book these rockers into the hippodrome, best rappers around.
As I’ve noted before, if this video was taken in Jordan, it would show the jordanian police wading into the crowd, cracking heads, and hauling away as many demonstrators as possible. But the JOC’s videos never show that happening. The demonstrators would alo be waering masks to hide their faces, rather than letting them be photographed.
Any public criticism of the king is a crime in Jordan, and threatening his life is a capital offense. Hence the demonstrators must be Jordanian “exiles” somewhere outside Jordan. I have no idea where. Maybe Ramallah.
Not also that the demonstrators don’t chant the name of their leader, or hold up posters identifying the organization that sponsored the demonstration, as is usual in political demonstrations. This may support the Abu Dhabi newspaper’s report that the opposition has yet to settle on a leader, and that none of the established civil organizations in Jordan has publicly backed the opposition movement. The Abu Dhabi report claims that this is a genuine grass roots , spontaneous movement with a clear leader yet.
