I could tell it was filmed at an earlier date, because Hannity had more dark hair and wore his hairline a bit lower on the forehead! I know, petty, petty….
I think you are right.
I see from that fact that Mudar looks much younger and the news flashes across the bottom, that this was made a few years ago. On checking on the internet, i see that it was April 2014. And he’s been back on Hannity since as well as a few others.
