Dennis Montgomery is reputed to be the individual who developed HAMMER and Score Card for the CIA. He is said to have developed these programs to prevent them being deployed against US domestic targets. He claimed that Brennan overcame his safegards and deployed these programs to pursue spying on US citizens. He is reported to have taken 47 hard drives of data and given it to the FBI. This has been corroborated by testimony under oath by former FBI counsel Baker. Details of Montgomery can be found at:

Larry Johnson is a former CIA who has ridiculed and claimed Montgomery and Dr. Jon McGreevey are unsubstantiated frauds in reports for TGP. Regarding Montgomery(https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2021/02/larry-johnson-hammer-scorecard-real/), I would ask, if this were true, why is Montgomery not in jail for having blown the whistle to the FBI and where are the 47 hard drives he gave the FBI in 2015, 6yrs ago. Montgomery has a gag order on him. Why is that? Why did the FBI offer Montgomery partial immunity and expand that later to full immunity? Johnson never discusses any of this.
Johnson does try to obscure the HAMMER ‘s existence by claiming it is the program that Snowden revealed known as XKEYSCORE where data is collected and monitored by NSA. The NSA records all inquiries into this data along with other oversights. Per Bill Binney(another whistleblower) HAMMER gave CIA the ability to monitor their own data/conversations collections without any record or the papertrail associated with XKEYSCORE. Why does Johnson not address this distinction as he mischaracterizes Montgomery’s HAMMER program? I could be convinced of anything at this point, but Johnson’s claims against Montgomery and HAMMER as false seem unsupported even as he reports bounced checks and past scandals that Montgomery is claimed to be involved in – too much focus upon the messenger(even if they are true) while obscuring an analysis of the message, I think.
Until I find solid support to the contrary, I believe Lindell, Montgomery, & Fanning. I have become more and more suspect of Johnson’s motives here. Joe Holt later wrote his review of the “Huckster Montgomery”(https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2021/02/uncovered-conman-long-history-deceit-dennis-montgomery-inserted-false-information-election-fraud-investigation-paying/) but again manages never to explain these very relevant points highlighted above. If HAMMER is false, lets talk about HAMMER and the govt immunity and govt restrictions on Montgomery and why he is not in jail for having provided false testimony under oath. No one has.
