By “his”, I imagine you are referring to Parkes. If so, no — it isn’t consistent at all. The Republican state legislators and governors, etc. have turned on the President. At the Valdosta rally, President Trump all but conceded the presidential election; and it the GA Republican governor & his crew do not grow some balls immediately, the senatorial elections will be counted by the same rigged machines. At the same time, President Trump, Melania, Mike Pence, Newt Gingrich and other loyal Republicans are all calling on GA Republicans to VOTE! for their Senatorial candidates — against the foolish call by Lin Wood and Sidney Powell not to.
This is by far the BEST case scenario for America under Biden — a country in chaos:
