Ketzaleh: Poll Signals Netanyahu Demise

By Gil Ronen, INN

National Union leader MK Yaakov Katz (“Ketzale”) said Wednesday that a new poll showing a downward turn for Likud signals the beginning of the end for Binyamin Netanyahu’s leadership.

The poll, which was carried out by Dialogue for Haaretz, shows that if elections were held today and Shelly Yechimovich were to head Labor, Labor would receive 22 Knesset seats – 11 more than it received in the last elections. The list headed by Labor’s former leader Ehud Barak would not make it into the Knesset.
Kadima would lose 6 seats and remain with 22 seats – the same number as that projected for Labor. Shas would lose one or two of its present 11 seats and Likud would lose 2-3 seats from its present 27.

The National Union and Jewish Home are projected to receive 9 seats if they combine forces, as opposed to their combined total of seven today.

“With the publication of the latest poll giving the joint National Union and Jewish Home list 9 seats,” said Ketzaleh, “we are witnessing the beginning of the crash of the Likud under Netanyahu because it betrayed its voters.”

“Unfortunately, Netanyahu, who was elected Prime Minister with the votes of those who love the Land of Israel, the Torah and the Nation, decided to place his trust and loyalty in Barak. Netanyahu is completely under the control of Barak who is 100% full of hatred for religious people and settlers, and has 0% of support from the people.”

  1. The answer is definitely in consolidation. Traditionally there have only been two dominant positions in Israeli politics; the left (Labor),
and the right or nationalist (Likud). The center (Kadima) has never been a power player and its short-lived strength has become apparent.
The country has overwhelmingly chosen the right at the polls but as Jeffrey Cohen points out the mandate of the Likud, the recipient of
voter nationalistic desires, has been subverted. The solution is for the splinter right wing parties, who feel that by remaining “independent”
they can pursue their particularistic agendas (i.e. blackmailing coalition seeking partners to grant favors), to join the Likud. This will
send a clear message to the country and will enable a government to be formed that will lead Israel in a prideful and secure way. This also
ensures that the programs of the right wing parties are implemented. Most importantly in the leadership of Likud we need someone of
unimpeachable credentials, one who would not sell out his country or constituency. That man is unquestionably Moshe Feiglin.

  2. Unfortunately Ketzelah still doesn’t get it! Even if Ichud Leumi and Jewish Home were to merge (and that is far from certain), 9 seats would still give them ZERO real power. Ketzaleh recommended Bibi for prime minister to form a government after the election and then Bibi snubbed him and left Ichud Leumi in the opposition. The only way to take power away from the leftists, and I include Bibi as a leftist is to join the Likud party and have every nationalist Israeli join the Likud party and elect a nationalist leader inside the party. In other words, Ketzelah needs to swallow his pride, dissolve Ichud Leumi and join with Moshe Feiglin and Manhigut Yehudit to lead the Likud. Polls from the shortly before the previous election already showed that with Moshe Feiglin in a high spot on the Likud list (i.e. – a more nationalist Likud), the Likud would have gained 40 seats in the Knesset, instead of the meager 27 after Bibi used dirty tricks to force Moshe down to slot 36. The real fight is inside the Likud. Once we remove the leftist that have hijacked the Likud, the people will see the Likud for the nationalist party that it is and the left will have no chance.

  3. I am only thankful that this clown “Katzeleh” has no serious influence on more than a couple of clowns less thoughtful than himself.
We have been through this sort of dangerous wishful thinking before, like when the radical Israeli Right wing managed to so discredit Yitzchak Shamir in 1992 and destroy his government that lo and behold, the “Katzeleh” radicals of that era successfully got Yitzchak Rabin elected and guess what, that misguided gang of “Katzeleh” tyupes and their merry band of clowns helped to inflict the Oslo Accords on us.
Sure “Katzeleh” is deluded enough to rejoice in Yachimovitch’s electoral ascendancy over Netanyahu, that is what the “Katzeleh” types do, they burn down their own camp, besmirch and demonize their own leaders for not being “radical” enough for them, and thus insure the victory of their worst political opponents.
So when Livni and Kadima and Yachimovitch and Labor get elected to run the next government, destroy Jewish settlements, expel Jews from their homes, and divide Jerusalem, “Katzeleh” and his “true believers” can go out and demonstrate, block roads, and fight with the IDF, and take great false “pride” in having destroyed their own government.
These “Katzeleh” types sicken me. They never understand how good they have it, and always believe that the grass is greener if only there is another election and their blockheaded candidate or party is elected, which of course he never is. I can say this because I am an American Israel Jew who has been living thirty years in a Judean Jewish settlement, an IDF veteran as well.
I have seen far too often the sort of serious and irreversible damage these “Katzeleh” type uncompromising radicals have done to the settlement movement and to the Israel public.
“Katzeleh” is a Pied Piper of destruction who would rejoice at Netanyahu’s downfall and then cry bitter tears when Livni and Yachimovitch run the country.

  4. “Brutality in Migron, in Wake of Southern Upheaval”

5 km of Jerusalem 2011-09-05 Rehearsal of the Evictions and Expulsions of the Jews from Jerusalem

Police brutality is aimed at intimidation in advance of wider evacuations and demolitions to come in the near future. This is the way of the Fascist police authorities. They are cowards in the face of Arab resistance but heroes against women and kids. The demolitions at Migron were carried out under the cover of an Arab multi terrorist attacks in the South as a distraction and against all norms and Law carried out without notification to the victims and no written court order given in advance. It was carried out by mostly Arab Druze Border patrol forces and as you can see they showed no identification tags on their outer uniforms and most refused to identify themselves. All against the law.

This was carried out on orders of Barak but he serves under BB or BB serves under Barak in fact . It doesn’t matter to the victims (The people of Israel)

  5. A Call for religious Jews to stand up to BB and fight!!

Friends Of Bibi, Enemies Of G-d (audio)
You can’t support Bibi and also purport to follow the Torah.

“In a place where there are no men, strive to be a man.”(or Woman) The interpretation of this simple phrase is often taken to mean standing against evil. Where others won’t stand…this is where you should.

Ted removed a previous comment of mine because I called Two leaders of Israel Nazis: Watch the above film and then tell me I was wrong.

BB must be removed for our own survival. He will see us all destroyed.

  6. I think the poll was generous for the Likud with BB. Only a change at the top will assure the Likud a chance to continue to lead. Or war? (If successful)

BB is beginning to lose his key staff or the rats are jumping ship.

  7. The poll, which was carried out by Dialogue for Haaretz, shows that if elections were held today and Shelly Yechimovich were to head Labor, Labor would receive 22 Knesset seats – 11 more than it received in the last elections. Well there you go, no need for elections then.

  8. So, the demonstrations were political after all! Surprize, surprize! With Turkey chomping at the bit to make war with Israel — and with Cyprus — and with Greece — and with Kurdistan, the voters’ attention may soon shift away from their adolscent middle-class blues and back to reality.
