Today one wonders what rights the constitution still protects in fact. The congress, all presidents and the Supreme court have so debased the constitutional protections so much that it remains only a shell of the original intent and soon their won’t even be a shell. The bulk of the American people do’t seem to mind as long as they don’t perceive it effects them personally.
A country to promotes and legitimizes same gender marriage in Law is finished. Not today and not tomorrow but sooner than anyone expects.
I see no reason not to legitimize Polygamy ;Muslims and Mormons will support and probable many others.
Why can’t any American marry their pet dogs horses pigs or sheep. A right to choose is a right to choose. What legal principle now can they raise to prevent every individual from pursuing their civil rights?

When I watched it two years ago, I was stuck on seeing what a courageous young woman told truth to power! And she was right – the very Islamic clerics who accused her of “immorality” themselves did many evil deeds and they should clean up their own house first before they demand propriety of others. “Practice what you preach.”
Since that broadcast, things in Pakistan have gone from bad to worse and people are slaughtering each other daily there in the name of Islam! The Veena Maliks of the Muslim World unfortunately are in the minority. When it comes to confronting evil, it would be a better world if more people spoke up!
