Translation:

 Hezbollah withdraws its forces from Syria to compensate for the shortage in southern Lebanon after the human losses it suffered from thousands of dead and wounded as a result of Israeli raids and PKK bombings. 

The “Radwan Forces” were summoned from the Syrian Badia, Aleppo and Deir Ezzor. The summoning included elements in Qusayr and Zabadani, which are adjacent to the border with Lebanon. The number of returnees so far has reached about 1,000 elements .
