I met Robert Spencer in Texas. We did security for his speaking engagement there at Grapevine (Lonesome Dove Ranch). He’s an awesome guy, very quick witted. I remember the one Muslim there (there were no others, and this guy was a known “agitator”) said to him that Islam had done a lot for mankind, to which Spencer replied, “Yes, and Hitler built the Autobaun.” It was hilarious. I still love reliving that moment.
