Republican inter-party fighting.About as useful as water-skis on the prairies in January.
@ Honey Bee: Hven’t seen it but I have read of Syrian rebel war crimes (executing prisoners of war). No surprise here.
@ Max:
FYI:
STATE DEPT HIDING BENGHAZI SURVIVORS

HMMMM? I wonder what’s happening here?
Move along folks nothing to see here!
This appears to me to be a positive example of internet news blogs.
@ Bernard Ross:
Have you seen the video of a young boy, at the urging of the Sryian rebels. chopping off the head of a enemy. “The more thing change”,especially in Islamic countries.
Obama is an Islamist the USA has traded its heritage for a bowl of porriage.
The Kurds must take advantage of the political situation to move forward and plan the establishment of a Kurdish state. It want be easy but there is a unique opportunity. It will stabilize the whole area (Iraq, Iran, Turkey and Syria).
Ted, whats the source of this statement?
This I support. For once a sane foreign policy position.
The Syrian Kurds will move to unite their territory with Iraqi Kurdistan, creating a unified independent Kurdish state.
Its finally coming into existence.
They’ve drawn up a peace agreement with the New Syrian Opposition (excluding Al Qaeda’s al-Nusra) not to fight each other.
