You may want to view the VOD for yesterday’s session in which Bennett, Lapid , Herzog and Livni gave short addresses on what they believe should be done now.
Bennett of course called for gradual annexation of area C and giving the 70,000 Arabs there, citizenship. Lapid, Livni and Herzog said over their dead bodies.
Although Bennett didn’t get into all the details of his plan, he also wants to entice the Arabs in A and B to accept full autonomy by agreeing to improve their economy, allowing them to travel anywhere in Israel and removing the security fence.
What Bennett intends to offer should be made conditional on them giving up on their confrontation with Israel and switching to cooperation with Israel.
Today Arabs can not get to all areas in Area A or B without check points. I believe that is what he meant. Under his plan that would change. The new roads would make it contiguous travel, since they would not be physically contiguous.
@ Bear Klein:
Therefor he either misrepresented his position in the WSJ article or he changed it.
In Moderation???
@ Ted Belman: Actually his original plan shows movement in only Arab areas. Here is the plan in .html in short order.

@ Bear Klein:
I was remembering this comment from his WSJ article:
The heat Bennett attracted for this paragraph no doubt resulting in his trimming his sails.
Ted, You may have misunderstood what Bennett said (or the translator did). Arab free movement is the Arab Areas (A & B). His example of movement from Jenin to another Arab city was how he was showing this.

Uri Ariel points out Yesh Atid if they follow through on their threat to walk out of the coalition will need to be replaced by Shas and UTJ for anything to happen in the annexation sphere. Hopefully they can be persuaded to do this or Israel will need new elections to achieve annexations of the Jewish Areas of Judah and Samaria.
The Gush Etzion Block needs to be annexed ASAP.
