GREAT SUMMARY OF THE AUDIT – TRUMP WON HANDS DOWN

Tierney’s REAL News (9/25/21)

President Trump will be holding a rally tonight in Perry, Georgia – and the topic will most likely be the Maricopa, Arizona audit which showed some 50,000 ballots were illegal, & tens of thousands of others were questionable, in a state where the margin is some 10,000 votes! In spite of that, the fake news is saying the opposite!

In a statement yesterday, President Trump said, “I will be discussing the winning results of the Arizona Forensic Audit, which will show 44,000 possibly illegal ballots cast, tomorrow at the Great State of Georgia rally, which will be packed!”

He’s right. The big “conservative” news sites provided NO detailed coverage of the most important forensic audit ever conducted in America. Nothing on Breitbart, Townhall, Fox, Daily Wire, Daily Caller, The Blaze, American Thinker, Epoch Times, The Federalist, National Review. Nothing on Zero Hedge or Red State or the New York Post either. Ask yourself why. Because they are NEVER TRUMP and controlled by the ESTABLISHMENT GOP and want to replace Trump with Pence. Actions speak louder than words!

Below is a summary of every issue that was uncovered at the audit. I will update this report as new information becomes available.
Some 50,000 ballots were flagged by auditors in this ONE Arizona county alone as illegitimate – ranging from people voting from addresses from which they had already moved to residents voting twice. 17% of the signatures counted were duplicates. 96% of the duplicates came in after Election Day. The total in question in this ONE county was nearly five times the vote margin in the state of Arizona.

<

<

This is the original executive summary which said the election should NOT have been certified & the results were unreliable.

<

This is the revised executive summary. There are unconfirmed rumors that Doug Logan and his family were threatened to change his wording – or else.<

<

<
<

23,444 voters voted via mail in ballot even though they show as having moved. Who voted for them?

<

255,326 early votes show without having been returned. Magic!!!

<

ELLIS: “There were significant and widespread irregularities and lawlessness in thousands of ballots, sufficient to overcome the margin of difference between Trump and Biden. The 2020 election was irredeemably compromised, and Arizona’s legislature must do now what they failed to do in November — use their plenary authority under the U.S. Constitution and reclaim their delegates by decertifying the results, acknowledging that the certifications were based on incorrect accounting. We are in a constitutional crisis that demands accountability for the American People and election justice.”\

23,344 Mail-in Ballots were sent to people who had MOVED prior to the election but were completed and counted anyway
5,295 voters cast ballots in Maricopa and at least one other county using “the same first, middle, last name and birth year.”
In addition, another team identified 17,322 duplicate ballots — this finding is NOT in the audit report. That alone is MORE than the election margin.

<

Also, the verification stamps were UNDER the signatures – meaning ballots were actually photoshopped – FAKE!

<

<

Maricopa County fraudulently “verified and approved” mail-in ballots that had NO signature.

THEN multiple ballots were approved with the same exact name and address, matching signatures, but DIFFERENT voter IDs.

The Executive Summary of the Maricopa County forensic audit said the election should NOT be certified & the results are NOT reliable. Also, this is not the complete audit report. They still have the routers, the Splunk logs, and the paper issues to review.

<

After the auditors said tens of thousands of votes were in question and that the election should NOT have been certified, the Arizona Senate closed the session with the statements and referred the audit report to the Attorney General for investigation and prosecution:<

1) Law enforcement must get involved

2) There was massive obstruction

3) The crooks are spending significant taxpayer dollars trying to stop the truth

4) The numbers don’t reconcile

5) They broke the law

6) People need to be held accountable

7) They wiped the logs clean

8) Chain of custody was not followed

9) They failed to preserve the data – per the law

10) Cyber-security issues – machines were connected to the internet – showing multiple anonymous log-ins and compromised passwords

11) Envelopes had blank signatures but were accepted anyway

https://t.me/TierneyRealNews/56519

The auditors even recommended the legislature create an “Election Audit Department” that conducts audits in various counties on a rotating basis.

But that didn’t stop the fake news from trotting out identical headlines that read: “Audit confirms Biden won!” The fake news is engaged in a massive propaganda operation to distort the result of the audit. Multiple discrepancies and breaches of the law have been documented and there is much evidence of fraud.<

FOX NEWS isn’t covering the audit because it proves their total corruption calling the state of Arizona for Biden with only 3% of the vote counted.

Every single news outlet is running the same headline: “Audit Confirms Biden won.” In lockstep.

The only way to counter that is, in my opinion, for the audit firm to issue a official statement and say: “We did not confirm that Biden won. We said that the election should not be certified. Please retract your statement.” Why isn’t that being done? If the fake news fails to retract their statements, then sue them for defamation.<

EVERY media outlet that reported that Biden won based on yesterday’s “leak” just outed themselves as fake news. Epoch Times & NTD included!

Karen Fann sent the audit report to the Arizona Attorney General for review & prosecution.

AZ SENATOR: “I am thoroughly shocked, yet not surprised, at the product that was delivered to the people of Arizona by the hands of Adrian Fontes regarding the 2020 General election. Although the raw numbers of votes show a similar outcome to the official canvass. The important outcome is that the votes that were counted could be trusted as actual and true voter submissions, according to Arizona State law.<

However, what we learned today that there was a myriad of issues with the counting process that undermine the confidence in the true and accurate count of this election. The election system simply does not balance. Some of the issues that jump out immediately to me are as follows:<
>

• Deleted / purged files – The timing and deletion of files the day before the 2/2/21 audit. Maricopa county purged the machine records the day before the audit started. Many .exe and .dll files (approximately 1500) were either deleted or modified.

• No security or credential management. There were shared accounts and passwords which made the identification of those deleting or purging files difficult, but not impossible.

• Duplicates ballots were grossly mismanaged, and our laws were broken regarding this important part of our election process.

• Chain of custody was not accurately kept, making it impossible who touched what and when.

• Envelopes without signatures, images of ballot envelopes with an apparent approval stamp behind the basic graphics of the envelop, suggesting tampering.

• Connectivity to the internet has been established, in violation of Arizona law and contrary to what we have been told about the system.

• Sloppy caretaking of ballots, missing batches in boxes, batches in boxes not listed on the box or county list.

These are just a few of the many issues brought up today and necessitate a dramatic change in the way we oversee our elections, and how we hold those accountable who have broken our laws. Most importantly, whenever there is malfeasance and skullduggery, we must both nullify that election and repeat it with one more securely conducted, and we must move forward with indictments of hose who perpetrated this fraud against us.”

Arizona Senator Wendy Rogers unveiled a letter signed by 41 state legislators from across the country calling for forensic audits in each state, and urging their states to decertify the 2020 election if their audit results mirror those in Arizona.

The purpose of a forensic audit is not to report the total ballots cast — it’s to determine how many are real and how many are fraudulent.
The audit report identifies more than 57,000 total questionable votes, intentionally deleted election files, and other suspicious voting machine activity.

The auditors wrote, “based on these factual findings, the election should not be certified, and the reported results are not reliable.”

Major issues identified:

• There were more than 10,000 double votes across county lines.

• Tens of thousands of ballots cast from individuals who had moved prior to the election and could not have physically received their ballots, legally.

• None of the systems related to elections integrity had numbers that would balance and agree with each other.

• The voter rolls and the registration management process itself have many data integrity issues. For instance, over 200 individuals were easily identifiable as likely being the same person but having two different Voter IDs and voting twice in the election.

• Without access to the County’s detailed records including personally identifiable information and registration systems it is more likely there were many tens of thousands of improper votes in the election from double voters, deceased voters, voters for which we can find no trace in the public records nor association to their voting address, moved voters, etc.

• Proper voter registration law and procedures were not followed.

• There were unexplained large purges of registered voters, right after the election, of people who had voted in the election.

• There was back dating of registrations, adjustments made to historical voting and voter records, unexplained linking of voter registration affidavits to multiple voters and more.

• Files were missing from the Election Management System (EMS) Server.

• Ballot images on the EMS were corrupt or missing.

• Logs appeared to be intentionally rolled over, and all the data in the database related to the 2020 General Election had been fully cleared.

• On the ballot side, batches were not always clearly delineated, duplicated ballots were missing the required serial numbers, originals were duplicated more than once, and the Auditors were never provided Chain-of- Custody documentation for the ballots for the time-period prior to the ballot’s movement into the Auditors’ care. This all increased the complexity and difficulty in properly auditing the results.

• There were substantial statistically significant anomalies identified in the ratio of hand-folded ballots, on- demand printed ballots, as well as a statistically significant increase in provisional ballot rejections for a mail- in ballot already being cast, suggestive of mail-in ballots being cast for voters without their knowledge.”

Maricopa County’s system had a single password for all users and administrators. The password was created upon system initialization and was never changed.

<

<

<
There is a federal statute that requires the preservation of election related materials for 22 months after the date of the election. Maricopa County failed to preserve the operating system security logs to cover the dates of the election.<

The auditors found significant internet activity by Dominion Software including several entries to FOX News in January 2020. They confirmed that despite earlier claims by Maricopa County officials the Dominion voting machines were in fact connected to the internet.<

The auditors reminded the audience that the previous audits by others in the county did not find any internet history. This was false. It was not accurate. They found significant internet history on the machines and said they know the individuals who were manipulating and deleting databases and has screenshots of who they are when the changes were made at the terminals.<

<
>

The auditors can prove that Maricopa County purged the machine records the day before the audit started.

Audit investigators says they were able to locate on surveillance video perpetrators who used an unassigned username to intentionally overwrite the security logs.

They added Wi-Fi cards to the voting machines. Why would a voting machine that isn’t supposed to be on the Internet have Wi-Fi cards manually and physically installed into them?

Audit team reveals thousands of important files were deleted the day before the audit team was given the equipment. Says they have the identities of people of interest. Also says multiple anonymous logins were detected on the systems.<

Maricopa County PURGED the machine records the DAY BEFORE the audit started.

Dominion Machines Contained Non-Maricopa County Data — From South Carolina and Washington State! One voting system connection to the internet happened on February 1, 2021, which coincides with the beginning of the audit and a purge of thousands of files.

There were several connections to the internet and FOX News back in January 2020.

Forensic data says “someone “ deleted results the day before the audit began. Basically the use of the unsecured scanners, voting machines, which in turn allowed remote access and the shared admin user ID’s and PW’s resulted in too many anomalies to certify.

Maricopa County’s voting server was connected to the internet, could be accessed remotely, and in fact was on February 2, the day before the official audit. That’s the same day and time that every file containing data from the 2020 election was deleted.

The auditors concluded that Maricopa’s election systems were not secure. If any client engaged him to audit a system like this, the audit would fail. There is no accountability. The systems so out of date it would have taken a kid less than 10 minutes to hack this system.

Arizona State Law requires early ballots to be accompanied by a signed affidavit and it must be received by 7 pm election day.

Approximately 2,500 ballots did not have serial numbers as required by state law.

BYRNE: “57,734 ballots with serious issues were identified in the audit. These issues include improper voter registration, improper votes, and discrepancies in the registration. This is a conservative estimate, as there were other identified problems that were not quantified nor included in that total, likely resulting in a much larger number of flawed ballots. Additional issues identified: backdated registrations, multiple voter registrations linked to the same voter affidavit, voters without records in a commercial database, and printing defects rendering thousands of ballots as suspicious.<

“In the 2020 presidential election, the margin of victory was only 10,457 votes, a small fraction of the 57,734 ballots with known issues. Again, this is almost 6 times the margin of victory in the Presidential race and is multiples of the margin of victory in other races. Based on these factual findings, the election should not be certified, and the reported results are not reliable.”<

<

The auditors also revealed that they were not given key information from Maricopa County until the day before the hearing, making it impossible for the group to verify the accuracy of Maricopa County’s claims.<

“We finally heard back from Maricopa County. The day before we present our results, they decide to tell us that those were actually for the protected voters” who need to have their addresses concealed.<

According to Maricopa County, a small subsection of the vote included “protected voters,” which includes judges, battered women, and people concerned about having their addresses made public. The auditors apparently requested clarification as recently as a week prior to the hearing, but was not given a timely response.<
>

“I can’t validate whether that’s accurate or not accurate, this is information that we just received.” That tells you it’s corrupt.

AFFIDAVITS: “Signature verification standards were constantly being lowered by Supervisors in order to more quickly process that higher amount of early and mail-in ballots (from approx. 15 points of similarities, to a minimum of 3, lowered to 1, and ultimately to none – ‘Just pass each signature verification through’) ‘There are too many rejections of ballots each day, so push them through.’”

“I worked at multiple drop box locations in the valley. I witnessed cars with one or two people dropping off as many as 20 or 30 ballots at a time. Also, on multiple occasions, ballots were returned to them because they were missing signatures and I witnessed them pull out of line, sign all of the ballots and return through the line. I was instructed that we are not allowed to refuse to accept a ballot.”

“Ballot drop boxes at Turf Paradise location were left open and unlocked and when I reported it, I was reassigned to a different location.“

<

Maricopa County withheld a lot of information from the audit team. The Senate will get access to that information as a result of the agreement it negotiated with the County. The audit is not over. I suspect some of the most damaging information has yet to be disclosed.<

Remember that President Trump allegedly “lost” the ENTIRE state of Arizona by some 10,000 “votes” and it took them 3 weeks to “engineer” those ballots AFTER the election was over. Remember that this forensic audit is for ONE county ONLY in Arizona.<

Remember that it doesn’t matter how many ballots were counted – what matters is the number of “legal ballots” that were cast by “legal voters.” If fake people, or non-citizens or non-residents or dead people or empty parking lots voted – their votes do NOT count. If somebody votes three times in YOUR name – it does NOT count! This forensic audit will prove that a RECOUNT is meaningless. Re-counting fake ballots does nothing to out the fraud!<

The forensic audit found that AT LEAST 55,000 ILLEGAL ballots were found in Maricopa County alone – which is NEARLY FIVE TIMES times the 10,000 some vote difference in all of Arizona. Arizona should NEVER have certified the election. Pence should NEVER have accepted the certification!<

Imagine how high the TOTAL number of illegal ballots will be after ALL the counties in Arizona are audited! The fake news is spinning these numbers – believe nothing they say! Watch the forensic audit yourself!<

The Maricopa Audit Report also shows that:

 1) None of the County’s election numbers match

2) Ballot images “corrupt or missing”

3) Election data apparently intentionally deleted

4) Illegal ballots counted from people who had moved

5) Ballots duplicated “more than once,” missing serial numbers

Do people enjoy being lied to and manipulated by the only mainstream news station that sometimes puts up the colors red, white, and blue? Seems that people just need to comment about “but Fox is saying Biden won!”<

Listen – Fox News was THE key player in the election theft. They are protecting their investment in calling ARIZONA. It was necessary.Because of the Stockholm addiction, 70% of Trump voters watched Fox News coverage. Trump got NC, FL, OH, IA, TX, and had GA, was crushing it in PA, MI, WI, so Arizona was the emergency brake.

That call, combined with the stoppage of the counts in the rust belt, put people to bed. “It’s not gonna be won tonight.” Then MI and WI were snatched overnight. Arizona to Trump would have meant PA or MI was a win on election night. No one would have gone to bed. 1. Unless and until the “Dominion” suits are dismissed or they lose, the conservative media won’t touch this out of fear. The LEFT will fight to the death to avoid that so watch out for corrupt Judges along the way. This will take well into next year to resolve. Powell has a deposition scheduled with Coomer soon. That may or may not blow the lid off the cover up/lawsuit angle?

  2. Peloni, I am afraid I can’t help clear up your confusion. I am equally confused myself.

Write-ups of the audit report varied so much in the media, with the mainstream press saying that the audit confirmed Biden’s victory in Maricopa, but some conservative media outlets saying that it confirmed that Trump actually won the county and the official Maricopa returns giving Biden a majority. were the result of massive voter fraud by Democrats. A few conservative outlets published what to me seemed like fair and balanced summaries of the contents of the CyberNinja audit. But when I posted this opinion on Israpundit, several other posters hopped on me and vehemently denied that these accounts were fair, balanced and accurate.

The only way we can resolve this issue is to read the executive summary and then the full report for ourselves. Also, listening to the full presentation by three of the auditors to the Arizona Senate. The full four-hour presentation. So far, I have only listened to Dr. Shiva’s report.

Plainly, relying on press accounts of the Ninja audit is useless. Not only do these accounts vary widely, but readers reactions to them vary equally widely . We live in a post-objectivity, post-truth world, in which everything is seen through ideological lenses.

  3. Let me clarify further.
The job of the audit was to make findings of fact which it did so far as it went. It is the job of the AG to decide if criminal intent was involved and of the State legislature to take legislative action even to decertify.

  4. @Adam
I am confused by your statement that that the findings of the Cyber Ninjas “more or less upheld the vote totals reported by the Maricopa County board of elections.”

This is from the Breitbart article you shared:

Of the 49,718 questionable votes of critical, high, or medium severity identified in Maricopa County Forensic Audit, Volume III: Result Details, 34,466 of these were in the voter history phase, 12,660 were in the certified results phase and 2,592 were in the ballot phase. The report did not identify any questionable votes in the voting machine phase.

And this is from the Cyber Ninja Executive Summary:

There appears to be many 27, 807 ballots cast from individuals who had moved prior to the election.

I presume the 27,807 are included in the 34,466 figure, but either are overwhelmingly large enough by themselves to overturn the election, as is the 12,660 figure, first of all. Additionally, although Cyber Ninjas did not include Dr. Shiva’s work in their report, his findings are still relevant and in addition to these numbers listed above. I don’t understand how this remotely upholds the election results. Can you clear this up for me? Thanks

The final arbiter of the accuracy of the election is the State Legislature and the combination between the fraud and deleted files and the canvas results are aplenty enough to satisfy this, even if they were to ignore the Cyber Ninjas. But I don’t see this as remotely supporting the outcome of the election.

  5. Biden was caught red-handed, and the MSM (plus RINO Epoch Times, etc.) reported that he wasn’t. That should be plain enough, to anyone with common sense and eyes to see.

Should we expect anything else? One thing that the audit revealed UNAMBIGUOUSLY, is that this country is ruled by criminals. Are we to expect that those criminals will be swayed by the report and actually do the right thing?

Here is a good summation of the matter — totally pessimistic, and totally correct (in my mind):

    https://www.brighteon.com/b358c14f-c454-4669-bc45-82a68d8c20ef

  6. Ted, I think it is important to distinguish between what you and I believe and what the CyberNinja report said. These are two different things.

I believe that there was fraud on a massive scale in Arizona, and that Trump got the most votes in the state, and would have won by a landslide if the votes had been accurately recorded and counted. Probably tens of thousands, perhaps hundreds of thousands of ballots were destroyed, and an equal number of ballots were stuffed into the ballot .

However, that is not what the CyberNinja report said. It was a very “conservative” (with a small “c”) report that more or less upheld the vote totals reported by the Maricopa County board of elections. I don’t agree with the reports’ conclusions. But those were their conclusions, making the report a blow on the whole to the MAGA program of learning and revealing how the people actually voted in 2020.

I don’t know why CyberNinja failed to discover and reveal the true vote totals. But for some reason they failed, and that is a setback for those of us who would like to see Trump and his supporters back in office and the MAGA program enacted. We have to face this fact. As John Adam s said, “facts are stubborn things.” We have to acknowledge setbacks, report them and then deal with them.

  7. ADAM
I reject the Signal Report which you described as a “fair, balanced and accurate summary”

“The Arizona Senate’s audit of election results in the state’s most populous county has affirmed Joe Biden’s victory over Donald Trump last November to win Arizona’s 11 electoral votes.

However, the election audit in Maricopa County did find procedural problems such as duplication of ballots and potential for fraud. Auditors recommended that the state address these issues to avoid questions in future elections.”

No it didn’t not by a mile. “procedural problems”, give me a break.

Breitbart and the others were too timid in saying only “there were questions about 49,718 of these votes that had a critical, high, or medium “potential impact the finding may have had on the election.”” They were more than questions.

LINDELL: The actual TOTAL number of LEGAL votes in Arizona are 1,801,000 for Trump and Biden 1,531,000.

Additional issues identified: backdated registrations, multiple voter registrations linked to the same voter affidavit, voters without records in a commercial database, and printing defects rendering thousands of ballots as suspicious.

Bottom line is, the law clearly wasn’t followed with regard to the 57 000 votes and should be excluded from the count. Was the breaking of the law by accident or criminally intended.

But as Lindell said there was really a discrepancy of 270,000 votes.

Remember that Peter Navarro estimated in December 2020 (from public records) that there were over 250,000 ILLEGAL ballots cast in Arizona. That’s why Arizona wanted Pence to return the decision to the state and NOT certify the election! Navarro was correct!

And don’t forget about the deletion of files from the computer which could only have been done by criminal intent.

Stay strong everybody. Believe in the cause.

And we haven'[t even dealt with the machine phase.

  8. Breitbart has finally reported on the findings of the Arizona vote audit. Its article about it today is perhaps the best “report on the report” to so far appear in the press.
This is a selection concerning the CyberNinja audits key findings. But please also read the full report at Breitbart.

Of these more than 2 million votes counted, the report stated the results of the audit found that there were questions about 49,718 of these votes that had a critical, high, or medium “potential impact the finding may have had on the election.”

PHOENIX, AZ – OCTOBER 31: Ballots are pulled aside for a hand audit by Maricopa County Elections Department staff ahead of Tuesdays election on October 31, 2020 in Phoenix, Arizona. Ballots are pulled aside for a hand audit by Maricopa County Elections Department staff. (Courtney Pedroza/Getty Images).

The audit broke the election into four phases: “voter history, paper ballots, voting machines, and the certified results.”

Maricopa County Forensic Election Audit. Volume II: Operations & Methodology, stated:

The audit was designed to be a comprehensive review of the results from the Maricopa County 2020 General Election to confirm the effectiveness of existing legislation in governing elections, and to provide additional insights on possible areas of legislative reform that could ensure an even greater level of integrity and accuracy in how elections are conducted.

“For this reason, the audit focused on four main areas of the election process: voter history, paper ballots, voting machines, and the certified results. These four areas enabled the audit team to focus on factors that impact elections in order to highlight areas of concern,” the report continued. (Emphasis added).

Here is a breakdown of those 49,718 questionable votes:

23,344 mail-in ballots were counted from individuals who no longer lived at the address to which the mail-in ballot was sent. The audit called these “mail-in ballots voted from prior address” in the voter history phase. (critical impact)
9,041 more ballots returned by voters than received in the voter history phase. (high impact)
5,295 voters that potentially voted in multiple counties in the certified results phase. (high impact)
3,432 more ballots cast than the list of people who show as having cast a vote. The audit called this group of ballots “official results does not match who voted,” in the certified results phase. (medium impact)
2,592 more duplicates than original ballots in the ballot phase. (medium impact)
2,382 in person voters who had moved out of Maricopa County in the certified results phase. (medium impact)
2,081 voters moved out of state during 29 day preceding election in the voter history phase. (medium impact)
1,551 votes counted in excess of voters who voted in the certified results phase. (medium impact)

An additional 3,587 votes were in the “low impact” category across 14 findings.

Section 5.1 of Volume III of the report identified the ballot scoring methodology used to separate ballot findings into the four categories of severity as to their impact on the election results: critical, high, medium, or low:

Ballot related findings are scored based on the total number of potential ballots impacted by the finding. Based on the range in which this falls within, a Severity is assigned . . . In these circumstances a severity will still be assigned to the finding based on the potential impact the finding may have had on the election.

If a ballot finding impacted more than 10,000 potential votes, its severity level was classified as critical. If a ballot finding impacted more than 5,000 potential votes, but less than 10,000 potential votes its severity level was classified as high. If a ballot finding impacted more than 1,500 potential votes, but less than 5,000 potential votes, its severity level was classified as medium. If a ballot finding impacted less than 1,500 potential votes, its severity level was classified as low.

A separate report, Pattern Recognition of Early Voting Ballot (EVP) Return Envelope Images for Signature Presence Detection, was prepared by EchoMail, and presented to the panel by its lead investigator, Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai. The findings of that report included the following:

Maricopa County allowed 9,589 more Early Vote Ballot return envelopes (EVBs) to move forward to the signature verification process than the audit determined were eligible.
Maricopa County counted 1,917,008 EVBs as eligible to move on to the signature verification process. The audit determined that only 1,907,419 EVBs should have been eligible to move on to the signature verification process. (Early voting ballots were contained within EVB return envelopes, which required a signature of the voter on the outside envelope prior to moving it forward to the signature verification process).
34,448 Early Vote Ballot return envelopes (EVBs) were duplicates, submitted by 17,126 individual voters, most of whom submitted two ballots, but some of whom submitted either three or four.
A third report on cybersecurity from a firm called CyFir, Digital Findings, was delivered by Ben Cotton. Key findings of that report included:

    Maricopa County failed to perform basic OS Patch Management;
    Maricopa County failed to update antivirus definitions;
    Maricopa County failed to preserve security logs;
Maricopa County failed to establish and monitor host baseline; and,
Maricopa County failed to establish and monitor network communications baseline.

  9. I hopelessly garbled this sentence in my previous post:

Unfortunately, this was just MAGA spin to counter the spin on the rprt given by the knowledged what the CyberNinja team actually wroMSN

What I intended to write was, “ Unfortunately, this was just MAGA spin to counter the pro-Biden spin of the MSN. But neither side had any intention or desire to report what the CyberNinja report actually said.”

  10. I thought it was an awful review. They never even admitted that the main report upheld the original finding of the Maripoca election board that Biden did win the election in Maricopa county. They did not distinguish between information in the report and information they got from numerous other sources from people who were not part of the Cyberninja team. They kept citing alleged facts and figures that were not in the report.

They did pay a lot of attention to Dr. Shiva’s findings, as did the Arizona Senate. Dr. Shiva did find damning evidence of ballot stuffing and fraudulent votes. However, his findings were not included in the official report that was submitted to the Senate by the CEO of CyberNinja, who headed the investigative team. The panelist never mentioned this. They did not explain why Dr. Shiva dissented from the finding of the other eight investigators–although he never criticized them in so many words. A more thoughtful panel would have attempted to probe why the investigative team leader decided to leave Dr. Shiva’s findings out of the main report.

During the first thirty-three minutes, the mooderator did not allow Joe Flynn to speak for more than about thirty seconds. But the four other panelists were all given unlimited amounts of time to speak, and each of them spoke for more than five minutes, and the moderator also spoke for more than five minutes.

THe moderator first called on Joe Flynn to speak. But then he shut him off after only two or three seconds and handed the discussion over to another panelist and dialogued with him for over five minutes. He then proceeded to give about an equal amount of time to four other panelists. It took him about twenty minutes for him to get back to Flynn, and even then he gave him only about thirty seconds or so to speak.

After about thirty seconds, the original moderator left on other business, and left Flynn to chair the meeting. But Flynn, who is clearly a team player, just asked the othe panelists questions, and did not present his own observations about the CyberNinja report. To me it seemed clear that he wanted to present a more accurate and balanced summary of hte report and the Senator’s reactions to it. But he sensed that the program host didn’t want any dissenting views or any acknowledgment that the main report upheld the Maricopa County offical election returns. So Flynn, who like the others believes that the report’s conclusion were wrong, kept quiet about what the report actually said.

Unfortunately, this was just MAGA spin to counter the spin on the rprt given by the knowledged what the CyberNinja team actually wroMSN. Neither never-Trumpers or the Trumpians were willing to give an accurate summary of the report’s findings.

When journalism is reduced to propaganda and facts are not reported, democracy and constitutional government has no future. And if democracy and constitutional government have no futut=re in America, then America has no future.

  11. ADAM- The Epoch Times suddenly has been sending me emails offering membership and please join up stuff. They went along with Fox, Breitbart et Cie to announce that the Audit showed that Biden won.

So I’ve told them to bugger off and why.

  12. The Epoch Times has a write-up of the Arizona audit, but it is available only to subscribers. Ted, can you find a way of obtaining a copy and posting it on Israpundit?

The Arizona Senate’s audit of election results in the state’s most populous county has affirmed Joe Biden’s victory over Donald Trump last November to win Arizona’s 11 electoral votes.

However, the election audit in Maricopa County did find procedural problems such as duplication of ballots and potential for fraud. Auditors recommended that the state address these issues to avoid questions in future elections.

The state Senate released the findings during a hearing Friday afternoon, but the 110-page, three-volume draft of the election review first was reported late Thursday by The Arizona Republic.

Florida-based Cyber Ninjas, the chief contractor, and Virginia-based CyFIR, a subcontractor, began the forensic audit in April.

In some ways, the audit proved as controversial as the disputed presidential election. But it potentially closes a chapter in one of the most closely contested states.

In official results in November, Biden got 1.67 million votes in Arizona, or 49.4%, to win the state’s 11 electoral votes with just over 10,000 votes more than Trump out of more than 3.3 million cast. Trump got 1.66 million votes in Arizona, or 49.1%, according to the official results.

Those results flipped the long-time red state to blue for the first time since 1996.

Here are six big takeaways from the audit’s findings.

    1. Final Tally

The bottom line of Cyber Ninjas’ election audit is that it confirms Biden’s victory in Maricopa County.

The draft report shows Biden won 1,040,873 votes in Maricopa County, 99 more votes than last year’s certified ballot count showed. By contrast, Trump lost 261 votes, dropping from 995,665 to 995,404.

Arizona Senate President Karen Fann, leader of the Republican majority, previously had said she didn’t anticipate the audit would find widespread fraud and that it couldn’t change the certified outcome.

“As you know, somebody leaked one of the draft reports out over the last 24 [to] 48 hours. It was a draft report, so I can tell you that is not entirely what’s in the final report,” Fann said Friday at the hearing.

The draft report notes that the audit findings generally were close to the initial ballot count by Maricopa County officials.

“On the positive side, there were no substantial differences between the hand count of the ballots provided and the official canvass results for the county,” the draft audit report said. “This is an important finding because of concerns ahead of the audit.”

Fann compared the audit’s factual findings to partisan attacks on the audit by Democrats, including Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, who runs elections in Arizona.

“What was also leaked, the first thing that is out there, said that ‘Oh look, the ballot counts were close to what Maricopa County reported.’ And that is a true statement,” Fann said Friday, adding:

They were close. Now I find it ironic that our secretary of state [Hobbs] and a few others have called this a sham audit, that you can’t trust it, you can’t believe it. Well, the interesting fact is that truth is truth. Numbers are numbers. We said that from Day One. What you are going to see is the truth. Those numbers were close, within a few hundred [votes].

Some critics had faulted Cyber Ninjas because the company wasn’t certified by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission for auditing elections and because its CEO, Doug Logan, had tweeted his suspicions about the legitimacy of the 2020 election.

However, the cybersecurity company’s review of 2.1 million ballots did not produce a favorable outcome for Trump, who has insisted the election was rigged in multiple states that he lost.

Trump and some Republican supporters have pushed for similar forensic audits of the voting in Wisconsin, Georgia, and Pennsylvania, also close battleground states that Biden won by relatively tight margins.

Arizona was a key state in the general election. In February, a Washington Post analysis found that flipping about 43,000 votes across Arizona, Georgia, and Wisconsin could have changed the Electoral College outcome that gave Biden the presidency over Trump.

The audit also confirmed the victory of Mark Kelly, a Democrat, over incumbent Martha McSally, a Republican, in the state’s U.S. Senate race.

    2. Problematic Findings

Fann, president of the state Senate, said the heavy media coverage of the draft audit report didn’t include some core points.

“What you have not seen and not heard yet, which is what you are going to hear right now, is about the statutes that were broken, how the chain of custody [for ballots] was not followed, how we had a number of issues, which is why people questioned the ballots in the elections,” she said.

Logan, the Cyber Ninjas CEO, delivered a PowerPoint presentation that said the audit found:

As many as 5,047 individuals voted in more than one county, for up to 5,295 additional votes.
393 voters cast ballots using incomplete names.
198 individuals who registered after the Oct. 15 deadline voted anyway.
2,861 voters shared a registration number with another voter.
282 votes appeared to be cast in the names of dead voters.
186 voters appeared to have duplicate voter IDs, both of which were presented at separate times.
Auditors also raised concerns about potential duplicate voters, with names and birth years appearing more than once on some ballots.

Shiva Ayyadurai, an engineer, made a separate PowerPoint presentation Friday to explain the duplication and signature issues. A former Republican political candidate in Arizona, Ayyadurai was hired by Cyber Ninjas because of his training in pattern recognition.

The audit found a total of 34,448 duplicate ballots cast by 17,126 unique voters. But Maricopa County reported no duplicate ballots in its canvass report.

    3. What Trump Had to Say

Trump issued two statements ahead of the official release of the Arizona audit report that focused on the shortcomings of election procedures and sharply criticized conclusions that Biden won the state.

“Huge findings in Arizona! However, the Fake News Media is already trying to ‘call it’ again for Biden before actually looking at the facts—just like they did in November! The audit has uncovered significant and undeniable evidence of FRAUD!” the 45th president said in his first statement Friday, adding:

Until we know how and why this happened, our Elections will never be secure. This is a major criminal event and should be investigated by the Attorney General immediately. … I have heard it is far different than that being reported by the Fake News Media.

Trump’s follow-up statement later Friday focused on fraudulent votes, which he said were at least four times larger than the margin of Biden’s victory.

“The Fake News is lying about the Arizona audit report! The leaked report conclusively shows there were enough fraudulent votes, mystery votes, and fake votes to change the outcome of the election 4 or 5 times over,” Trump said in the public statement, adding:

The number includes 23,344 mail-in ballots, despite the person no longer living at that address. Phantom voters! The official canvass does not even match who voted, off by 11,592—more than the entire Presidential Election margin.

Voters who voted in multiple counties totaled 10,342, and 2,382 ballots came from people who no longer lived in Maricopa County. There were also 2,592 ‘more duplicate ballots than original ballots.’ Just those fraudulent ballots alone total 50,252, and is fraud many more times than the so-called margin of ‘victory,’ which was only 10,457.

In addition, election data appears to have been intentionally deleted, and ballot images were ‘corrupt or missing.’ This is not even the whole state of Arizona, but only Maricopa County. It would only get worse!

There is fraud and cheating in Arizona and it must be criminally investigated!

After the hearing convened, Trump issued a third statement, saying:

CNN, New York Times, Washington Post, and other Lamestream Media are feeding large-scale misinformation to the public about the Arizona Audit. The Audit was a big win for democracy and a big win for us. Shows how corrupt the Election was. Arizona State Senate hearing going on now and the information about what took place is terrible—a bigger Scam even than anticipated!

Trump released three more statements on this topic Friday evening within 10 minutes. In his sixth statement, Trump promised that he would have more to say when he speaks in another closely contested state.

“I will be discussing the winning results of the Arizona Forensic Audit, which will show 44,000 possibly illegal ballots cast, tomorrow at the Great State of Georgia rally, which will be packed!” Trump said.

    4. Maricopa’s Victory Lap

Maricopa County officials pronounced vindication in the audit’s final conclusion, but still expressed concerns with some of the findings.

“You don’t have to dig deep into the draft copy of the Arizona Senate/Cyber Ninja audit report to confirm what I already knew—the candidates certified by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, Governor, Secretary of State and Attorney General—did, in fact, win,” Maricopa County Board Chairman Jack Sellers, a Republican and the county’s top elected official, said late Thursday in a public statement.

“This means the tabulation equipment counted the ballots as they were designed to do, and the results reflect the will of the voters,” Sellers said. “That should be the end of the story. Everything else is just noise.”

The election audit pitted officials of the Republican-run county against the Republican leadership of the state Senate.

In a series of statements Thursday, Maricopa County’s official Twitter account asserted: “Cyber Ninjas confirms the county’s canvass of the 2020 General Election was accurate and the candidates certified as the winners did, in fact, win.”

The county also tweeted: “Unfortunately, the report is also littered with errors & faulty conclusions about how Maricopa County conducted the 2020 General Election.”

Finally, it said: “Board members & election officials will pay close attention to what is said at Friday’s scheduled Senate hearing & share facts as needed.”

    5. How Much It Cost and Who Paid

The Maricopa County election audit wasn’t cheap, but Arizona taxpayers didn’t have to foot the entire bill because Trump supporters donated to the effort.

The Arizona Senate will pay $150,000 to Cyber Ninjas and also about $60,000 for security and $50,000 for analysis of ballot envelopes, The Wall Street Journal reported.

Maricopa County also has sued the state to replace voting machines used in the audit, saying it would cost the county $2.8 million to replace the machines.

Most of the money that paid for Cyber Ninjas’ audit—$5.7 million—came from private donors, the Journal reported.

“The accusation is that because it was paid for by outside sources it is automatically dubious or cannot be trusted because of the potential desire of the auditors to do what the funders want,” Cyber Ninjas spokesman Rod Thomson told the Journal.

“But how is that logic any different from the government paying for an audit of a government-run election?” Thomson asked. “In that case, you have the same potential desire for auditors to do what the government funders want, because you want to be hired again.”

    6. Biden White House’s View

A reporter asked White House press secretary Jen Psaki on Friday whether the White House had any comment on the audit’s findings that Biden actually won more votes in Arizona and Trump won fewer.

“It confirmed what we have all known for some time and what millions and millions of people in the country know,” Psaki said.

  14. The Goebbels media attack on all cylinders!
Same kind of audit should be done in every county were cheating is suspected.
What is next for Maricopa? indictments?
The possibility of renewed cheating remains a prime concern.
The W DC corruptocracy has no interest in the FACTS.
