Parkes: The Military Option is the fall-back position, if all else fails. Trump is not going to concede.

The big Oval Office meeting, focused on the military option regardless of what we have been told. Giuliani, Powell, Flynn are all in favour. Meadows and the other lawyer are not against the military option as reported, but want to give the Supremes or the legislatures one more chance.

  1. @ Edgar G.:

    Hi Edgar,

Yes, I agree that he would probably win if it came down to the House vote (if the House actually held the vote), it just surprised me that anyone would think any Democrat legistature would support Trump, much less 8 of them.

Regarding their entrance into the White House, Patrick Byrne did release some info on that in an interview two days ago. According to Byrne, they got using “a Jedi mind trick.” He referenced something that a Secret Service Agent suggested to him but would not disclose more at this time – this will probably change as Byrne seems to eek out more and more info with each interview he does (and he does a lot of them). I suspect that they went to the White House and let the gatekeepers believe that Trump had agreed to meet with them. Powell and Flynn are both well known by the White House staff, hence the reference to the “Jedi mind trick” – they told them a story that the staffers assumed was true. It might also be why the staff are blocking Powell’s return visits, but I can’t believe they are doing this without Trump’s knowledge.

Steven, SCOTUS, in fact, DID declare that Texas did not have standing, because the SC has the power to do so and there is no higher court to contradict it. Texas’ standing is debateable; the more important matter is that this was a bona fide dispute between US states; and the SC has original jusrisdiction in such matters. It is arguably ridiculous that the justices should have declared that Texas had no standing, when the facts were not allowed to be bresented for a fair hearing. Alito and Thomas felt the case should be heard, and the “three freshmen” allowed themselves to be bullied by Roberts. That’s the way SCOTUS works; we simply have to live with it.

Parkes may have gotten an item or two wrong (such as mistakenly thinking 38 rather than 28 states were Republican-controlled); but his general drift seemed correct: The final decision on Jan. 20, should this thing drag on that long without resolution, depends on the Republican + RINO – controlled legislatures. He and the President both hop the sight of hordes of Trump-supporters in DC on Jan. 6 will convince quisling legislators that their political survival requires that they mend their ways. You can bet that the Democrats know this as well; and the Soroses and Zuckerbergs of this world will ensure that they are well enough plied with cash to make them toe the (Democrat) party line.

These matters are entirely in God’s hands, and God may very well want to pour out His very merited wrath against us as a people. We’ll see shortly.

  3. Use all legal avenues until no other choice is left but still legal!
A lot of fraudulent activities took place in Texas. I wonder why Texas did not add these frauds to the original appeal to the SC with the other 17 or 18 states joining?
    This justified Texas standing !

Parkes; meaning is about the cases before the Supreme Court, alternately about the 51% majority which is all he needs if it comes to states voting, as each state get only one vote, . As you say, there are a majority of Republican states. I’d expect that even if they don’t all vote for him, he’ll declare Martial Law or something. He is not going to hand over the country to Chinese run traitors. General Flynn wasn’t at that meeting as an onlooker. He may have been called back to regular service, or given command of selected units… Who knows….?

One thing I don’t understand. Flynn and Powell were at that meeting. How were they allowed in..? Powell now says that she’s not allowed to get in touch with the President at all…???

Actually, I have no idea what he’ll no, and no one on this sire has, either.

  5. No way Trump gets 38 state legislatures to vote for him…there are only 28 Republican controlled state legislatures (I think there are two others where there is a tie), and I am not sure he will get all of these. He certainly won’t get 8 Democrat legislatures to support him. Also, I am not sure of what Parkes means when he said (more than once) that Trump is going to give Democracy one more chance. Trump will never overthrow our gov’t. He will only work within the guidelines of the Constitution – he will not be creating a new form of gov’t.
