E. Rowell: This is a wide ranging interview, in which Trump is able to speak spontaneously about many topics that are on his mind, directly to the audience (through Dr. Phil). This interview differs from campaign speeches in this and prior years first, because of the intimacy, and secondly because of the degree to which Trump has been persecuted by globalist forces who are doing everything in their power to strangle our republic through strangling Trump’s ability to campaign and win the election. A topic at the end of the interview bears comment: forgiveness. Dr. Phil asked Trump if he could forgive all those who have persecuted him. Trump agreed he could, and that the country needed to be united. This is a very Christian response. In Judaism we know that no one can be forgiven by God until we have sought the forgiveness of those we have hurt in the preceding year. Trump cannot fully forgive those who persecuted him because he cannot speak for ALL OF US AMERICANS. Those who have persecuted him have persecuted us too. They cannot be forgiven by Trump. They would have to seek our forgiveness first, before God will ever forgive them.
