Dr. Ramin Oskoui joined Raymond Arroyo on The Ingraham Angle to discuss this latest study.
A new Hydroxychloroquine study conducted by Henry Ford Health System revealed hydroxychloroquine successfully lowered the death rate among hospitalized COVID-19 patients by a significant margin.
According to Just The News the use of hydroxychloroquine cut the mortality rate of coronavirus victims in half.
The study examined 2,541 patients who had been hospitalized in six hospitals between March 10 and May 2, 2020.
More than twenty-six percent (26.4%) of patients who did not receive hydroxychloroquine died.
But among those who received hydroxychloroquine, fewer than half that number — 13% — died.
More than 90% of the patients received hydroxychloroquine within 48 hours of admission to the hospital. Scientists say giving the drug early during illness may be a key to success.
It is well known that President Trump touted hydroxychloroquine as a possible treatment for coronavirus.
Now it is clear in the Henry Ford study along with several international studies that hydroxychloroquine saves lives.
This study should also end Dr. Fauci’s career in medicine. Dr. Fauci has fought against the use of hydroxychloroquine in treating coronavirus since it was first discovered as a successful treatment to the disease.
How many lives were lost due to Dr. Fauci’s actions?
How many of the 126,000 Americans who died could have been saved?
This should put an end to Fauci’s career.
The man destroyed the greatest economy in US history using faulty models then allowed thousands to die due to his jihad against hydroxychloroquine.
REMDESIVIR
“Remdesivir was originally developed to treat hepatitis C[13] and was then tested against Ebola virus disease and Marburg virus disease, but was ineffective for all of these viral infections.[2]” From Wikipedia article.
“As of May 2020, there was no good evidence that remdesivir reduced mortality in people with COVID-19.[30]” Also from Wikipedia article.
The FDA has authorised remdesivir for use in COVID-19 patients: but there’s no good evidence it reduces mortality.” From article by four medical scientists on the Web Site of the Center for Advanced Medicine, which is affiliated with Oxford University. World Health Organization discontinues trials of the hydroxychloroquine in hospitalized patients with COVID-19.
Hydroxychloroquine
The World Health Organization (WHO) said on Saturday that it was discontinuing its trials of the malaria drug hydroxychloroquine and combination HIV drug lopinavir/ritonavir in hospitalized patients with COVID-19 after they failed to reduce mortality, Reuters reported.
“These interim trial results show that hydroxychloroquine and lopinavir/ritonavir produce little or no reduction in the mortality of hospitalized COVID-19 patients when compared to standard of care. Solidarity trial investigators will interrupt the trials with immediate effect,” the WHO said in a statement, referring to large multicountry trials that the agency is leading.
The UN agency said the decision, taken on the recommendation of the trial’s international steering committee, does not affect other studies where those drugs are used for non-hospitalized patients or as a prophylaxis.
US President Donald Trump aggressively pushed the drug beginning in the first weeks of the outbreak and revealed in mid-May that he was on a regimen of hydroxychloroquine as a preventive measure.
A May 22 study in the Lancet raised safety concerns about malaria drugs for coronavirus patients but several authors of that study retracted it earlier this month.
Following the publication of the Lancet report, the World Health Organization announced that it would be temporarily halting the use of hydroxychloroquine part of its global Solidarity trial amid a safety review.
Last month, US regulators revoked emergency authorization for hydroxychloroquine and chloroquine for treating COVID-19, saying the drugs are unlikely to be effective in treating the coronavirus.” This is an extraordinarily sinister development. WHO and the CDC are determined to stop the use of the HDCL even though it has been proven to be effective. Plainly, they don’t want peope to recover from this illness. Either that, or they have been bribed to supress the drug.
The Wikipedia article on remdesivir points out that there is no “good evidence” that remdesivir reduces the mortality rate when it is administered to COVID-19 patients. It has also been tested on patients suffering from three other viral illnesses-hepatitis, ebola, and one other whose name I can’t remember–and it has proved ineffective in treating all of them. That the ineffective remdesivir has been cleared for use by COVID-2 patients, while hydroxichloriquine has been banned, is ourageous.
