  1. Jacobson can not apply when the individual is not vulnerable to the the target of the vaccines. Otherwise, men could be forced to be vaccinated for ovarian cancer. By that same president, adults could be forced to be vaccinated for childhood diseases such as RSV. There is no basis for vaccination when there is no threat of harm of disease. The Jacobson ruling was based on a virus(Smallpox) that caused deaths in 1 out of 5 infected people. The plaintiff has serious chance of harm and no benefit from the vaccine. I think the use of this precedent is badly flawed.

That being said, everyone wishing to avoid the vaccine mandate should claim religious or ethical exemption – you don’t need the support of your religious order. I have posted the sites with all the paperwork needed to support your claim(www.flemingmethod.com and americasfrontlinedoctors.org/ and undercoverdc.com, among others). There is strong legal precedent, not including the ruling discussed here by Roman, to support such exemptions, and this is not likely to fail in the courts, at some level.

No matter what happens, don’t quit. Make them fire you. If they do, file a lawsuit for wrongful termination.
