  1. Poor analysis with many errors.
    1. Crimeans are not just some slavs.
The overwhelming majority of them are RUSSIANS, and making it a part of Ukraine was wrong in the first place.
    2. Ukrainians and Belarusians are indeed very closely related to Russians as are their languages. They have historically been connected for 1000 years.
    3. This is not in the least the case with other Slavic nations. Poland has been occupied by Russia for 100 years. Poles hate Russians. Poles have neven considered themseves to be one nation with the Russians. There is no possibility of “return”.
    4. The other West-Slav; Czechs, slovaks and Slovenians have no historical connection with Russia.
    5. South Slavs — Bulgarians, Serbs, Macedonians and Chrovats have no historical connection with Russia. Though Serbs are historical allies of Russia.
    6. Jews coming to Israel did not have different nationality. They considered themselves Jewish nationals, rather than “Russians” or “Austrians”, or “Iraqis”.

The only three of the 15 Soviet republics were Slavic: Russia, Belarus, Ukraine. Others spoke unrelated languages. 3 baltic states. 3 Causasus states, and 5 Central Asiatic states, most speaking Turkic lanugages.

However Kazakhstan, while Kazkahz are not Slavs, does have historically good relations with Russia and Russians.

Potentially I can imagine a federation of Russia Belarus, Eastern Ukraine, and Kazakhstan.

Ukraine would have to break into 2 parts.
Crimea has never been a part of Ukraine, and the very East of Ukraine including Kharkov, Donetsk and Lugansk, is also more Russian than Ukrainian.

    Soviet Union was “glorious”?
It was a fascist state where people lived miserable lives.
