There never were accords of any credible kind with Islam. Not with African Egypt or ME Jordan or anyone other state of the Islamic kind.

As has been made perfectly clear once again since the events of October 7, Israel and Jews in general will be condemned no matter what they do or don’t do (except for dying – it seems the whole world is always happy to see Jews die). In my opinion, an overwhelming preemptive strike against Hezbollah would be Israel’s best move right now. Waiting for Hezbollah to make the first big move would be allowing them to gain the upper hand, which would be a serious strategic mistake. Just my two cents…
