Lets hope you’re right. I can’t wait. To think that this and the other earth shattering events have occurred all in my lifetime is really, when considered, breathtaking. And we always seem to stagger from one crisis to another already brewing. If Mudar takes over, and succeeds in his pacific and economically well grounded intentions, he’ll have the co-operation of many states that presently eschew any knowledge of him and his status.
It could become a new Golden Age for the Middle East as a unit, although I’m afraid that some Arab macher will try to derail it. And there are still Hamas and Iran to deal with, and it should NOT be with enticements, but solid and verifiable consequences..
No artificial islands nor airports nor ports.
The backing of the US for all this is vital, but, it seems still “up in the air”….
However, being a realistic pessimist, based on probabilities, I am also a hopeful optimist, looking at unfolding facts, so………….
@ Edgar G.:
It is typical of Arab protests that a leader uses a bullhorn to lead the chants. After 2 minutes, I have had enough.
Just watch, over the next few weeks, the protests grow. Also I expect the protestors to start calling for Mudar to lead them.
I think the ruler has already thrown in the towel.
I wonder why the videos are so short, no more than 2-3 mins. Also, surprisingly, this
is the very first time that the King has been directly mentioned.
Another thing I’ve noticed. They seem to only bellow a very limited selection of one or two line phrases, over and over, As if well orchestrated. When we see crowds streamng and running in the open streets there is no indication as to where they’re going, nor if it’s to a rally against the king. I hope it is. I see presumed police standing or aimlessly moving, as if t’s just a normal rush to something harmless, that doesn’t warrant their interference
All in all, it’s the very mildest rebellion of “The People” against their oppressive ruler I’ve ever seen, leading me to believe that if it happens it will be a bloodless coup, the right sort.
Sounds and looks more like man u fans.
