Insubordination and civil disobedience

I have argued for both insubordination and civil disobedience.

On Sept 14, I posted Part I of The Interlocking Perspectives Of National Law, International Law And Jewish Law by Louis Rene Beres. That post included links to my articles.

In it, he argues “Israel’s soldiers have no right or obligation to follow orders that are prima facie contrary to Jewish survival.”

Now Part II has been published by Jewish Press. In it Beres argues for civil disobedience and includes a legal argument in support.
