The fact that no court was willing to try any case regarding the elections, gives me very little hope of anything happening now to reverse the elections. Of course, we should still pray, and with Hashem’s help anything could happen. But short of a miracle I don’t see anything changing.

Before this month is out we will have the results of the audit in AZ. It will be so clear and drastic in its conclusions that no one will be able to ignore it, even with the MSM pissing on it.
No doubt it will become the basic evidence for a new court case that will quickly make its way up to SCOTUS. The Court will be asked to overturn the election.
While this is happening Mike Lindell will be very active with his new site and his evidence to help shape public opinion.
Trump hoped to have the Army enter the fray when he demanded the Intelligence report about foreign and domestic interference to be tabled before Jan 6/21.. The deep state foiled this plan by releasing the report a day before the inauguration.
The Plan didn’t go forward I would image due to the division in the Army.
But that doesn’t mean that neither the Army not the Court will refuse to act on such compelling evidence.
Similarly when the truth comes out, the public will be greatly angered. Trump is starting his rallies again and he will quickly build support.
I am an optimist by nature and hate giving up hope. I continue to believe that the current regime will be terminated.

Beyond the corrupt court systems, though, a greater possibility lies in the state legislatures(SL) as is seen in AZ. The SL were always the most legitimate remedy for the fraud, but Pence saw fit to scuttle that effort in coordination with the mock attack on the Capital. Should AZ be successful in exposing the fraud, though, there is a great potential for the SL across many other states to follow AZ – I have seen reports that 9 states are prepared to follow AZ in this path should they be successful, but personally, I am dubious if this is true or just more talk. The courts, however, again are likely to serve as a bastion of support for the Deep State players and their large network of compromised or corrupt allies. As seen in AZ, if the Dems don’t like the judge, they will devise a way to recuse him or, as seen in their latest action, attempt to move to a federal court just to change out a competent judge and his rulings. Consequently, it will be, and has been, a fascinating display of civic dueling that must once more, unfortunately, be decided among the state and federal judiciary with ultimate guidance from SCOTUS.
And so we have two pathways which could result in laying the groundwork for which the military would have to decide if it would support or ignore a positive judgement – but they would have to decide one way or the other. I am uncertain of how I believe this would be settled. Further complicating the situation, should a positive judgement be gained, it is likely that the Dems will call upon their veterans stormtroopers – BLM and Antifa – to intimidate the public while perpetrating general mayhem in the streets and additionally complicating the conversation. In any case, we are, I believe, a long walk from that point and the path is anything but certain. But these are the possibilities to consider.
With regards to the idea that the US retired officers might sign something akin to what occurred in France, it is complicated. I would personally support such a move and it would influence many in the military and the nation, I believe. Additionally there are many, many officers who were forced from the military due to their resistance to many changes made in the US military, so there are many to choose from. However, though these officers are retired, they are still bound by their oath. An act such as this might be interpreted as sedition. I am not sure how this would ultimately be resolved, but the current DOD would, I believe, not hesitate to act on it. With the Chauvin State Show-Trial so fresh in our memory, I am not sure the appetite is present for such a direct challenge. But then, again, I am reminded of men such as Flynn, McInerney and Valelly, so maybe I am wrong in this ….

It is true that Trump has very limited backing from the Army and Navy and Joint Chiefs. He is, however, not without his support in the military. The elements of the armed forces that Trump could claim significant support from include the Marines, Military Intelligence, Airforce and Space Force. These are significant forces, but your statements regarding South and Central America are very wise warnings. The histories of South and Central America are replete in tales of military coups and the lesson here is that these are the routes of ambitious men. I do not judge Trump among their company as the Dems have claimed time and again. Additionally, if he were such a man, he should likely have acted sooner than this in such a coup. None the less, these South/Central American coups should serve to remind us that democracies are supported by the military and not run by it. In any case, I do not believe that Trump would allow the military to intercede on his behalf without having a political or judicial basis to support such marshal actions even if they were so inclined to act. This brings us to Lindell, Powell, Ward, Wood, DePerno, Flynn et al (this list of names keeps growing). Lindell, Powell, and the rest have many irons in many fires. I am not too encouraged by the logic supporting Powell and Company’s rationale in the pursuit of judicial relief as the courts could have dealt with this matter long before it was impossibly difficult to deal with, as is the case currently. This being said, though, it is fair that a ruling will eventually have to be made. The same fraud exhibited in Nov 2020 was present in the Jan. 5 runoff. The runoff election is a continuation election of the November election, so, the common presence of fraud in both makes any ruling in the runoffs relevant to both elections. Sooner or later, the court’s will have to rule on these matters pertaining to the runoff. This ruling will, consequently, have relevance to the Nov 2020 election due to the closely associated relationship between these two elections. As Powell has said, it is uncharted territory and there are many possible remedies to be handed down for the obvious fraud that occurred. So we will have to see what surprises are to be had here.

Ted, there have been many indications that most senior officers in the U.S. army are anti-Trump and pro-Democrat. Obama made sure to promote left-leaning, DP-supporting officers to all the key positions in the military. They are still there. The idea that the military will stage a coup to reinstate Trump is a rightist fantasy. A much more realistic possibility is that Biden will order the military to crack down on a supposed right-wing, pro-Trump “insurrection in the “Red” states, and that the military will obey him and end freedom of speech and assembly for everyone with right-wing opinions, haul numerous Republicans and pro-MAGA people off to jail, etc.
In any case, be careful what you wish for. Latin American and African countries have had military coups for decades. The results have been economic collapse, massive human rights violations and endless civil wars.A military coup in the United States would reduce the United States to Latin-American, African or other Third World country.
