How Israel Will Save the Sunnis From Iran

From day one of Obama’s first term in 2008 (actually even before), Obama was a covert ally of Iran, and an enemy of Saudi Arabia.  Since early 2012, a major theme of mine has been to expose Obama’s crypto-alliance with Iran and crypto-enmity towards Saudi Arabia.  A selection of my articles is below:

In January 2012, these articles would have been considered lunatic-fringe.

Now, in January 2014, some notable Middle East savants have finally begun to grasp what was all along the painfully obvious fact of Obama’s affinity for Iran.  The renowned Islamic Middle East scholar, Faoud Ajami, in a Wall Street Journal article entitled “Obama and the Sunni-Shiite War, The U.S. tilt to Iran is upsetting allies and disrupting the Middle East” recently wrote that:

“It was the practice of so many years that Arabs deployed what pressure they could exert on the United States on behalf of the Palestinians. No longer. It is the struggle for Syria, and the Iranian bid for primacy in the Fertile Crescent, that engage the Arabs. This ‘shuttle diplomacy’ of our secretary of state, if anything, is evidence of the retreat of American power.

“President Obama and his foreign policy lieutenants are given to the assertion that they don’t want the U.S. caught in the middle of other peoples’ wars. But by deeds of commission and omission, the U.S. is caught up in a deadly sectarian struggle between Shiite Iran and its ‘sister republics’ in the Arab world on one side, and the Sunni order of Arab power on the other. Mastery of the arcane details of the Shiite-Sunni schism may not be an American specialty, but over the last two years this president and his advisers have placed the U.S. on the side of Iran and its Arab satraps in Lebanon and, now, Iraq.”

My only quibble with Mr. Ajami’s analysis is that I would have used “past five years, from before the first day of Obama’s regime,” instead of “past two years;” the word “puppet” instead of “satrap;” and the words “have enabled the Iranian-Shiite-axis to genocidally massacre hundreds of thousands of Sunnis” instead of “have placed.”

Now, Obama’s unalloyed fealty to Iran’s Middle East hegemony and total rejection of Saudi Arabia is overt for the entire world to see.  President Obama has polar-inverted 70 years of United States’ alliances from Saudi-ally to Saudi-enemy; from Iranian-enemy to Iranian-ally.  Obama unilaterally inverted America’s alliances without congressional hearings and loyalty to America’s strategic best interests.

In the Obama-world view the Saudis are dead-meat and they know it.   The only thing that will save the moderate Sunni world from Iran is a moderate Sunni alliance with Israel.  This alliance hopefully will be named MEATO, Middle EastAlliance Treaty Organization.

Why has Obama turned America’s 70 year history of alliances topsy-turvy, upside-down and backwards?  Wasn’t Obama, the outreaching savant of the Islamic world, supposed to make the Arab world love the USA?  With Obama at the helm, the once-secure Middle East borders have melted to become one big revolution wrapped in a civil war tied into a sectarian massacre.

“From Iran to Lebanon, there are no borders anymore,” said Walid Jumblatt, the leader of Lebanon’s minority Druze community. “Officially, they are still there, but will they be a few years from now? If there is more dislocation, the whole of the Middle East will crumble.”  Why has the relatively stable “British” Middle Eastbecome one big killing zone: ObamaWorld?

It seems that Obama does not dream of his father, but actually of his grandfather.  Obama is truly his grandfather’s grandson, not his father’s son.  For, while most people can trace their family’s religious roots back many generations, Obama can only trace his Islamic roots back two generations; or, in fact, just one and a half generations to his Kenyan paternal grandfather.

Wikipedia describes Hussein Onyango Obama as follows

“Hussein Onyango Obama:

Barack Obama’s paternal grandfather (c. 1895–1979). (One source gives 1870–1975 as his dates of birth and death, possibly based on his tombstone in his home village,[63] Barack Obama relates finding in 1988 a British document based on a 1928 ordinance recording his grandfather as 35 years old. The date of the document was estimated to be about 1930, which would mean that his grandfather had been born around 1895.) Onyango was the fifth son of his mother, Nyaoke, who was the first of the five wives of his father, Obama.[65] Barack Obama relates how his step-grandmother Granny Sarah (Sarah Onyango Obama) describes his grandfather: ‘Even from the time that he was a boy, your grandfather Onyango was strange…he could not sit still.’  As a young man, he learned to speak, read and write in English.

“Onyango worked as a mission cook and as a local herbalist. He joined the King’s African Rifles during World War I.

“In 1949, Onyango spent at least 6 months in Kamiti Prison. He was likely tried in a magistrates’ court on charges of political sedition or membership of a banned organization, but the records do not survive, because all suchdocumentation was routinely destroyed after six years in British colonies. He was tortured to extract information about the growing insurgency. In his memoir, Obama recounted family descriptions of his grandfather’s shocking physical state when released from prison:

“‘When he returned to Alego he was very thin and dirty. He had difficulty walking, and his head was full of lice.’ For some time, he was too traumatized to speak about his experiences. His wife told his grandson Obama: ‘From that day on, I saw that he was now an old man.’

“Onyango was permanently scarred, remaining in pain and requiring assistance in moving until his death. Although previously he had worked closely with British colonists, his torture left Onyango bitterly anti-British.

“According to his third wife, Sarah, Onyango had first converted from tribal religion to Roman Catholicism. After later converting to Islam, he took the name Hussein. She said that he passed on the name to his children, not the religion. The Luo are given names related to the circumstances of their birth, and Onyango means ‘born in the early morning.’”

Onyango, Obama’s “bitterly anti-British” grandfather only converted from colonially imposed-Roman Catholicism to Islam relatively late in his life after Kamiti Prison, as an ultimate rejection of the otherwise British colonial occupational Catholicism of his native Kenya, and as an appeal to Islam’s “goal of religious and moral perfection,”  writes Sally H. Jacobs in “The Bold and Reckless Life of President Obama’s Father, The Other Barack” 2011.

Does anyone think that Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. forgot or has forgiven Britain for torturing his grandfather who first started, adopted, and bore the Islamic “Hussein” namesake of which Obama is so proud? Does anyone think President Obama has forgotten that his immediate paternal grandfather and namesake was tortured by British colonialists for “6 months” in Kamiti Prison to extract information from him and came out, as President Obama personally retells, “thin and dirty” and “with hair full of lice”?

Hence, in Iran, Obama sees his chance to avenge his grandfather’s British colonial degradation, and to redeem his grandfather’s idealized religious Islamic horse to unify the Middle East under an Iranian yoke, and eradicate any and all vestiges of British colonialism, and the divisions it spawned.  And at the core, Obama wants to annihilate both the House of Saud and the State of Israel, which Obama sees as the ultimate in British Middle Eastern colonial corruption, evil, and Islamic division which tortured his grandfather.

So, Obama doesn’t just despise Jews; Obama abhors everything Britain ever created, most particularly the House of Saud and Israel.  Obama wants an undivided United Islamic States of Iran and the only obstacle in his way to an anti-British Middle East is Saudi Arabia.  The straightest, fastest road to such an Islamic super-power is anointing Iran as its Hegemon.

In this ObamaWorld, for the next 3 years, now stripped of its US military protection, Saudi Arabia has only one card left to play: Israel.

Illustrating this point is the following: On May 19, 2011, Obama gave a famous “victory lap” speech at the State Department congratulating himself for handing Iraq to an Iranian puppet, deposing Egyptian ally Mubarak, and betraying Qaddafi who had given up his nukes, thereby setting North Africa into the flames that still burn bright. Whom do you think Obama was referring to in his famous State Department speech when he made this conclusory statement:  “Prosperity also requires tearing down walls that stand in the way of progress -– the corruption of elites who steal from their people; the red tape that stops an idea from becoming a business; the patronage that distributes wealth based on tribe or sect.”

Who exactly is Obama asserting are the “elites who steal from their people” and the “patronage that distributes wealth based on tribe or sect”?  Obama had one target: Saudi Arabia.

And for Israel, Obama’s obsequious fealty to Iran is as great a concern as it is for Saudi Arabia.  Once Iran devours the Saudi oil reserves, nothing will stop it from annihilating Israel.  Therefore, Israel and Saudi Arabia’s strategic security interests are not only parallel; they are perfectly, exactly aligned to defeat both Obama and Iran.  For, if Obama succeeds in erecting the Iranian-Persian-nuclear-Hegemon, the Sunni kings and Israel will be wiped out.  And they know it.

When Israel complains that if it is stripped of the Jordan Valley, the Iranian-proxy Hamas will take over, Obama doesn’t consider this a “problem.”  To him, this is the perfect solution and propitious result.  So, Israel’s arguing that the “West bank will turn into a Hamastan” spurs Obama to try even harder to implement it.

The Saudis and Jordanians know that if Israel retreats, an Iranian Hamas-puppet West Bank will existentially threaten them more than it does Israel.

How can Kerry think he’s mending Saudi fences broken by Obama’s allowing Iran to be a nuclear-weapons state, by asking for their help to create a new Iranian-enemy-of-the-Saudis state in the “West Bank”?

The Saudis and their Gulf emirates need only to look back to the Palestinian Arab betrayal of Kuwait, when Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait in 1991, to understand the depths of Palestinian Arab treachery.  They don’t have to reach into the history of the January 3, 1919 Chaim Weitzmann-Faisal agreements to remember that Chaim Weitzmann at the time reported that Emir Faisal was “contemptuous of the Palestinian Arabs whom he doesn’t even regard as Arabs.”

In Iraq, to the Saudi’s immediate contiguous north, Obama directly, omnipotently empowered another Iranian puppet, Al-Maliki, as Iran’s new Shiite “Satrap” of Iraq.  To make matters infinitely worse for the Saudis, Iran’s al-Maliki has just dictated that Muslims must now pray to Karbala, the Shiite shrine, and not Mecca, the Sunni shrine.

How did President Obama react to this clear Iranian dictat to al-Maliki to set the entire Islamic world into flames by changing Islamic prayer direction?  Obama rewarded the Iranian-puppet Al-Maliki with a bunch of “fast-tracked” hellfire missiles and drones so Al-Maliki can massacre the rebellious Iraqi Sunnis even more effectively than Iran’s other murderous puppet Assad can kill Sunnis with barrel-bombs.

Hence, the Saudis have realized that  either they ally themselves with the Israelis, or the Obama-fully-backed Iran will take over and wipe out the Saudis, converting every last Sunni to a Shiite.  Israel has realized that Obama isn’t bombing Iran, but is, in actuality, nuclear-arming Iran.  Either the Israelis work with the Saudis or there will be a nuclear-Iran protected by Obama that will take over all the Persian Gulf’s oil assets in “hostile takeovers” sanctioned by “withdrawing from the Middle East” Obama.

Which brings us to the only remaining possible solution: Pax Israelica.

The only place in the Middle East where there is peace and security is Israel.  Do the Palestinian Arabs of Judea and Samaria want a repeat of the Hamas tyranny of Gaza or the Iranian butchery of Syria?  Does King Abdullah of Jordan want an Iranian-terrorist state on its western border? 

Everything Kerry/Obama is proposing is a one-way ticket to inserting an Iranian-terrorist-state in the “West Bank” where there is now absolute quiet.  And, the Sunni Arabs will soon come to realize that Israel is not the source of instability and brutality, but the rock of stability and their one, and only safety-net.

For now the Sunni Arabs have come to understand that it is only Israel’s order of battle that prevents Iran (with what would be Obama’s blessing) from wiping away all the borders colonial Britain created and creating one hegemonic Iranian Shiite Imamate.  To the Sunni Arabs, Israel is now, and will always be, the savior of the Sunnis, not their enemy.

For Israel, it must realize “the friend of my friend is my friend.”  In specific, if the Saudis are Israel’s friend, then the Saudi-backed Syrian rebels are also Israel’s friend.  For, if the topologic link between Iran-Iraq-Syria-Lebanon is not broken at Syria, it will never be broken.  And the consequence of Iran’s unbroken topological path to the Mediterranean is an existential threat to both Saudi Arabia and Israel.

For, if the Saudi-backed Syrian rebels break Assad, and gain Syria, there will form the very beginnings of MEATO, Middle East Alliance Treaty Organization.  MEATO will represent an alliance of moderate Sunni Arabs with Israel that could change history for the better and defeat the Iranian cancer.  These Arabs will not “moderate” because they want to, but because they will have to learn to live and respect a Jewish Israel.  Otherwise, they will be devoured by a Darwinist Islamism that is constantly consuming itself into greater terror and violence.

An Israel strong and secure without a terrorist Palestinian Arab state could truly fertilize the Sunni Arab Fertile Crescent with the military backbone, strength and will to defeat the Persian reign of violence and terror at its root.  A “West Bank” Palestinian Arab state will insure another Obama-enabled Iranian victory that will wipe out Israel, and the Sunni faith along with it.
