MUST WATCH: Sami Ebid, a Hebrew-speaking Gazan political commentator, begs Netanyahu and Ben Gvir to allow the Gazans to leave Gaza: “Let us leave Gaza, you said willing immigration, if you let us leave half of the residents of Gaza will leave, thousands upon thousands!” “The Gazans beg to be allowed to leave and start a new life elsewhere, but the hypocritical West and the illusory radical left do not allow them. For them, the Gazans must live in misery in Gaza because leaving Gaza is genocide.”
So, I’m confused. Are Netanyahu and Ben Gvir actually preventing Gazans from leaving? Maybe the Gazans need a Moses to lead them to the promised land. Let their people go! Sounds like a catchy song.
@Adam
I disagree. There are many Jews still residing in South Africa, and as you well describe the well entrenched antisemitic political environment would likely do little more than applaud the migrating Pals as they acted on their well trained psychopathic inclinations to slaughter the Jewish residents of South Africa. So, Egypt yes, but South Africa no, or so I would strongly suggest in any event.
Egypt is the obvious place to reettle the Gazans, beause mot of them are of Egyptian ancestry anyway. But I don’t think the Egyptian government will cooperate. South Africa would be an excellent place to send them. There is already a Muslim population there And they are great friends of the Paestinians in various international venues, including the ICC, The South Africans deserve them. Andthe government there will find plenty of use for the terrorists among them as “policemen” to supress dissent and assassinate their opponants.
@Skeeziz
It is an important question. I address this in a recent conversation which I co-authored with Walter Block. We have differing views, but mine is expressed at the bottom of the article.
In short, they must go where their well trained psychopathy will not be permitted to reach its intended victims, ie they should be accepted among the other Arab nations to the degree that we might be able to control such outcomes.
Note Well:
Where do they Go?
The only place would be the present home of the 80+% of Gazans
Jordan
Yet the Hashemite King almost lost his illegitimate throne to them on Black September…
Anywhere they go, we have a radicalized Jew and West HATING population
Primed for big problems…
For what it’s worth… I agree with both of you!!!
It would be wonderful if they could leave and go back where their parents and grandparents came from. This is actually the source of the issue. Back in 1948 and to a smaller degree in 1967, those people left Israel and were incarcerated in the so-called refugee camps. They have not been allowed to leave those camps ever since unless they have a lot of money to put on the table. By the way, there are lots of Arabs who stayed in Israel during and after the war of independence.
The first generation of Arab immigrants to the British mandate of Palestine came from the surrounding countries due to the improved living conditions in Palestine.
They were convinced to leave for a short while until the Jews had been exterminated, upon which they would come back and take over everything the now removed Jews had left. This must have been a wild dream but surely, in their innermost hearts, they must have known that that would never happen. The winner takes it all and they were certainly not the winner.
In the aftermath of the war of independence, they were kept in the refugee camps to generate pressure on the Jewish state and that has worked a little.
On the other hand, Jews from all of the Muslim countries in the Middle East and North Africa were expelled and most of them made their way to Israel, leaving behind most of their belongings. This fortune could have been used to rehabilitate the refugees, but once again, the winner takes it all and the refugees were not the winner.
If any countries in the rest of the world are willing to accept these refugees into their communities, I think Israel would be more than willing to help them leave the Gaza Strip and also Judea and Samaria. The countries that should be welcoming them in, are the countries their parents and grandparents came from back in the day. If we could get this idea to work (Jordan Option?) that would solve a large portion of the issues. There are also refugee camps in other mid-eastern countries who would love to get this offer too.
Absolutely!
Israel must step up and address all these countries of Europe including UK, especially Ireland and Spain, who have been so adept at hating Israel
They want to leave.
You help them leave.
