The PA Supreme Court will reverse this ruling. The PA Supreme Court has a 5-2 Democrat majority and at least one of the Republicans is likely to vote with the Dems, so it won’t withstand an appeal. It’s not about the law, it’s about corruption. In PA they like their corruption deep, wide and as often as they can practice it. The SCOTUS may step in, but that would require them to actually act as if election law was within their jurisdiction, so we will see if this will come to anything beyond PA, but the PA Supreme Court has likely already written their judgement on reversing this ruling.

This will affect the outcome of a current county judge race. The Dem is currently 74 votes behind but there are 257 disputed undated mail-in ballots.
