Is there really such a thing as Arab Legal experts?
In my mind, Arabs have a ruined reputation when it comes to the truth. Over the past decade when I have been paying attention to Jewish-Arab matters, I have seen the most shocking (to me)examples of untruthfulness spread out from various Arab/Muslim entities when it comes to what is actually happening or has happened on G-d’s green earth between these two people. In the West, where professionalism is part of the conduct of Western Civilization, a scholar will jump down another scholar’s throat if misinformation is included in discussions or treatises that do not meet the highest of standards, and this is publicized for all the world to see.
I hope the Arab/Muslims will very carefully lay out their position based on reality, because I and thousands of other people are going to read it closely, and if there are errors, make the loudest noise we can to alert the world.
Nobody has a refuach shlema with skin surgery. The best anybody ever gets is refuach chetzi-shlema or just plain refuach lo-shema. Anybody who expects anything better is a fool. And unless you want a life of perpetual disappointment, learn to expect nothing whatsoever.

Interesting that you are having surgery at this moment in time. May you have a refuah shelama. It’s taken me a long lifetime to realize that in life nothing is a coincidence. For no apparent reason I added that bit about surgery as an afterthought (not really intending to use it originally in my reply) only because it just ‘felt right at the time’. Apparently, you have a childish understanding of HaShem. I suggest you read the book ‘God According to God’ by Gerald Schroeder. After you read it, then we can talk again. As chance would have it, I am undergoing skin surgery on the upper lobe of my right ear. So I certainly hope haShem shall guide the tiniest of blood vessels and nerves to find their corresponding cut parts and reconnect. Whereupon, I shall say:
“haShem, you truly are the one and only! Now if you could please just arrange to get all us Americans less expensive health care…”
I admit that I know nothing about quarks, bosons, leptons; and little more than that about electrons and protons. (My undergraduate studies in science mainly focused on two years of geology, and my graduate degree was in urban and regional planning.
But I still wonder why haShem always seems to blindside the national interests of the Jewish nation, considering that we are the ones who talk him up the most, and who, as a matter of fact, introduced him to the world back in Jerusalem about 4000 years ago or so, when he apparently stopped Papa Avraham from giving his son the chop-chop. So what would happen if we stopped all the praying and, just for once, waited for him to say something to us about what we are doing wrong, if anything.
As for Mama Sarah, she of the new womb in time for her 100th birthday pregnancy, I never have been able to understand why haShem would be so cruel as to make such an incredibly old women undergo the labor of childbirth. Maybe he doesn’t like or respect women any more than he does when he puts on the name “Allah” and the Arab umma runs out in the street to shout his name and his fame.
But it’s truly a universe of wonders, isn’t it?

If the Creator, HaShem, can do such awesome things, then surely it was a simple matter for HIM to give our mother Sarah a renewed womb to have a baby at around the age of 100 years, and HE can heal any disease by a simple tweek of the atomic/chemical structures required to do this.
Sometimes he doesn’t seem to work at all. Otherwise we would have conquered the world 3400 years ago.
For politeness sake, let’s say that maybe he just can’t make up his mind.
