Peloni: In his opening remarks, Mark explains that Trump’s tariff policy is explicitly pro-growth as he is creating a global free market system which will re-industrialize America. He also goes into the cause for the Great Depression as being the result of the Fed’s tight money policy which, while pursuing sound money, in turn led to a run on the banks due to a lack of available money. Due to FDR’s anti-growth policies of creating cartels, historic redistribution of wealth, historic rise in peace-time taxes, centralized govt/industrial policies, the depression was extended and additional 7yrs. Contrasting with these unsound policies, Mark explains that Trump’s policies are historic pro growth policies by cutting waste, pursuing deregulation, cutting taxes, and forcing foreign competitors to compete on a level playing field.
Subscribe to Israpundit Daily Digest for FreeIn the second segment, Mark talks with Michael Pillsbury regarding Trump’s tariff war with China. Pillsbury explains that it is not clear if China is more likely to either negotiate with the US or to try to wait out Trump’s second term, as both paths have their own unique risks for Xi and the CCP. Pillsbury also explains that Trump needs to be far more skeptical of any agreements with China than he was in his first term, and suggests a ratcheted lifting of sanctions, staged to correspond to China’s implemented reforms, rather than providing immediate tariff reprieves in anticipation of the reforms to be implemented, the latter being the mistake made in Trump’s first term. In the third segment, Mark provides a very important discussion with with Zudhi Jasser who describes the impossibility of negotiations with Iran leading to Iran dismantling their nuclear program. Jasser explains that the death cult mentality of the Mullahs provides them with both a sense of invulnerability, as well as the motivation to use a nuclear weapon, which is why they must never be allowed to develop one. Jasser also provides clarity on something which should be clear to us all – namely that those who raise their voices in support of the Mullahs, or chastise those who oppose Iran becoming a nuclear state, are themselves the real war mongers and are the real threat to the US, as well as the survival of Western civilization and values.

Peloni: Mark explores some real acts of treachery and totalitarianism carried out by past US presidents including John Adams, Abraham Lincoln, Woodrow Wilson, FDR, Dwight Eisenhower, JFK, Lyndon Johnson, Barak Obama & Joe Biden. He explains that despite the respective outrages conducted by each of these presidents, none of them dealt with the outrage and obstruction which Trump is facing today because Trump is threatening the existing power held within the bureaucracy and the halls of power in Washington. In the second segment, Mark talks with Charles Payne about Trump’s tariff policy being, not protectionist, but pro-growth, as they are forcing other govts to reduce their own protectionist trade policies. In the third segment, Mark discusses the outrageous Sharia enclave in Plano Texas with Douglas Deaton and the recent statement made by Gov. Abbott on the subject.
