Peloni: It is a mark of national ineptitude or complicity that such a move was attempted to protect the men who slaughtered over 3,000 Americans and who changed America from the land of free to to land of the security state, as it exists as today. These men must face their fate, and the families of the victims must finally be allowed some aliquot of justice, albeit now delayed for nearly two and half decades already, still with no trial date set, even as this attempt to waylay the need for such judicial niceties has been refused by popular demand. How many generations must pass before these men who supposedly turned the the Twin Towers to literal dust might be finally tried for their crimes. At long last, bring these monsters to trial.
