I opposed administrative detention – of both Jews and Arabs – when I was in the Knesset. I also opposed forced feeding. I believe that the continued occupation of Judea and Samaria causes Israel to consistently violate human rights, which in turn brings about the deterioration of the standard of liberty in the entire country. Israel must declare sovereignty in Judea and Samaria, thus ending the occupation in the same manner it did in the Golan Heights. All options must be opened for the Arab residents of Judea and Samaria, while safeguarding their human rights.
I have already written that it really does not interest me if those who threw the firebombs into the (Arab) home in Duma were Jews or Arabs. Whoever did it must be punished. But as of this point, it is not at all clear that the Jewish youths in administrative detention were connected whatsoever to the case.
Even if they admit to the crime and re-enact it 100 times.
Even if they will be convicted and all the rabbis will condemn them roundly, as is standard procedure – I will not believe they are guilty.
Because when teens are held for many long months in the Shabak cellars, when their right to meet with a lawyer is taken from them – they are liable to say anything. The pressure that the security apparatus felt from the Left’s “Why haven’t you arrested anyone yet?” sobbing festival has driven them to perpetrate a long string of indecent acts, under the auspices of (Arab) Supreme Court Justice Salim Jubran. Yesterday he authorized the continued negation of the rights of the detainees.
I once heard an evaluation from the President of the Attorney’s Association, who said that approximately 15% of those convicted of murder in Israel are not actually guilty of the crime. So how can we relate seriously to this ridiculous ‘investigation’ – in which all the human rights of the detainees – all of them juveniles – are seriously abused ? Soon their half year of administrative detention will be up, and then, of course, an extension will be requested. After all, Defense Minister Ya’alon will not want to lose face and admit that there is no evidence against these boys.
Our enemies already know that all they have to do is to vandalize their own property and write ‘Price Tag’ in order to implicate Jews in the crime. They cut down their own trees and write ‘Price Tag’. They set fire to carpets in their mosques and write ‘Price Tag’ on the walls. That is what they did in Tuba Zangaria. Even in Tel Aviv, a terror cell planning precisely the same act in the Hassan Bek Mosque was caught before they could put their plans into action.
So why shouldn’t they do the same thing in Duma? The police and Shabak know that better than I do. But they work for the media and the ‘Peace Industry’ nobility. They do not work for the State of Israel. And they certainly do not work for the truth.
It’s already been two months that not a day goes by without stabbings, car rammings or shootings. For some reason, we do not see a hint of the same holy ardor to find solutions at any price – even at the price of all the rules of liberty and democracy. Not a hint of that from the peace nobility. For some reason, you do not hear anything in the media about expelling the families of the Arabs terrorists who stab Jews – even when time and again it turns out that today’s terrorist is the brother of yesterday’s terrorist. After all, it’s not democratic, it is not in keeping with human rights, it will upset the delicate balance of relations between Jews and Arabs, it is absolutely unthinkable…
So on Monday, a one year old baby was run over by a terrorist and lost his leg. He will not be crawling or playing soccer. But never fear: Netanyahu ordered the Jerusalem municipality to erect more cement blocks by bus stops to prevent Arabs from ramming their cars into unsuspecting people. And the Defense Minister is busy chasing after the wind on the hilltops of Judea and Samaria.
In the past, there were a number of cases of arson in Duma – internal strife. Even a novice graphologist would testify to the fact that the graffiti left on the walls there was a drawing, not actual writing. And furthermore, do you think that a Jewish boy who would decide to throw a firebomb into an Arab home would choose a home in the center of the Arab village and not on its outskirts?
Sorry, friends. With this hallucinatory investigation and trampling of every possible human right, you have completely lost me. At this point, all the detainees should be released, the investigative team should be replaced and the Shabak and police should stop drawing the target around the arrows outlined by the media.

the muslims, and euros, must be laughing in derision at how the Jews tie themselves up in suicidal knots and intellectual games. there are no people on earth as nuts as the Jews…. I know of no other people who would find themselves in such a quandary where a whole collective is trying, and succeeding, to slaughter them and they commiserate in the health of the killer. Jews may be smart intellectually but in these ways they are nuts. I never have a problem knowing who is in my family and who is my enemy and I could never imagine giving a shred of sympathy to those trying to kill my family. In fact if I were in charge it would be mandatory to make the terrorist die slowly and suffer and then to make his whole family and tribe suffer with him. I would not care what anyone would think about it.

the greatest canard of the Israeli left and foreigners is that the hostile, intolerant, Jew killing muslim arab collective in YS should be given equal treatment to Jewish suspects or criminals. Israel is at war with that collective, that collective teaches their children that Jews are apes and pigs, their leaders visit the families of slaughterers of Jewish children to offer condolences.
Are Jews of Israel insane… can they not tell the difference between their own and their enemies? However, the police and shabak have made the Jews their fake target due to instructions from above. Israelis and Jews are glossing over what actually happened… they are allowing the real criminals in this drama to escape justice. It is much more serious than losing face…. everyone should think carefully as to the motive: BB, Yaalon, Rivlin and Erdan’s false accusations, born of incompetence or dishonesty, ARE THE DIRECT CAUSE OF THE SUBSEQUENT REVENGE STABBINGS AND BURNINGS OF JEWS in Israel and the diaspora. Therefore, if the public were to realize how incompetent and criminal their behavior has been they would have to be indicted, brought to trial and resign. therefore, they are now as invested in their crime as any criminal would be to avoid exposure. Of course, these are my opinions which are based only on their actual actions and the most logical interpretation of those actions:
1-It was illogical and unusual for national leaders of any nation on earth to immediately without evidence incriminate any group of people without evidence knowing that the result of the accusations would be revenge murder.
2- It is especially illogical for Jewish leaders to blame Jews without evidence knowing how the arabs MUST react.
3- the logical behavior of leadership throughout the world has been to encourage citizens to refrain from jumping to conclusions.
4- the question that no one asks is why the 4 did the illogical, dangerous and uncommon reaction in UNISON?
5- perhaps the answer is that their apparently illogical, uncommon, non standard and dangerous behavior allowed them to soften up Israelis to accept their Jewish dissenter incarceration without evidence. To convince Israelis that members of their tribe are equally as dangerous to Israel as members of the sworn Jew killer collective.
6- The investigators did the uncommon behavior of not immediately confiscating security cameras and looking into the arab vendetta angle which allowed the local Duma arabs to wipe the cams clean by the time the investigators started looking into this…. was this uncommon negligence coincidental or intentional?
7- are the characters of the four whom I accuse capable of knowingly incarcerating Jews in order to cover up their own criminal incitement from the public?
After all if the public knew the criminals were not Jews then the public would have to cease being fools and look at the despicable capabilities of their leadership. These are the same characters who have been allowing the continuing muslim abuse of jews at the mount and every where in israel, the same who allow the euros to illegally steal YS for muslim homes while pretending they did not know.
Israelis should look more closely at what they did, and we know that the leftist foreign mole saboteurs will not do such looking because the 4 have aided their cause to bury Israel. It is highly unlikely that the real evidence will come out and indict the leadership… it is much more likely that they would be willing frame Jews to protect their own interests and hold on power. Folks like Yaalon probably say that they had it coming even if they were innocent.
I wish it was that simple.
Most aware Jews would also agree to many of the parameters mentioned by Mr. Feiglin. Regrettably playing that plan using the rules in place since the G SS was allowed to create a “Jewish Sektion” and the so called judges remain there. They are even now self elected, makes that planning irrelevant.
I know in the first person three regimes that employed the monstrous tactics developed or copied by the degenerates in question part of the “judicial”, police and G SS. And please spare me the stupid claim that such bestial element is seeking justice or defending the grotesque pretense of this here being a demokratiahh. It is not so.

NO MATTER what the variants in charge of such “investigation” say, they must be harshly dealt with once and for all. Removed summarily from all offices involved.
