Liberal Bolshevism

By Ted Belman

Liberal bolshevismWritten by a Soviet emigre and scholar of Marxism, the book begins with the author’s recounting of the end of the Cold War. Despite the common perception that democracy defeated communism, the author presents evidence that the Democratic Party has adopted Marxism in a new philosophy he calls Liberal Bolshevism. Mr. Markovsky trucks the origins of Liberal Bolshevism back to the policies of Woodrow Wilson and FDR and chronicles the transformation of the Democratic Party into the Social Democratic Party. Through the prism of Marxism the author traces the rhythms and patterns of the toxic amalgamation of liberalism and socialism from Lenin to Obama and binds together the Democratic Party’s policies into a Marxist-socialist cause that American Social Democrats, just like their Soviet predecessors, are committed to achieving at all costs.

Herein, the reader will find a reassessment of accepted postulates exposing the deeply rooted racism and anti-Semitism of the Democratic Party. The book also challenges vested views of socialism and capitalism. Overall, the work is intended as a dissident course of economics and political education.

It is explosive and insightful.”

In a Press Release:

Alexander Markovsky, a Soviet émigré, engineer, economist and scholar of Marxism, pens reflections on the current political upheaval in his new book Liberal Bolshevism, subtitled America Did Not Defeat Communism, She Adopted It (www.alexmarkovsky.com).

This fascinating idea is well substantiated through the author’s theoretical knowledge, unique personal experience, and the record of immense socialist programs developed by the Democratic Party.

Looking at the United States through the prism of Marxism, Mr. Markovsky is pointing out the chronic American problem — a failure to recognize that the Democratic Party has not been offering a different philosophy for achieving the same objectives, but for years has had a different philosophy and different objectives entirely.

Mr. Markovsky presents irrefutable evidence that the Democratic Party has transformed itself into Social Democratic Party and adopted Marxism in a new ideological paradigm founded on government dependence, which he calls Liberal Bolshevism.

Mr. Markovsky calls Obama the most consequential president of the last century and an embodiment of the Democratic Party’s Marxist ideology. The contenders for Obama’s legacy, Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton, are charting Obama’s ideological vistas masked as Democratic socialism and progressivism.

To boost his case Mr. Markovsky quotes a prominent Russian journalist, Stanislav Mishin, who gloomily wrote after the 2008 election,

The proud American will descend into slavery without a fight, beating his chest and proclaiming to the world how free he really is.

Mr. Markovsky believes Mishin could still be proved wrong; the socialist’s overreach could turn out to be a political wake-up call for this nation, like Pearl Harbor or 9/11.

Therefore, he says, the upcoming elections are not really about Democrats or Republicans. It is about what kind of country Americans are going to have: “One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all” or “One nation under debt, with equality in poverty for all”? “The land of the free” or “The land of the voting herd”?

Overall, Liberal Bolshevism is intended as a dissident course of economics and political education.

In September 2012 Mr. Markovsky published the book Anatomy of a Bolshevik, which exposed the Marxist ideology behind the president’s promise to “fundamentally transform America,” outlined the critical flaws of the Republican Party’s election strategy, and predicted Mitt Romney’s defeat.

In March 2010 in essays Crimea, Ukraine and the Agony of Impotence, Part I&II  he predicted irreversibility of the annexation of Crimea.

In June 2014, when political pundits were unanimously predicting Hillary Clinton’s nomination, he forecasted her demise in a post on Israpundit, 2014: A Forgiven Enemy Never Becomes Your Friend.
