Mark Levin: We have an ‘unconstitutional, massive bureaucracy’

Peloni:  Trump was tempted to push thru his appointments by dismissing Congress shortly before his first term ended.  It was only due to political considerations surrounding the 2020 election which stayed his hand from making such a move.  He will have no such reluctance in his second term.

  1. Senator Mitch McConnell is now head of the Senate Rules Committee. He believes he has the power to block Trump from using the Recess Appointments clause to make his appointments. This is accomplished by the Senate being gaveled and, although no business is accomplished, the presence of one or more Senators throughout the day can prevent a Recess from being called.

Why would Senators arrange to frustrate a President in this way? There are trillions at stake. These members of the Senate who benefit from “business as usual” will do everything in their power to maintain the money laundering business model from which they benefit handsomely. Trump’s appointees would upend this unconstitutional system so they must be blocked.

That is why America is at a breaking point. This is a struggle between good and evil. Those members of Congress who have benefitted from the gravy train will preserve it, even if they have to destroy the constitution to do so.
