Experts find a shadow database lurking in Mesa County’s election system!\
A new report from two cybersecurity experts who have reviewed all the election data from Mesa County, Colorado shows that a second and illegal database was secretly installed and used to manipulate votes in the 2020 election.
The report — officially called Mesa County Colorado Voting Systems Report #3 — was written by experts who analyzed all the data from Mesa County’s election server, which was saved before the Colorado Secretary of State and the electronic voting machine company “overwrote” and wiped away the contents of the server’s hard drive.
The report describes exactly how the electronic voting machines were used to change votes in the 2020 election — without election officials being aware of any fraud.
Let’s review the key findings of the report, and see the actual forensic evidence of the cheating, shall we?

Here are the five key findings — followed by images of the relevant data from the report’s appendix.
1. Creation of multiple databases: The Mesa County voting system server should have had three databases in its election project for each election. But in Mesa County’s system, two additional databases were found for two separate elections. The existence of those additional databases, and the movement of ballot records between them, breaking the chain of evidence needed for ballot and vote authentication is proof of voting system non-compliance with Federal Voting System Standards mandatory under Colorado law, and proof of manipulation. This is akin to having two sets of accounting records in a business, to hide fraudulent and illegal financial transactions.

Key Finding # 2
There was a shadow database created and the votes that the shadow database counted were not identical to votes in the authorized database.
2. A pattern of multiple illegal databases in separate elections: Multiple databases were found in both the 2020 election records, and in the 2021 election records. Slight variations in the method of ballot and batch record copying between databases reinforces the conclusion that the manipulation was deliberate.

Key Finding # 3
The shadow database compiled partial voting records in such a way as to make post-election authentication impossible.
3. Ballot and election records chain of evidence broken in multiple ways: Once ballot images and records were moved, deleted, manipulated, and re-copied, the chain of evidence was broken. Digital files required to verify ballot image authenticity simply did not exist in the new databases. It makes it impossible to verify the authenticity of so many ballot records. Now election results cannot be determined from the voting system records.

Key Finding #4
The shadow database was created and manipulated inside the Mesa County election system so that Mesa County officials were unaware of any illegal activity.
4. No accident: There are no listed, authorized features and procedures, or even the ability through a combination of features and procedures on the electronic voting systems to instruct or enable election officials to manipulate ballot records and vote count databases in the manner discovered. This activity was unauthorized, and could have been conducted in any number of ways, including combinations of unauthorized software, remote access and/or malware introduced through a removable device (USB drive).
In fact, Mesa County election officials were alert enough during the 2020 election to notice that they were reviewing the same ballots twice in some cases. They believed that a computer glitch was to blame and called the vendor.

Key Finding # 5
5. Illegal certification of Colorado electronic voting systems: Because the electronic voting system in Mesa County, Colorado was not only vulnerable and exposed to manipulation, including the systematic destruction of election records, and proof of actual manipulation, the voting system could not possibly have met the requirements of the Federal Voting System Standards mandated by Colorado statute.
Here’s a comparison of the “load order” of the two databases. In Figure 5, the load order is a perfect sequence —that’s the original order from the authorized database as batches of votes were recorded.

In figure 6, the load order from the shadow database is now broken — it’s missing batches 50, 52, 53, 54, 56, 57, 59, 65, 72, 75, 80, 85, and 89 through 113. This is proof that somebody deliberately omitted those batches of votes in the shadow database. They didn’t want them included in the final vote tally.
All of those votes were simply not counted in the 2020 election.

Trump alienated a lot of Republicans because he didn’t follow the Republican script. He articulated his own policies which flew in the face of traditional Republican policies. As a result the Never Trumpers came into being.
The opposition of many Republicans to uncovering the fraud is do to the fact that they really wanted him out.
I think we all knew from the beginning was that the election was stolen. What we didn’t know is how how much opposition there would be to uncovering the fraud. Especially RINO opposition.

Yet nothing has been done with this information or any effort made to ‘correct’ the situation. As I have asked repeatedly over the last year: Where does one go, to whom does one turn, when those who are in charge of enforcing our laws (the AG and the DOJ) not only are not interested in doing their job, but are themselves involved in breaking laws? So where do we go? Who will fix this outrage?

You are quite correct. It has taken an inordinate amount of time to expose the fraud which was always quite obvious. The cause of the delay was due to the fact that the public lacked any official agency to examine the fraud, and the price to be paid for gaining that agency was to allow the system being investigated to deleteriously intercede in the investigation before, during and after the fact.
The public outcry for an examination of the AZ fraud, for example, was quite intense, but access to any evidence required an agency which the public completely lacked. Hence, it necessarily, and unfortunately, required coordination of the state, itself, to make any examination of the election possible, and this has been the cause of serious setbacks, significant delays and offered the state an opportunity to perpetrate additional fraud during the audit, threatening the validity of the audit and causing further delays.
The consequence of the required state cooperation was that the investigation was to be contracted to a private party (Cyber Ninjas, Jovan Pulitzer, and Dr. Shiva), financed from private sources(Byrne’s America Project, Powell’s Restoring the Republic, among others), while being restricted and guided and partially managed under the auspices of the very system which perpetrated the fraud to begin with (the state govt). Consequently, the sizeable delay of the investigation is not due to the extensive investigations that have taken place, but rather was explicitly related to incorporating the system behind the fraud into the investigation of the fraud, which then allowed the system an overt window of access to control, manipulate and delay the investigation – all of which has been fully exploited.
For example, as the details surrounding the AZ audit were being negotiated, the AZ state govt made certain stipulations as a requirement. For one, they mandated the silly public viewing of people looking at the ballots, holding them under the light and such. This unuseful aspect of the investigation drew about 3/4 of all the costs of the audit along with a great deal of time, while not meaningfully changing the outcome of the investigation itself, and this was known to be the case prior to the investigation taking place. The AZ senate mandated this political theater to show the public that something was actually being done, and reduced the public outcry which was the primary motivating cause for the audit to begin with. Meanwhile, the AZ Senate simultaneously required Cyber Ninja’s to be prevented from including any analysis or contact with the printer of the ballot, Runbeck Election Services, who was exclusively responsible for providing the ballots for the elections in both AZ and GA. So not only was the fraud investigation being required to waste millions of dollars and months for a public distraction, it was also being specifically limited from investigating an area where a significant degree of fraud was actually perpetrated. This was later addressed in subsequent investigation by Pulitzer, but came at the ridiculous cost of a six months delay.
In addition to this, Randy Pullen, the former AZ Republican National Committeeman and former Treasurer of the Republican National Committee was required to have an active role in the investigation. Pullen incorrectly testified to the Senate that there were ~2.1 million ballots in AZ, when in fact the number was much lower than this. To obscure this fact, while others were on break, Pullen took two massive logbooks which recorded the data of the paper machine recount, breaking the chain of custody of these logs. To make things worse, he returned one of the logbooks, weeks later, but has still not returned the final log book so that the ballot count from the audit had, itself, to be further investigated by Pulitzer, causing additional delays.
Additionally, access to the ballot images, for signature evaluation by Shiva and several additional inquiries by Pulitzer, were not made available until somewhere around the beginning of this year, and as a result many of the results of Shiva and particularly Pulitzer have been significantly delayed, some being completed only last week.
The final cause of delays has to do with the AZ AG, Brnovich, who has had clear evidence of prosecutable crimes delivered to him by State Senators, since the Fall of 2021, without having acted on this evidence. He is said to be waiting to begin to announce his indictments til early Spring (April) when he can fully capitalize upon the announcements during his primary fight for the upcoming Senate primary.
So, I do agree with your criticism that the delays are beyond any reasonable expectation, but it is entirely due to the Empire Striking Back, as it were.
It all seems to be taking so long, and nothing actually seems to be moving forward in real time, It could be 10 years before the “movers” are satisfied. They seem to be more intent on investigating, rather than finding enough to positively warrant a through and successful Court decision.
As you say Peloni, all 50 states had some measure of vote swindling, but it always seemed likely.. The Democrats are the most expert vote crooks in a Democracy on the planet. They’ve had 175 years of experience and assuredly have committed fraud in every one, whether it was needed or not. . Not for nothing did they name themselves the “Democratic” Party.

Thank You Tina Peters, the Mesa County Election Clerk in Colorado who has been criminally charged after making a forensic copy of the 2020 election results, and making it possible for us to learn what we have in this report. Keep in mind the simple fact that the state of Colorado is not even included in those states in contention from the 2020 election. This election process of ‘rigging as routine’ is likely present in all 50 US states.
To demonstrate this, Seth Keshel has recently visited Hawaii, where he shared his analysis of the state’s election from 2020, which has been described as “mind blowing”. Based on conservative values, Keshel estimates that Hawaii had 167K fake votes in a state where the election results showed a total of 532K votes and a vote difference of only 70K votes. The implication is that Hawaii has a Republican majority, something not seen since 1984(it had to be that year).
So while we dance about, seemingly in an obsessive trance with only the six counties in only the six states that actually are in contention, their should be no real expectation that these six were alone involved in the 2020 fraud. Of course, the fraud in the 6 states would become a much easier conversation for everyone if the remaining 46 states could demonstrate whether their elections were free from voter ‘irregularities’.
This specifically places the onus of interest on the Republican states. In a time in which there are 28 Republican governors and 26 Republican controlled state legislatures, it must be seen as a confession of their collusion or cooperation with the fraud given that of these Republican states, none have taken the initiative to investigate their own 2020 election results, and present their citizens with the transparency so badly needed to affirm the measure of consent between the public and their govt, namely, their vote.
As an example, many consider the states of Florida and Texas as bastions of conservatism and personal liberty. With this view in mind, these claims are rendered all the more unbelievable when it is revealed that the politicians have no interest in providing clear transparency demonstrating that their election processes during the Great Fraud of 2020 was not involved in the fractionalization of votes and the disenfranchisement of the citizens. Texas has even gone a step further by having their high court rule 8-1, all Republican justices, prohibiting the AG from prosecuting voter fraud.
The fraud isn’t focused and it isn’t minor. It is broadly applied, steered and secured with bipartisan support and interest. They have been grading their own homework, as it were, exercising their own choice in being elected with your votes. To remedy this avenue of access to fraud by the establishment, the public must demand a return to paper ballots.
As the institutions continue to fail us, act to take back your nation, one burg at a time if need be. Take back control of the nation by taking control of the local precincts, then the counties, next the states and finally, retake your nation. It won’t be easy, and as with the criminal prosecution pending against Peters, there are serious risks that can be applied to bring us each into the fold of the vitiated system of fraud. Yet, the freedom of our children, and that of our children’s children, lie in the balance of what we are willing to accept for today, and what we are willing to risk for tomorrow.
